We visited for breakfast while in El Paso. Party of two on a Saturday morning. Arrived around…read more9:30am & were seated immediately. Initially we sat inside but decided to sit outside since the weather was so nice. It was kind of dark & tight inside. The place is small. Outside seats around 20 people. The 2 of us sat at a table for 4. We choose our own table. We ordered the chorizo burrito with a side of fruit, churro waffle, strawberry lemonade, hash stack scramble with a side of bacon. The churro waffle was EVERYTHING!!! DELICIOUS. A definite must have for breakfast or dessert. It was a cinnamon & sugar topped crunchy on the outside smooth and soft on the inside. The best part of the meal. Burrito is served with a red salsa & a side. It was filled with chunks of potatoes & eggs. I didn't taste much chorizo in the burrito. I felt like the green Tabasco sauce would have been good with it to season it some. My fruit was fresh. The egg scrambled came with Shredded potatoes mixed in the egg @ spinach, mushrooms & onions under the egg & potato omelette. It was good. We got a side of bacon which was also good. Coffee & strawberry lemonade to drink. The service was quick and the food came hot & quick. We walked but there was some parking out front.

Disappointing meal. Got chicken lettuce wraps and sent back…read morethe lettuce as it was brown and didn't look washed. Cilantro brown too. What I got back was also brown and unwashed. Agua Fresca is just 2 cucumber slices and a sprig of mint. Not worth 3.5. The spicy chicken was well done and flavorful but the rest totally underwhelming. Kitchen needs some education. Staff pointed to wrong WiFi network at first as well.

Great burger place that also does really good chicken, fish, and salad! Was there with my family…read moreso we ordered accordingly, I wanted a burger, wife wanted a salad, and kid wanted the fried fish. I tasted all of the dishes we ordered and notably put their green chili burger in the top section of my favorite burgers! The salad with grilled chicken was also very good, and the kids fried fish was tasty as well, expect it's the same fish used for the fish tacos. Basically they use good ingredients, and prepare them thoughtfully. The place was very clean and the person taking our order was helpful answering our questions, other staff was friendly as well. We will be back when in the area.

Im currently eating here as I write this, it's so good I had to write right away!…read more The OG borracho burger is soooo good, you gotta eat quick though because the over medium egg will make it fall apart quickly but that's okay, like I said, it's delicious. It came with seasoned fries which were FANTASTIC as well. My wife had the regular burger, she's picky but she definitely loved the burger. She's more of a regular fries person, being picky but she said they're okay, which is a good sign! My kids never eat out but my one order of sliders was finished super quick, the other is a baby but she eating too. She doesn't eat my burgers at home so I need whatever recipe they have! My son ate his nuggets and they all love the fries. The only thing I have that could be an improvement would be making the limeade a bit less tart otherwise we really enjoyed everything! Especially their customer service The restaurant was great itself as well, the music was good, they have 2 tvs for entertainment as well. I would absolutely recommend this place to people! When I'm on this side of town I'll definitely come back

I enjoyed the 12 ounce ribeye with loaded baked potato and my guest had the spinach and artichoke dip. My steak was a beautiful center cut ribeye cooked to a perfect medium. There was almost no gristle or excess fat and the meat was seasoned well throughout. It was worth the $36 price and I'd order it again without hesitation. The spinach and artichoke dip was delicious but was very chunky. We both would have preferred a small dice or purée asa dip. It also was a bit runny as a result. Delicious though. The service was good. Professional without any personable conversation. The interior is open so you can look into the kitchen with beautiful lighting throughout the restaurant. I would definitely recommend the West Texas Chophouse on Paseo Del Norte.

Absolutely loved the bar and hanging pots everywhere. Such a clean restaurant and cute vibe. Our waitress was very nice and friendly to us. So no issues there! For drinks I got their berry lemonade which tasted just like lemon juice. I had to request for sugar to be added since it was so sour so beware. My food had came out and to be honest I'm just a little bit disappointed. The rigatoni was cooked but the sauce for it was really not tasty? Like there was almost not a flavor I can taste. Of course there was something but it was very plain and barely even there. It also was not spicy whatsoever. I added grilled chicken too and oh boy was that dry dry DRY. The burrata personally I'm not a fan in general so of course I wouldn't be a fan this time either but they gave a nice little plate full of it. They added some oiled toasted bread and it was way too crispy in my opinion. My partner got the chicken Parmesan and his dish tasted great! Very juicy chicken and cooked all the way. The sauce was perfect too nice and flavorful and great pairing with the chicken. His butter noodles were just like regular butter noodles so not bad. Finally the crème brûlée. Probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. It took repeated stabs to break the sugar glaze on top. Me and my partner were honestly thinking that they added the cream on top to hide how burnt it was actually. Unfortunately because the glaze was so thick and burnt it made the rest of the cream taste have the burnt flavor. It was sad because my partner was looking forward to this desert. Also took wayyy longer to arrive than our entrées. I will say that the waitress was very helpful and she actually covered the crème Brulé. I didn't even ask she just offered, I think she could tell that we didn't enjoy it and I had nicely told her it wasn't what we were expecting so thank you sincerely. Overall I think this is a perfect spot to maybe try drinks and hang with friends. Food was okay, wouldn't try it again in that regard but overall a decent spot here in El Paso if you're looking for something new. Maybe best to ask what's their best dish to serve. Overall thank you.

Parking lot was crazy busy on a Thursday evening. I recommend making a reservation if you are looking to dine in on an evening or on the weekend. I can't say I'd recommend anything we got. The entrees had such potential but were not executed well. If you're looking for a plate to knock your socks off, avoid this place. If you're looking for a fun atmosphere , this place will provide that. My favorite part of the meal was the free bread and roasted spread. For the price, this place should do better. Hostess was very warm and welcoming. Our server was friendly but rushing around and needed to slow down. He ended up bringing us the wrong wine. And it was awkward telling him that's not what we ordered. An honest mistake on a busy night so we weren't mad but it's still awkward for everyone.
