Don't trust this business with your card information. Get everything in writing when you cancel your membership

Been there several times, paid for upgraded beds, the girl that upgraded didn't know anything about any of them. Then the next girl knew even less so they obviously don't train their staff on any of the equipment they are using and half the features don't work on the beds I was using. In addition to that, the girls barely looked up from their phones to start the beds and even as I was driving away, made no move indicating that they actually get up and clean the beds. The last two times I went in, there wasn't even a towel in the room. I tried to email the manager to avoid providing yet another negative review to offer him a chance to hear the perspective of a customer, he assured me that I didn't know what I was talking about and whatever so it's clear he has no interest in actually dealing with what is a real problem in perception of the clients he supposedly serves. I bought a Groupon for a year membership and then paid for a 5 session upgrade which I would have likely continued on an as needed basis had it not been for the utter lack of customer service at this place. Thanks but I'll stick with palm beach which always has staff proving excellent customer service and looking like they are engaged with their jobs and knowledgeable about their beds. They proactively clean as people leave unless there is someone at the counter and then they immediately go from that to cleaning, bathrooms always look great and I have never gone into one and found a kid on a phone barely there. read more

This is a top notch facility. The beds are all fantastic With working and strong bulbs,regardless of what level you use. The staff is super friendly. Mike always Greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcomed every time I come in, which is quite often. The girls who work there are fantastic as well. This is one tanning place that does not try to upsell you or trick you in anyway they are upfront and honest about pricing and keep a clean facility with excellent beds. read more

​ I purchased a year membership off of Groupon and needless to say it's been a complete waste of money and time. The ad is very deceiving because you are limited to one bed and only one bed unless you pay for an upgrade to use any other bed in the facility. Almost every time that I've gone to tan I have paid anywhere from $12 to $17 for one single upgrade. You cannot use the Groupon at any of their other locations and that is not stated on the Groupon ad. I've been in there numerous times and there's always been somebody else in there talking about how they wish they could use her group on a different location because the Mansfield location is so far away from where they live. The young lady that works at the desk is always so rude and really could not care less what's going on within the building and never goes out of her way to make sure any customer is completely satisfied. I went to town today and of course I'm putting the Groupon bed which is bed 14 and only a third of the light bulbs worked. So I got dressed I went back up to the front and I told her and the only thing she could say was " are you serious ". She never offered to put me in a different bed so I drove 35 minutes to put on tanning lotion and that was it . I can put tanning lotion on at home for free. I don't know why y'all are not more specific with your Groupon ad just like I don't know why we cannot take the Groupon to a different location and use it considering I've always done that in the past and so has other people that purchase it. Maybe your front desk employee should be retrained on her customer service and actually treat the customers the way she wants to be treated because realistically we or the reason she has a paycheck . After that when I met you in person you called me "Miss Review" and I laughed it off. Does all that ring a bell? You just Said the Groupon is only good at the Mansfield location then you said the packages can be used at any location. So can we or can we not use the Groupon at any location? My complaint is with the exact same girl that is always there. I don't know her name and don't care too know it. She's the young skinny blonde girl that now has colored her hair silver. Almost every time I tan I pay extra $12-17 fir a single tan upgrade. I have even purchased two bottles of lotion and have never been offered any type of discount. I was in there right before I wrote the review and only about 10 of the lights came on and she couldn't care less when I told her. I sure didn't drive 35 minutes to put on tanning lotion. I can do that at home. If you don't believe me you need to pull the video. I walked in, tried being friendly to her, went to bed 14 that's in the first hall to the far back left corner, put lotion on, turned the bed on, waited about one minute, got out , got dressed, walked up front and told her, then I left. My entire visit was MAYBE 6 - 7 MINUTES AT THE MOST. So please pull the video and don't make me out to be a liar. No one was wearing masks. The girl at the front desk had no mask....didn't even have shoes on.

This place has really changed. I never could find the manager again, just some untrained girls work there now that know nothing about customer service, or how to turn on the beds. Not only that, but they've been taking money from me after cancelling my membership in May. Tried to use a 30 day excuse and lied about when I cancelled. After practically pulling teeth I was given a 1800 number and the owner of all the stores informed me it was his brothers (who can't be found according to his employees) problem. Pretty sure it's whoever is still withdrawing my money's problem. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well as my bank. Please use extra caution when signing up here, they have already cost me over 100$ and who knows how much more before this problem is resolved!! read more

Purchased a groupon Coupon and then received 9 text with ads about their products, etc. I only wanted a single spray tan for an event and when I arrived the girl doing it said I may end up "splotchy" due that it was raining outside. I told her I wasn't planning on "dancing in the rain" afterwards?!? Then they wanted my phone # (which they already had with all the texts?!?), address, birthday, e-mail (which I refused to give them)...and then my fingerprint?!?! Really?!?! What next, my SS or first born child?!? They refused to honor the groupon since I wouldn't give them my fingerprint. Very unprofessional young girls working there. If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is dysfunctional and has very poor management. The owner has no respect for anyone. Don't give this man service. Don't ever buy the groupons because he won't honor what he is selling. Once you cancel they will continue to withdrawal your monthly payments until you call. The girls there don't know what they are doing and honestly it's not their fault because he does not take the time to properly train. The girls will try to help a sister out but end up making things worse and costing us more money. I would rather spend more at a different salon just for the customer service. I had been a loyal customer for 6 years and still get treated like shit. There is a dime and a dozen tanning salons around. I would recommend anyone but Cancun. read more

I'm a huge fan of tanning at locally owned tanning salons. They are usually less expensive, and offer better beds. I chose Cancun Tan and absolutely love it from day one. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. They help you feel comfortable and help you pick the right lotion for your skin type. I highly recommend this location. read more

My wife went to use their tanning equipment for 15 days. The girl there said she would have to pay for a month at $47.29, but she could cancel the fees with 30 days notice. She paid for March and April and signed the doucusign pad to stop the charges. She didn't check our card account and just now discovered that she was billed for May, June, July and August. When she confronted the girl she said yes I see your last visit was in April, but she couldn't do anything about a refund. Of course, her manager wasn't there and she was told to come back. I went by on Saturday morning. He wasn't there, so I asked for a Phone #. I called and it immediately went to voicemail, I called again on Monday, voicemail again. I called the store and left a message. He called to say he would look into It, But claimed my wife didn't sign the docusign pad or it would have stopped. He didn't call back on Tuesday as promised. I called his cell and it went to voicemail again. I called the store and left a message. He called me back and said he couldn't do anything because my wife evidently failed to sign. I assured him that she is a very capable person who knows what she did. I want a refund of charges for the last 4 months. He refused. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. He is a thief of the highest kind and have no business being in Mansfield, Texas. Steer clear of this place. read more
