Scott was the photographer for our wedding November 2024 and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We met Scott at a bridal show and immediately knew that he was a perfect fit for what he wanted. The running joke whenever we talked about Scott was that he was the grown-up version of my now husband. During the engagement shoot we were able to get a feel for his direction and the type of style we could expect when it came to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, he printed out and brought along the shot list I sent him to make sure we crossed off every single shot we wanted. We were lucky to be ahead of schedule the entire day so he was also able to get amazing candid shots of everyone just hanging out. He kept saying that he would rather take too many than not enough photos which I greatly appreciated! We were supplied with the photos on DVD, flash drive and the cloud for viewing or down load. We even received our photos on a DVD with compressed images for easy up loads to social media. We were also very happy with the pricing and value of the work. Scott was the photographer for my 7-27-19 wedding. He also did an engagement photo shoot for us. He is the most warm and personable photographer, and he really helps people feel comfortable in front of the camera. The engagement photos, taken in downtown Aurora, turned out amazing! (and I don't usually consider my husband and I to be that photogenic) I also feel like his prices are very reasonable compared to other photographers we priced for our wedding. Scott was in contact with us before and during the entire wedding ceremony. He helped us feel relaxed and was friendly but also extremely professional. We used Scott as our wedding photographer in early September, and we couldn't have made a better choice. He was amazing in the months leading up to the wedding and was amazing throughout the year-long process, but on the day of our wedding, Scott went above and beyond the high expectations we already had for him. On the day of the wedding, as with many other weddings, things did not go according to plan as we fell behind from make-up and set-up. Scott took charge and made adjustments on the fly while keep the bridal party calm. We had so many guests comment on how professional and friendly he was. Scott he took the time to ask people who they were there with and make sure he got pictures of all of the couples/families. We really noticed that when we were looking through our pictures, there was at least one picture of every guest at our wedding, which was amazing. Even more astounding is how Scott managed to get people grouped appropriately based on who they were and how they knew us. The pictures themselves came out amazing as they are high quality and we looked really nice, but still looked like ourselves, they didn't seem forced like some posed photos. Scott is a fabulous photographer. He is incredibly professional and personable. We actually had people come up to us during and after the wedding to tell us how much they like him. He took 2500 pictures and they were ready in about 2 weeks. I didn't have to pay extra to have the rights to my photos. He gave me several DVD copies f the photos, plus a copy with photos ready to go for Facebook or email. He also picks his favorites and puts them at the beginning of the DVD. Scott Pfeiffer did an amazing job at our wedding! He was energetic and involved all the while staying focused at capturing every moment with his camera. Scott was always easy to get a hold of and quick with his responses. I highly recommend meeting him in person to see more of his work -- he has a range of venues and environments he has worked with that are not all available on his website or Facebook page. He asked all the right questions and had the experience to give us things to think about (ie back in July I was not thinking about the cold or lack of daylight for a mid -November evening type wedding!) But he brought it to our attention and provided ideas to overcome the light and weather obstacles. He also had me find poses/photos from Pinterest I liked (as well as a few our moms liked) and he executed them well! Lastly, he was adaptable. We had some last minute changes and requests he met them all; to include getting us a couple edited photos ahead of the agreed finish date so that we could order thank you cards (and by ahead I mean two days after the wedding!!!) I would highly recommend Scott as a photographer to any friend or family member.
