From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, friendly, and made us feel so comfortable. My son and I had so much fun during the shoot and I loved how they used the beautiful fall colors to enhance the photos. The images they captured are stunning! Every shot is full of warmth, emotion, and has the perfect autumn vibes. I love how they captured the little moments between us, and their attention to detail is unmatched. Whether it was the way the sunlight filtered through the trees or the natural smiles, each photo truly tells a story. They even incorporated some spooky Halloween fun into the session, which my son thought was so much fun! If you're looking for a photographer who not only takes great pictures but also makes the whole experience enjoyable, I highly recommend Carrie and Joel with Iconic Union! We will definitely be coming back for future sessions.

Fiona is literally one of the sweetest people I have ever met and working with her for our engagement shoot has been one of the best milestones in wedding planning! When my fiance and I booked her to do our engagement shoot, I was a little nervous. Not about her services 'cuz I'd already heard such great things and had been falling in love with her work which I'd been following for a few years now (check out her newborn pics - those galleries would give anybody serious baby fever!) No, I was nervous because my fiance and I didn't know how to be lovey-dovey in front of a photographer! Lol But honestly, Fiona has the type of personality to make you feel comfortable from the second you meet her, which made all my anxiety go right away. And for those of you that are like us, don't worry! She's the kind of photographer that will tell you what poses to do if you don't know what to do yourself! QUITE the relief! lol All in all, she's extremely personable, never makes you feel anything but comfortable, has a clear passion for her work, and above all, is extremely talented in shooting an array of pictures - from engagement sessions, to weddings, to maternity shoots, to newborn sessions and more! Her visions for photography are unparalleled and the images that she captures are truly a breath taking work of art. I'd highly recommend her!

I would NOT recommend Impact Images to family or friends! We signed a contract with Impact Images…read morefor our wedding photography and wedding video back in August 2016. In both contracts it clearly states that all wedding pictures & videos would be delivered within 3 weeks after the wedding. We received our full wedding album & only the short wedding video 4 1/2 months later. Our video contract clearly stated that a full wedding video & a short film were included. We were told that the full wedding video was still being worked on, guaranteed us that all the wedding footage was saved, and that within a week we'd get the complete video. March 2017, 3 months after we were promised the delivery of the completed video, we were we are told that entire footage had been lost and will get a refund for the video cost. It is incredibly aggravating, sad, and disappointing we got the run around for months, and at the end, have no full wedding video. A wedding is such a beautiful and life changing event you'd want a video for. We're extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and lack of professionalism the videographer and Impact Images had throughout these last few months. We will no longer work with Impact Images.

I'm a video producer, and more than any other element of the decor, I believe that good lighting is key to creating a warm, inviting ambiance. So, after we decided on our venue, ACE was one of the first vendors we contacted. We'd never planned a wedding before, so we weren't exactly sure what we would need, nor how much it would cost, but Yoni and Ewa immediately put us at ease. Right away, Yoni met us to do a walkthrough of the venue, and they were able to execute exactly what we wanted, and also made some very helpful suggestions while staying right within our budget. It was all very affordable, and they provided excellent service from our initial call, to answering all of our many questions along the way, and very efficiently setting up and tearing down on the day of the event. For our ceremony backdrop, I asked them to hang a 10' wide macrame curtain, but it was so big, I had to keep it in a box for several months until I passed it off to the team at ACE a couple of weeks before the event. Luckily, Ewa did some research to make sure the macrame wouldn't get too wrinkled/tangled before they suspended it. When I finally got to see everything put together at the ceremony/reception, it was even more beautiful than I'd imagined. I'm still waiting on our photos from the photographer, but once I get them, I'll need to post them here to demonstrate what a lovely job they did.

I found ACE Chicago Events through a standard Google search, and when I reached out they were…read moreresponsive immediately. Both Ewa and Yoni took the time to meet me at my venue for a walk-through and estimate, and patiently answered all of my questions and talked through the whole event so they had a really good idea of what we envisioned. When we changed to a larger venue just three and a half weeks before the event, Ewa and Yoni didn't skip a beat; they met us at the new venue and did another walk-through, and revised the whole plan on the spot, which was considerably more involved than the first one. Both of them were excellent communicators, and shared helpful suggestions while also making us feel like we were always in control of our vision. This is a difficult line to walk, and the result ended up being amazing. Yoni arrived the day before the event and set up, which minimized day-of commotion. Yoni and his team were the epitome of professional: respectful, efficient, and highly skilled at what they did. They also all had cool-and-collected attitudes throughout the entire process, and the "I got this, no problem" energy behind the scenes was invaluable. It really helped set the tone of a well-executed event run by competent, organized people. When we had a projection project (designed by an artist of ours) not work out as planned at the top of our runway, Yoni improvised with a lighting effect and it ended up being way better than our original idea. The lighting throughout the entire venue was gorgeous and transformed a blank canvas into exactly the vibe we were going for: elegant, beautiful, interesting and welcoming. The A/V was also flawless. Having never produced an event of this caliber before, I was unaware of the A/V needs to make sure that people at the event can actually hear whoever is speaking on the microphone, for example. I've been to so many events where the person speaking is barely audible. Our speakers were crystal clear and Yoni did an excellent job interfacing with our DJ. He was also meticulous - and fast! - when it came to running, hiding and securing what seemed like miles of wires, so that we didn't even know they were there. From small details like the red carpet and stanchions to sound throughout the entire space, it was all handled smoothly and professionally. Ewa was communicative and excellent at sending over several updated proposals as the planning progressed, and they are simply an excellent team. I could not be happier with ACE Chicago Events, they elevated and polished our first event and executed our vision to perfection: what was just an idea at the beginning of January became an approximately 500-person event in the middle of May that definitely had the "WOW!!!" factor. Not only are Ewa and Yoni extremely good at what they do and worth every penny, they are great people. For the quality we received and the peace of mind knowing that people we trust were taking care of all the technical details, it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made to hire them as our production company. I would highly recommend ACE Chicago Events for any event you are organizing, and I have already booked them for our next one in the fall!

Review: Avoid Carla Doshi and Forever Incredible at All Costs…read more Rating: 0/5 Stars I cannot express strongly enough how much I caution future couples against booking Carla Doshi of Forever Incredible. While an officiant is supposed to be a source of peace and celebration, Carla was nothing but a source of stress, unprofessionalism, and--most alarmingly--dishonesty. Our experience was a nightmare of "radio silence." After paying our deposit, we went weeks without any response to our emails or voicemails. When she did finally resurface, it was always the same: a laundry list of excuses (trips, "archived" emails, personal matters) followed by template responses that made it clear she hadn't actually read our requests or taken our wedding seriously. The breaking point came when we tried to terminate our contract due to her lack of communication. Not only did she refuse to return our deposit, but she manually altered our original invoice after the fact. We have the original documents showing the payment was not listed as non-refundable; once we asked for our money back, she doctored the invoice to "deceptively" add non-refundable language to justify stealing our money. Attempting to manipulate a contract and steal from a couple planning their wedding is beyond the pale. This is predatory behavior. Please, do yourself a favor and find someone who treats your marriage with the respect and integrity it deserves. Stay far away from Carla Doshi.
