I haven't even been in the store or purchased anything from the store, but I was calling around to see where I could buy Vet CBD. I called a bunch of dispensaries and Mitch was the nicest person I spoke to out of everywhere I called. Answered my questions and answered them before I even asked. He was super nice and made me want to shop in this store. Thanks so much Mitch for your kindness :-) oh read more

Stopped by randomly last night right before close, customer service was excellent and the staff were friendly and funny. Highly recommend their suggestions and their hospitality makes me want to visit again! read more

I frequent Wonderbrett solely for their selection of Uncle Arnie's Soda Pop! There's usually some deal/discount for certain items, if you're a new customer, specific times of the day, etc., which makes things a great value. Service is always amazing! Super friendly and welcoming. There's street parking only during certain hours of the day, so I'll park at the lot next door if needed and haven't run into any issues. read more

the most wonderful, patient, and informative staff I've ever encountered. The two staff members who helped us had great senses of humor and were extremely accommodating. they shared insightful opinions and exceptional product recommendations. Establishment was welcoming, bright, immaculate and thoughtfully designed to encourage browsing with products displayed in glass cases by category, accompanied by colorful curated nicknacks for sale like ceramic ashtrays. Very much like a designer luxury leather goods store. Had great sales, so offered a wide range of pricing. Definitely a cannabis destination. read more

I shop for vibe and variety and they have both. Very chill. Last time I went, being old and unsure I asked about pens I see people using. Wish I could remember his name but old, remember? I hardly do. Anyway he patiently walked me through and, when I went to pay he skipped the tip! Turns out PAX is damn fine. Great place. Highly recommend read more

They are not open early in the morning. Hours of operations is false. They do not open at 6 am

I was very disappointed by my visit today. I came in because I love wonderbrett flower and was in the area. Once I came in, I found out they only had 3 strains of wonderbrett and nothing else wonderbrett, which was really the whole reason I stopped in. They have a ton of products and brands displayed on their walls that they didn't have available. The girl that helped us was really sweet, and prices were okay, but their selection of products actually available was super limited. I ended up leaving with a really nice ice water hash joint but not sure I would bother to come back here. read more

Amazing people who work here! Great selection of products as well! If you're ever in the area come check this cute little dispo out!

I'm a newbie to Wonderbrett. I love this place. The aesthetic and vibe of this brand are everything you'd hope for. During my visit I learned the place had recently changed hands. And the person who told me this happened to be the new owner! I thought this was way cool. I learned they're working on assembling the craziest menu ever and to just hang on. I will! This is a place you'll love to visit. To mingle. To vibe. You'll tell you're tribe. I did. I'm excited about the new developments and improvements coming our way soon. read more

Gangster service from GILLI!! The Goat of customer service all around and never lets ya leave without feeling special. What a blessed place to call my go to stop n shop. They're so sweet here. Everyone here is so nice. 100% can't rec this place enough. Giligan helped me this time and the service was fast, friendly and helpful! They have a large selection and the vibe is primo. If you live in the area and shop elsewhere, idk what you're doing read more

Pretty bad customer service. Refused to take my cash due to a small tear -- that was still accepted by an ATM machine and then wouldn't allow me to pay card without a transaction fee. Will never be back again! Pretty bad service showing me the flower in the first place I just was trying to make it work ... NEVER AGAIN read more

Great dispensary! Beautiful shop with a great assortment of products. I got some LEVEL hashtabs and Lights Out protabs. Shout out to the budtenders who helped me out: Serena, Jose, Tim, Michael, and Brittany. Y'all know your products! Bonus points because they play house and techno! read more

Beautiful store, wide open and welcoming. Ava gave me wonderful customer service, especially because it was my first time at that shop and I am not that knowledgeable about weed. She is so patient, kind, and helpful. The selection inside was great, a few familiar brands and new ones I've never seen. I especially liked the edible options. I like how Ava brought her personal experiences up when it came to choosing certain products. For my first time being a customer there, I am very fortunate Ava helped me with a great deal. I got 3 types of edibles, pre-rolls, and a jar of great flower for an exceptional value. I highly recommend this spot to anyone! read more

Are you serious? Grapes of Wrath is one of my top 5 all time favorite strains. it's one of the only places you are going to find it. The rest of the line-up is stellar as well. read more

Pricy but if you have a Weedmaps account you get 30% off your first purchase and any new referrals you bring in. Jose was quick and knew his stuff enough. Next time I'd like to chat it up with someone who knows much more ratios regarding THC/CBD edibles. But overall had a great experience with the staff and security! read more

This is my go to for vapes. Best vapes around town! I've been to most dispensaries in LA and this one is truly the best for bales.

This place is absolutely stunning. They just opened last week and are brand spankin' new. From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable and welcomed, not to mention they have some of thee best product in the game. I cannot wait to be a regular here and shop for weed like I'm at Saks Fifth Avenue lol read more

Such a nice dispensary this place is a gem!! The whole staff is so friendly, I was helped out by Gabby. She was extremely informative & knowledgeable of all the concentrates & flower products. She even went out of her way to help try to get us extra deals & had some great recommendations. Definitely recommend checking out this place. read more

Love the vibe of this place so much!!! Angel is so helpful and very welcoming. He is the reason why I'm coming back again!!!

Jasmine was an awesome and very knowledgeable bud tender who had great recommendations and knew exactly what I was looking for.

I showed up and told my bud tender I was looking for some rosin.... Was taken over to the 710 product and spent well over $100 just to come home and see it's live resin! NOT SOLVENTLESS! Now I'm outta my cash and don't smoke bho.... Bud tenders should really know what they are doing specially when you're working in such a reputable place.... read more

This is without a doubt the nicest looking dispensary of any I've been in The selection was extensive and Chelsea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable Gave me lots of her time and I'm looking forward to experiencing the Wonderbrett products I purchased This place is the real deal read more

Got scammed by their two-for-one deal - you don't actually get three of the same item for the price of two - you pay for three and they give you a cheap "promo" item from the back that is different from the items you purchased. They won't tell you this up front. If you do come here (I'd recommend against it - there are so many other friendly, honest, better-priced alternatives in the area), make sure you check your total before paying - they will not correct their "mistake", and will in fact gaslight you by mocking you and making you feel cheap for not "appreciating" the cheap promo items they gave you. I spent over $500 on my last visit and overpaid by over $30. Check out the other 1 star reviews here and elsewhere on SM from others who were scammed. The owner had my first review removed, defended his employees who ganged up on me and harassed me until I had not choice but to remove myself from their menacing presence, and then accused me of being a competitor because I wrote a review about my experience. I wrote my initial review not because I was out $30, but because of how I was treated by Angel and his colleagues when I tried to rectify the situation. If you use cannabis products for anxiety, which I do, this is not the place for you - my experience was extremely triggering and to be mocked and gaslit by the entire staff present in the store (I was the only customer there) was an experience I'll never forget and one which I would never wish upon others. read more

What a beautiful place! Billy helped me out find the perfect gummy for a newbie! Educated me on different types of products and what would work best for my anxiety! Highly recommend! read more

Went here for a "deal". And they sold me expired weed!! Never bought anything expired from a dispensary before. How is that legal?!

Amazing selection and staff. Arlene is super informative. This place is VERY nice. I really enjoy the thc beverages they pack a real punch. Transparent pricing is also a plus so no surprises at checkout. You have to try their wonderbrett genetics they are top tier. read more

Im giving this place 5 stars for having great potential but truly giving this place 3 due to not having sufficient stock on a specific strain. (Pink Picaso) the only reason why i go to this store to begin with, do you ever try a strain and it's exactly what you need for your mental health? well thats me, clearly this store doesn't seem to really care about customer service for months now every time i go to the la brea location they never have that strain and they know its their most popular one. Its stupid to me that they would mess around with something that is working just fine " if it aint broke dont fix it"i have expressed my concern countless times even to the employees who clearly are annoyed that the strain is not available, all to make more money well guess what you have lost yet another customer(like you care) none the less i hope others read this and remember, this store and brand is nothing but a small fish in an ocean full of other options. I will take my money elsewhere . read more

Billy was awesome and hooked me up great when I go back to Cali he's my guy thanks man you're awesome

Tim was my budtender and he had the calmest, nicest way about him. I felt like a vip from the second I walked in. Great product, beautiful display, good quality! So happy I found this place! read more

Incredibly organized storefront. Sections make it easy to sort between edibles, flower, and vape. So many brands in stock. Excited to try the Wonderbrett OG products. read more

HORRIBLE! They don't listen, and give you wrong products. When I tried to exchange it for what I originally asked for I was told "no" then had to buy what I originally asked for and they thought 20% was acceptable on their mistake!! Which they admitted to on Weedmaps. It's shady business to enforce your customers to buy something they didn't ask for, maybe if you make your employees responsible for their mistakes you wouldn't have complaints about people receiving wrong products. Then their response on Weedmaps was a complete lie, they won't miss me as a regular customer because there will always be people in the area that will purchase from them but there are better places where the employees actually care about their regulars. Wonderbrett is not one of those dispensaries. read more

I'm so happy that this brand finally has their own storefront. The store is so pretty and looks very high-end. Besides carrying their own brand they carry other popular brands too. I recommend anyone to come in and get helped my Aurora. read more

This place is so wonderful love the service bud tenders are very knowledgeable of products and I feel safe while shopping.

Drive here from Orange County. Worth the drive and wait. Best quality merchandise. Top Notch!

This is what dispensaries should be: wide selection, cool decor, personable and knowledgeable employees, and solid prices. While Wonderbrett is their own product, they carry every major brand and type (edibles, flowers, tincture, CBD, medicinal, resin, etc.). My budtender, Ryan basically walked we through every product and was able to tell me what experience each one would provide. The guy knew his stuff. I came in for an edible, I left with three to try different types of strains, and I already want to go back for more. High-ly recommend! read more
