A client walks out of the room from tanning. 2.) staff removes the towel and goggles from the room sprays down the bed and lets it sit there for 5 minutes "disinfecting time". 3)After the five minutes they wipe down the bed put a clean towel in it and reset it. Let's say you spill liquid foundation on the floor. Are you going to spray cleaner on it and then smear it around and wipe it up, absolutely not! You're going to wipe the liquid foundation first then use the cleaner! All Palm Beach Tan is doing is smearing around bodily fluids. Not to mention I've attempted to tan around 13 times this month and only have been able to tan twice, because the bed is dirty!!! They reset it without cleaning it! One day they put me in three different beds ending up in the standup, which still was not clean. Finger prints all over the buttons! Stay away from this place. Not to mention it takes a week in a half to get a return call.

Next, l did the body balance with red light therapy. Let me tell you so many health benefits, and it vibrates throughout the machine. I almost fell asleep. Then I concluded the night with the hydration station. It's basically a steam bath. Honestly, I never knew tanning places had a wellness/recovery side as well. It's much more than I expected. Sometimes you either have to wait or tan at a lower level if the beds are occupied. There is ample parking and the staff is friendly. This is the closest location to my house, so I use it more often than some of the larger locations. A side note - they wil try to sell you the most pricey lotion, upwards of $100 a bottle, and make it seem as though your skin will perish without it. I have bought tanning lotion a few times from Sally Beauty supply across the street, but do still by from Palm Beach when I forget. Sally carries a small supply at a fraction of the cost.,

I bought spray tans once and they expired which I was never told they expire. The manger at another location gave them back to me. Then again later I bought more spray tans ans was told they do not expire. I then needed to freeze my membership until I am working full time again. Which i was going to cancel but it was suggested I freeze and I can use the fee which becomes a credit on your account.... Great so I did it. Today I went to use some of my tan dollars on my account. I was told all three spray tans were expired and that if I wanted to tan (no matter how tan I am already) I can only tan half a session for $27.... for 6 minutes. I was never informed my spray tans were going to expire, yet I get emails and text messages all the time with them telling me about deals to come spend money. So today I canceled my membership instead of reinstating it. If you don't know spray tans are not cheap so they stole my money as far as I am concerned. Only get 2 stars for the good beds and the girls are almost always very nice. This manager however could have reinstated my spray tans instead she just said she was sorry.

My intent on visiting the Salon was for self-care and relaxation. However, the lady at the desk who I believe to be the owner, even though she never introduced herself to me, though I patronized their establishment for probably a year or so has been rude to me on multiple occasions. But this evening she listened to me apply lotion through the door and questioned what brand my lotion was and where I purchased it then demanded to see the lotion when I emerged from the room because apparently you are only allowed to use the greatly overpriced lotion purchased at their store.
