It was ok but the corn was not charred at all. We then split the strawberry & burrata pizza. It was ok- but lacked a solid umami flavor. It needed more salt and pepper to be enjoyed. The worst part of the experience was that the manager (I think- he was dressed in all black & I saw the staff asking him questions) came out twice to smoke. He smoked by the railing close to Starbucks, which was about 20 feet away from us. Yet both times the cigarette smoke blew into us, which was absolutely disgusting. There were other places further away he could have walked to smoke, but he did not. Suffice to say I will not be back. I'll stick with Dryft.

I went there at 9:20 PM specifically to get pizza, only to find the doors already locked. That's 40 minutes before the posted closing time. If you're going to close early or stop serving well before 10:00, then change your posted hours. People plan around those hours and go out of their way expecting a business to actually be open when it says it is. I've always enjoyed Bianchi's, but this really left a bad taste in my mouth. If customers can't rely on the posted business hours, what's the point of posting them? Unfortunately, this experience deserves one star. The pizza may be good, but the customer experience tonight definitely wasn't.
