This is a nice enough tapas restaurant, opposite the Travelodge and casino, just off the main streets of Leicester.
I'm not a huge fan of tapas so am unlikely to ever be wowed by it. Here I found less things on the menu that I wanted to get than usual (there did seem to be a lot of broken eggs and fish on offer), but paradoxically the things I did like were better than what I am used to getting so that balanced out somewhat.
The wine was nice, but they do that thing here where each table has an unopened bottle of water and wine on it already. I don't like that. Bring me drinks when I order them, not before I've even arrived.
This is a bright modern restaurant with a small external area, which (fortunately for some of my fellow diners) is sheltered from the rain by a couple of those massive umbrellas bars use. read more
