I've only been here twice. First time was wonderful, my boyfriend & I bought a gram of wax, lounge…read morewas basically empty so it was nice & quiet & the staff was super nice & helpful. Second time, not so much. We brought my boyfriend's brother from out of state & were quickly disappointed. First, was the 32% tax on all products. When we first came, I remember paying about 18$ for a $16 gram of wax. Second time, I ended up paying about $180 for two butters which were $55 each & a gram of wax which was $12. So for 3 items, I paid almost $200 worth plus still had to pay to be able to use an e-rig on the upstairs lounge. To me that was ridiculously. On top of that, they add another $3.90 fee to use their card reader to PAY & don't tell you that the system they use is considered an " ATM " because I got a surprise fee of $3 on my bank account for using a "non chase ATM" aka their payment machine. We regret bringing my boyfriend's brother here as we did not expect it to be a money gouging place & will not be returning nor recommend it. Very disappointing as we hoped to continue returning.

In all my years living in LA I've been to so many shops and they've had either a great selection of strains and carried great brands but the shop wasn't aesthetically matching the quality of product they carried or very over priced products and sometimes old flower in stock. The service I've gotten at most shops - went like this: I walk in and i'm expected to be super knowledgeable with the cannabis brands and products and I usually pace around for awhile without being approached. I say all that to say my experience at Flora has changed my entire view on shops in LA. Once you walk in it's like an upscale flower shop / clothing boutique. Like the Kith or Fred Segal of Cannabis. The brands they carry are so unique and quality of the flower was all fresh. The staff or should I say the Cannabis Florist were so warming and welcoming upon entering the store and took me through all the product and I was blown away by service. The florist / budtenders have so much personality it left that place anticipating to come back because every one so cool! The lot is hard to maneuver in & out of, but if it's not busy it's not too bad. Sometimes I just park on the street in the paid meter spots to avoid the hassle. They have great sales on the weekend, currently on my favorite brand Dime so I like stopping by for an amazing vape. Their normal non-sale prices are good, too! Better than a couple other stores I am a regular at so combine that with the sales and you're golden. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly here, love the vibes. They almost always have a line but they are super quick about getting to everyone. Some of the friendliest staff at cannabis shops around! Love Off The Charts and I will definitely be back!
