Today we got a zipfizz and a latte, my partner got a sausage bagel sandwich on the Italian bagel, and I just got the jalapeño cheddar bagel with cream cheese. Their bagel sandwiches are gigantic, the best bang for your buck of any coffee shop in town. Usually when I get a bagel sandwich from them, I have to eat it in two sittings. The service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is cute, simple, and open! Lots of people go there for business meetings and studying, I always see folks in there working away on their laptops. Definitely recommend this cute little spot.

The coffee was strong and hot, and the freshly-made sandwich was piled high and delicious. The atmosphere is laid back, but not quiet. Most book stores are considered a calm and relatively quiet place and, at least on this day, was not the case. On the bottom floor of the bookstore (with GREAT acoustics, mind you) sat two people who were having such a loud conversation that it echoed throughout the entire place. Not the worst thing I suppose but this convo happened to be full of f-bombs and just generally negative and nasty comments.
