I thought another customer may had left with something that "didn't belong to them" let me be VERY CLEAR, NOT ONCE DID I THINK ANY OF THE TEAM MEMBERS DID THIS! She's taken the time to handpick an awesome team. She spent hours looking at camera footage looking for these things . She never once was mean or act like she didn't believe me. She took screenshots from the camera the whole 9 yards. She never got frustrated with me not once. Her heart sincerely went out to me. You can't fake that. Nevertheless I found it. She was sincerely happy I found it. She has hand picked an Excellent team. Hailie writes all my instructions along with everyone else helping me start machines etc. Grace, Ava, Carlie, Kirsten, Sevyn, Emma, Allisyn, Kamdyn, and Azlynn baby me EVERY TIME I GO! My disability is permanent and affects my mind terribly. This place is amazing. It truly is. They're always smiling and always willing to help me when I can't remember what button to push. Like one button‍ if you want a place where the team truly cares, look no further than Glo. Thank you young ladies so much. You're never gonna get rid of me! (March 20 2024) And customers, they are not pressure selling here! That's so refreshing. The stuff they have does work well if you'll follow their instructions. Thanks again and please remember I NEVER ONCE THOUGHT YOUR TEAM DID IT! Love and positive vibes to y'all! Thanks again UPDATE: as if I didn't love this place before, it got better today. I have some conditions and fell asleep in the mega bed(which is awesome & totally worth the add on package) Hailie, Emma and Ava, they were due to close at 6:00. I don't know if it was the first time checking on me but at 6:30 with zero attitude for keeping the 3 of them there. These young ladies are genuine and kind. This is the best place I've ever gone to in 52 years on earth!when I called to apologize today Carlie was all too kind. You would not believe what an awesome deal this is!!! The services they offer are just wow! Look them up and sign up. You'll never be treated better anywhere else. The prices are amazing! It's like hey, let us give you some stuff! They better never close! I'll invest to keep them if I have to! lol

Here is my experience: I just do spray tan, but it didn't work well (couldn't get any color), so I decided to stop. They advertise one price, but that's not really accurate. It's more than they advertise. I called at least half a dozen times to cancel, and no one ever answers the phone. I left multiple messages, and no one ever returned my call. I filled out multiple contact forms on the website, and no one ever responded. I finally drove to the place and cancelled in person, and I was assured I would not be charged. You see what's coming, right? I got charged again. I called multiple times. No answer, no return call. I left a message saying that if they didn't call me back, I'd be placing a negative review on Yelp. No call back. I drove up there AGAIN and they wouldn't give me anything to show it was cancelled, but promised me I wouldn't be charged again, which I am definitely not confident in. The owner, who is normally nice, was pretty impatient and dismissive of me. He told me that they don't get messages from the website (which I know isn't true because there is a form there - where they go, I don't know) and said he was too busy with a move to return calls or answer the phone. However, this has been going on a month! In any event, I left after he promised I wouldn't be charged again. Later, after he listened to my message he called me and was nice and offered me a free tan, but that was by far too little, too late. I felt like he was just doing that because he didn't want a negative review. The business practices here are very, very sketchy. I would avoid it. You don't sign a contract, but that means you have no protection at all. They can just keep charging you. The experience itself: - Friendly in person - Frequently out of supplies (the little slide-on shoe things), bathroom out of order or no soap in bathroom - laundry piled up on washing machine in full view every single time I've been in there

These are porous tools, and these were very much visibly used. I immediately felt uncomfortable and asked the nail tech to stop. At this point, my nails had two (2) nail tip extensions on my big toes (incomplete) and she trimmed two (2) nails. When bringing up my concern at the front, I was just told "sorry about that" and proceeded to be charged $25 for what was already done. Mind you, I was in the salon maybe 15 minutes with 10 minutes or less being in the chair. Deluxe Pedicure (EA. cooling peppermint pedi) are $50 plus $18 for gel. Why would it be $25 for nail trim and nail tips for two nails? I feel as though because I spoke up about their sanitation, I was reprimanded via overcharging. Iv had them before at other places with no problems. They gave me a towel to wear and I got on the table. The lady began the service. She was ..ok bit not exactly relaxing. Then she had to move a piece of equipment or furniture and all I heard was thing clanking hitting the walls etc. it was slightly comical because my eyes were covered. Astter the head service I go across the hall and 2 ladies begin to try and brush out my hair.. then 3 then they send me back to the table telling me it's tangled not to worry. I of course begin to worry. It is getting slightly painful from the pulling at this point. When we get back to the blow dry chair many ladies and the managers were in there. I'm now in tears so overwhelmed. I had beautiful long hair I'd grown for years. I'd gon for the first bit of me time in awhile and felt awful. The ladies requested to just cut the knot out. I said no I'd have my salon do it. When I got home I saw the knot was actually matted. I went to my salon the next day and they had to cut my hair. From low back length to almost shoulder length to even it out. The Salon did not charge me gave me a gift card I will use on a nail service and paid for my hair cut. Please be careful with head spas.
