When you get a kids meal you get these cute tiny ketchup bottles that you can keep with great portions of food for example if you get chicken with fry's on the kids menu you get 4 huge/long prices of chicken and fry's are small but there is a lot and if you get anything else I'm guessing it has great portions also read more

This Mexican eatery is decent. Plenty of room on both the dining as well as the bar sides. The food was not too bad. Average traditional Mexican food. The guacamole was fresh but not a lot of flavor. The salsa was quite nice. The entrees were average. Our server seemed to be a bit unexperienced, timid, and didn't really take care of us unless we asked for refills. This was from Halloween afternoon. 2 of my friends and myself stopped in this afternoon around 3:30. We really wanted to try the apple cider Margareta. we have stopped previously on Mondays or Tuesdays to get the discounted margaritas. We inquired about the $2 taco Tuesday to see if they were included with the discounted Margaritas. our water had to check with someone, the answer was no so I ordered a burrito something which was $12 something. we all assumed by ordering a bigger meal the margaritas would be discounted. Boy were we ever wrong, all our jaws dropped when we seen our bill came out showing our Margaritas at $11.99 each. When I was inquiring about discounted Margaritas in the beginning andcwe ordered an apple cider one, he should have let us know they were not discounted. not happy. read more

Not necessarily great Mexican food, but it would normally do just fine for this small town. It was a slight step up from Los Cabos, in my opinion, but still nothing that compared to a bigger city or more authentic restaurant. We've been going here for about seven years, targeting it specifically on Sunday nights, as it has always been "Kids Eat Free (with purchased adult entrees)". We probably went about once a month. But upon a recent visit, we discovered that they've discontinued this, which means we'll likely stop going. It is too bad, as we'll just take our business elsewhere from now on. The irony is that BOTH Mexican restaurants have cancelled their "Kids Eat Free Sunday Night" special, which could have been a major coup if one of them kept it going. read more

This is my go-to place to take friends & family. The food is always good, and fast. My favorite dish there is the Taco Sampler platter for $11.99. It's not on the menu...but you can ask for it. Five different street tacos, all with different meats. Nothing fancy, but definitely delicious! Love their big Margaritas also....Happy hour on Weekends...they just $3! read more

Very large restaurant that was mostly empty when we stopped in. To start with, the salsa provided with chips at the table was not good. Seemed Luke it was from a jar/can and did not taste fresh at all. The menu is the typical Mexican restaurant fare. I had the fajitas and they were good, not great. Had to return to pick up the corrected order but they still didn't include any of the vegetables, only the dried up chicken. The offer for compensation was insulting to say the least! We are lucky enough to have two great Mexican grills in town. Cancun's is a favorite for lunch time as we get in and out very quickly. The staff is always prompt and friendly. The food is always hot and good. Try their cheese steak wrap... that's my go to every time we visit! read more

Paid 13$ for a toooon of food. They gave me a lot of rice and sides and everything was done in less than 20 minutes still hot by the the time I got home. Love this place. Family friendly too if you want to eat in. All the staff were wearing masks. read more

My girlfriend and I went there at 3PM on a Saturday, and it took 15 minutes for our waitress to come by and greet us. Another 15min for her to take our order. If it were busy I'd understand but what was funny was that 5min later she came by to take our order AGAIN, but then remembered she'd already taken it. My girlfriend ordered something that came with two tacos, she said NO ONIONS as she has an allergy to them. Order came out with onions everywhere. She asked them to take it back and get her new ones and they came out with the SAME plate with 95% of the I onions picked off?!?! I ordered chorri pollo with flour tortillas. They came out with corn tortillas, when I commented she said "I'm sorry we are understaffed" we were literally the only ones eating haha. Totally regret going here and will never be back. Cancun is always a go-to Mexican restaurant if I'm visiting friends in Menomonie. They have a huge outdoor patio that's great for when it's nice out! The food here has always been delicious to me, and their margaritas are super good. They have fresh made chips with salsa and white sauce aka crack because YUM. I could eat that sauce all day, every day. I also get their guacamole, which is on the small side for portion, but it's really fresh and tasty. I've had a lot of entrees here and they've all been really good! I will definitely keep going back to Cancun when I'm visiting Stout! read more

I want to give 3.5 stars, but I'm rounding up because all of my friends love this place. I've seen better, but it's decent enough. Yay for endless fresh tortilla chips and salsas. When you sit down they give you a massive basket of chips still warm from the oil. And when you finish that basket, they bring you another. The food here is good. I've had a few different things--the veggie fajita and the veggie burrito, which actually both tasted pretty similar. They could use more intense seasoning, which I think characterizes Mexican food. You also get pretty big portions for what you order. You will not leave hungry. The service is friendly. I don't really find anything to write home about this place. But it satisfies a big appetite and small craving for Mexican food, so I'll take it. read more

Service is typically friendly but tonight they were really slow. Ordered carne asada tacos and they were overcooked and overwhelmed with onion and cilantro. We went their last night, the food is normally so good. Last night was terrible. Our waiter was extremely rude! Every time we have gone to this restaurant the food is made different. It was so spicy we could hardly eat it, my friend got a beef taco Which did not taste like beef at all. We told our waiter and he was very rude and said " I've been here 10 years if you don't like something don't order it. My wife and I ate last night at the restaurant. The Server was polite, the couple of times that she attended to the table I had the 14 oz T-Bone Steak with the mixed vegetables. My wife had the chimichungas. The steak does not appear to be 14 oz because it was cut only 1/4" thick an was completely trimmed to the bone and would have fit in the palm of my hand. It was ordered medium rare and came to the table well done and looked like it was par boiled instead of grilled. The vegetable medially was cold, when I say cold it was cold the soft shell taco in the aluminum foil rap stuck together and were almost like mealy paste.
