His set up is organized, clean, and professional with as many different colorful backdrops as any sane person would need. I met with Kyle at this studio on a Friday evening to get head-shots for my employer. Kyle was very relaxed and made me feel at ease as well. Even if you have a headshot of yourself and you think it looks pretty good, Kyle can make it look 100 times better. He is professional, makes you feel at ease, and provides clear directions for how to hold your head, shoulders, feet, etc to get the perfect headshot. I also booked him for a family photo shoot, and he made my family look fabulous. Despite my quarantine 15 weight gain, it is still the best I have ever looked in a photo. First came our initial conversation on the phone, which was followed by a free, no-obligation, in-person consultation. To be sure, I knew, after those two steps, that I wanted to work with Kyle. This photographer is professional with a capital P. And yet, unlike a number of other individuals in this profession, he does not have an over-size ego. Of course, he is still quite confident in his abilities, all the same. With Kyle, you are truly a partner in creating the best possible headshot, and no question you might ask, is considered inconsequential. I would say that he demonstrated a knack for making me feel quite comfortable in front of his camera, and he took his time. I never felt rushed. Kyle is the man!!! I was searching all of the best headshot places in Chicago when I stumbled upon Kyle Bondeson. I was ready and willing to shell out another $300-$400 for a top notch shot. That's a pretty standard price these days, and in the acting business you have to do anything it takes to stand out. I was excited once I saw Kyle's portfolio. I thought it was up there with the best and for about half the price. Plus, I ended up getting 5 shots instead of one. Our shoot was so awesome! He went above and beyond experimenting so that we could get the best product possible. In the end, I was left with too many good shots to choose from. My last couple shoots I was lucky to get a few that were worthy of using. In all fairness, I'm a little better behind the camera these days. But, that's beside the point. I had to deliberate so hard to pick 5 out of the 15-20 that were all good enough to be THE SHOT. I finally sent my top 5 to Kyle and they were sent back, retouched, within a couple days. He was so appreciative of me as a client, and as a person. Low key, me and Kyle are homies now, lol.
