I tried their cold plunge for the first time. Your 1st session is free! Can I just say I wanted to shout but I didn't LOL!!! They even gave me a free shirt for my first time. HOW SWEET!?? Next, l did the body balance with red light therapy. Let me tell you so many health benefits, and it vibrates throughout the machine. I almost fell asleep. Then I concluded the night with the hydration station. It's basically a steam bath. Honestly, I never knew tanning places had a wellness/recovery side as well. It's much more than I expected. We are unable to use your letter as notice of cancellation as it was not Certified. Please send us your cancel request via Certified mail as soon as possible. You can check with your post office for assistance with this. The gym is nice before. Like many have mentioned. Front staff is too busy with computer screens and hardly knows someone is standing in front of them. The gym looks likes it hasn't been cleaned since I went three years ago.
