Scott was the photographer for our wedding November 2024 and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We met Scott at a bridal show and immediately knew that he was a perfect fit for what he wanted. The running joke whenever we talked about Scott was that he was the grown-up version of my now husband. During the engagement shoot we were able to get a feel for his direction and the type of style we could expect when it came to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, he printed out and brought along the shot list I sent him to make sure we crossed off every single shot we wanted. We were lucky to be ahead of schedule the entire day so he was also able to get amazing candid shots of everyone just hanging out. He kept saying that he would rather take too many than not enough photos which I greatly appreciated! Communication with Scott was easy and he was very responsive when asking questions or addressing concerns. Our primary form of communication was email and I always received an answer in a timely manner. Overall, I am definitely passing along his info to anyone in need and I am looking forward to working with him again one day! read more

Scott was great capturing the essence of our relationship in every single photo. I highly recommend him...great talent, great charisma. read more

Really glad we decided to meet with Scott Pfeiffer when we were looking for a photographer. He was exceedingly easy and pleasant to work with, and you can tell he truly loves his work. He is willing to invest the time and effort needed to realize thoughtfully and tastefully composed pictures. We cannot recommend him highly enough, it was a superlative experience, and we would recommend him to anyone as our first choice. Scott's the best!! read more

Scott was beyond excellent. He was my photographer at my daytime wedding on 5/20/23 he outdid himself with all of the pictures taken. He encouraged me to get all the pics with the different groups even though I thought we were good. He got all of the shots. If you are in need of a wedding photographer, I would hire Scott without any hesitation. Not only did he get all the pics of Rocky and myself, he made sure the guests were all included also. I also ordered a huge photo album. He's the best of the best! read more

My wife and I were traveling from Austin to meet with my family in the Naperville area. During the week we decided to get a family photo shoot done and I found Scott on yelp and was impressed with the reviews. Within 2 days, we were able to discuss what our family's needs were and Scott was really flexible with his times and agreed to meet with our family on the third day. I was really impressed with his resposiveness and promptness. On the day of the photo shoot, my family and I were running late but Scott was totally understanding. From the moment my family and I met Scott to the end of the shoot, we really enjoyed the whole experience. He put us at easy with his personality and helped us to be natural and really enjoy the entire session. Our photos were sent to us digital within a week and they turned out great. Scott is a true professional in photography and how he runs his business. Really easy stuff. Don't think twice, book a session with Scott and you'll thank yourself for doing so. read more

Excellent photography skills plus just as important, Great people skills in working with people to get great photos. Scott was absolutely great with working with the children being photographed. And all the other guests. He made sure to get group shots we wanted as well as the regular wedding photos. ie: cake cutting , first dance etc. Scott worked with us enthusiastically to see that he would get the photos we wanted at our wedding. We also had to reschedule due to covid restrictions He worked with us to change to our new date. High quality professional cameras are used. We were supplied with the photos on DVD, flash drive and the cloud for viewing or down load. Other services are available such as retouching of photos, printing of individual photos on very high quality paper, and printing of albums. We even received our photos on a DVD with compressed images for easy up loads to social media. We were also very happy with the pricing and value of the work. This is the best photographer I have ever used. read more

Scott is great! He has been doing our family pictures for few years now , and each and every picture literally screams perfection. He choses the best back drop for indoor and outdoor shoots. Very professional and kind with my naughty boys. Do not regret and book a session.! read more

5 stars represents "As good as it gets!" by yelp's own definition and that is certainly the case with Scott Pfeiffer. Scott is able to provide an outstanding out-pour of energy to engage you from the moment you meet him. That level of energy and enthusiasm remained consistent throughout my entire session with him (and that was directly after he finished a shoot with another client, off-site). I was seeing Scott for a professional shot and I'm not one to be satisfied with an unexceptional photo for business purposes. It can also be difficult to get a genuine smile from me for photos. Along with a continuous flow of interaction, Scott knew exactly when to pause the session (without saying a word), allowing me to rest before continuing work toward the shot I was looking for. My expectations well exceeded after experiencing his skill with the camera, lighting, and people, dedication to client satisfaction, exceptional pricing, and swift follow-through after the session. I would recommend Scott in a heartbeat. read more

I used Scott for my wedding. AMAZING. I had guests at my wedding asking me, " Who is your photographer?" I would 100% recommend him and his work. He really helped make my wedding the best day ever!!! read more

Scott was absolutely amazing! He was the very first photographer we met with for our wedding and we instantly knew that we found our photographer. We didn't even bother meeting with anyone else. He was very funny, professional and personable. He showed us photo albums of weddings that he prevously did and we immediately loved his work. He takes wonderful pictures. We felt overwhelmed with the whole planning process but Scott made us feel comfortable and had amazing ideas. His prices are also very reasonable! I received more compliments about Scott from my guests than anything else. One guest even asked if he would travel to Ohio for her daughter's wedding. Everyone just loved him! I cannot say enough about Scott. He took amazing pictures and I guarantee that when you talk to him the first time you will feel like you've known him for years. We couldn't be happier. You will not regret picking Scott as your photographer. I am now expecting my first child and I definitely plan on using Scott for all my child's milestone pictures. read more

Scott was the photographer for my 7-27-19 wedding. He also did an engagement photo shoot for us. He is the most warm and personable photographer, and he really helps people feel comfortable in front of the camera. The engagement photos, taken in downtown Aurora, turned out amazing! (and I don't usually consider my husband and I to be that photogenic) I also feel like his prices are very reasonable compared to other photographers we priced for our wedding. Scott was in contact with us before and during the entire wedding ceremony. He helped us feel relaxed and was friendly but also extremely professional. At this point I have not yet gotten the wedding photos back because the wedding was so recent, so I cannot yet comment on how they turned out, but I'm sure they're great. At the wedding, many guests remarked on how amazing Scott was. He was friendly to everyone and took all of the photos we hoped for, as well as taking requests for photos from our guests. I was completely satisfied and would absolutely hire Scott again for any other photography needs. read more

I found this business and photographer (Scott) via Yelp and thankfully the reviews were spot-on! I find taking pictures a bit cumbersome. I blink a lot and have difficulty nailing a genuine smile and pose. I needed headshots for work and thankfully Scott assuaged my fears and concerns via humor (he is hilarious) and skill. He is good at what he does and put me at ease. I was shocked at how many great images he captured. He is very precise and has a great eye. I am more than pleased and would definitely use him again and plan on doing so! read more

Quick. Easy. Experienced. I would definitely recommend. I utilized him for a head shot and was very happy with the results.

We used Scott for our courtroom wedding, and he is definitely the best photographer we have ever met! We had a pretty tight schedule with multiple places to go in the city for the photo shoots after the ceremony, but he was very punctual, professional, experienced, and funny all the way, and we and our family absolutely loved him for both his work and for his personality. He made our dream come true through pictures! We will definitely use Scott for our future events again! Five stars!! read more

We used Scott as our wedding photographer in early September, and we couldn't have made a better choice. He was amazing in the months leading up to the wedding and was amazing throughout the year-long process, but on the day of our wedding, Scott went above and beyond the high expectations we already had for him. He is extremely organized, very responsive, and most importantly, kind to us, our families, and our guests. He was so easy to coordinate with as we planned out our timeline and what we envisioned our photos looking like. On the day of the wedding, as with many other weddings, things did not go according to plan as we fell behind from make-up and set-up. Scott took charge and made adjustments on the fly while keep the bridal party calm. We had so many guests comment on how professional and friendly he was. Scott he took the time to ask people who they were there with and make sure he got pictures of all of the couples/families. We really noticed that when we were looking through our pictures, there was at least one picture of every guest at our wedding, which was amazing. Even more astounding is how Scott managed to get people grouped appropriately based on who they were and how they knew us. The pictures themselves came out amazing as they are high quality and we looked really nice, but still looked like ourselves, they didn't seem forced like some posed photos. Scott's services are also really affordable. We highly recommend using him for your wedding photography in Chicagoland and look forward to working with him in the future for any additional photography needs. read more

Scott did an amazing job with our wedding photography. He was very professional and made the whole experience a lot of fun. The number of pictures that he took was outstanding and we got every member of the family in multiple pictures. He was very accommodating and flexible with our photography sites. We could not have had a better a photographer for our wedding day. read more

We wanted family pics after our 4th child was born, so we found Scott. He told me when we met for the photo shoot that he was pretty nervous after he received my email requesting his services, and he saw a pic I sent of my 4 kids - all under the age of 6! Ha! But he was absolutely amazing, and his talent is evidenced by the fact that not one child cried during the entire outdoor, 1+ hour photo shoot in 90 degree July humidity! Great with family pics, great with kids, responsive, personable, prompt, and professional. I have already passed his information on to friends. Scott is excellent at what he does, and he's a hard worker with great values. I highly recommend him. read more

Scott is a fabulous photographer. He is incredibly professional and personable. We actually had people come up to us during and after the wedding to tell us how much they like him. He took 2500 pictures and they were ready in about 2 weeks. I didn't have to pay extra to have the rights to my photos. He gave me several DVD copies f the photos, plus a copy with photos ready to go for Facebook or email. He also picks his favorites and puts them at the beginning of the DVD. He also includes engagment photos as part of his package. I truly enjoyed having Scott Pfeiffer do my wedding. He is a fabulous photographer and I highly recommend him. read more

Scott was a pleasure to work with for Professional Headshots. He was extremely flexible with his schedule, had several recommendations and provided more than enough options for me to choose from. Scott's responsiveness was fantastic in that he turned everything around in just a couple of days. Scott's personality made this a very comfortable session and one less thing I had to deal with. Recommend him for any of your photography needs. read more

We used Scott as our wedding photographer. From the very beginning, my now-husband and I felt a connection with him. Scott was a delight to work with. He answered all of our questions, helped us create a solid timeline and even pointed out that moving up our ceremony time would enable us to have more time to take pictures in the light. On the day of the wedding, Scott was early and so easy to work with. We got tons of compliments from our guests about how non-intrusive he was and that he made everyone feel comfortable. we just got our photos back from Scott and we are amazed. They are so much better than we expected. He made us look like movie stars!! We would highly recommend Scott to anyone in the future!! read more

I mean if I could give 6 stars, I would. Everyone loved Scott, and literally raved to me about him. Scott did our wedding pictures last month and he was awesome! He made sure that he got every picture shot we wanted and more! He is very energetic, funny, and easy to work with. Scott is an amazing photographer!! Very easy going, he brings in a wealth of experience and makes his subjects very comfortable. and I am saying that as a person who feels very awkward getting pictures taken. I would have no second thoughts at recommending Scott ! read more

Wow! I just worked with Scott to capture my proposal to my girlfriend (now fiancé), and he was absolutely amazing. He was as excited as we were while capturing the moment, and did so out of sight to maintain the impact of the surprise. Scott was easy to contact, and quick to respond. He worked with me to ensure that we were well coordinated for the moment and had every last detail down. Following the proposal, Scott snapped a few pictures of us that turned out great! He was quick to turn the finished images around to us and made it easy to share the moment with our world! Not only was Scott easy to work with, but he was personable and the experience had a great value! Would definitely love the opportunity to work with Scott again! read more

Scott Pfeiffer did an amazing job at our wedding! He was energetic and involved all the while staying focused at capturing every moment with his camera. Scott was always easy to get a hold of and quick with his responses. I highly recommend meeting him in person to see more of his work -- he has a range of venues and environments he has worked with that are not all available on his website or Facebook page. He asked all the right questions and had the experience to give us things to think about (ie back in July I was not thinking about the cold or lack of daylight for a mid -November evening type wedding!) But he brought it to our attention and provided ideas to overcome the light and weather obstacles. He also had me find poses/photos from Pinterest I liked (as well as a few our moms liked) and he executed them well! Lastly, he was adaptable. We had some last minute changes and requests he met them all; to include getting us a couple edited photos ahead of the agreed finish date so that we could order thank you cards (and by ahead I mean two days after the wedding!!!) I would highly recommend Scott as a photographer to any friend or family member. At the very least, schedule a meet-and-greet to see more of his work and see why his price and abilities are so well reviewed and competitive! read more

Scott was incredible! He took over 4000 pictures for our wedding. He works well with the guests and helps perfect every photo he takes. He will help you look your best for each and every photo! Our wedding photo package included an engagement session as well and those photos made us look like we were straight out of a magazine. On the wedding day itself Scott was up for anything and rode in the trolley with the bridal party and everything. He was so fun to work with and very reasonably priced! read more
