We've used Cam's services a few times and they consistently provide excellent service! Alex & the team are always punctual and keeps us informed of their arrival time, which we truly appreciate. As owners of 3D Door Designs, a local garage door business ourselves, we have our own customers and schedules to manage therefore having that communication and reliability means a lot to us. We're grateful to have a dependable, local, family-owned business like Cameron & Chloe's that we can count on! We highly recommend Cam's Heating & Air to anyone looking for quality service, professionalism, and great communication. You won't be disappointed! read more

Honest great service. Alex arrived timely and was very informative. I was not home at the time, and he stayed in constant communication with me for any questions. He resolved our issue and made sure everything was in working order before he left . We would definitely recommend Cam's. read more

Our air conditioner stopped working Sunday night. I sent a text to Cam's Heating & Air at 7:20 pm Sunday evening asking to schedule. Received a call back before 9 am on Monday morning. Had someone at our home to evaluate by 10:30 am. It was an easy fix and the repairs were completed by 10:45 am. So very thankful to have cool air blowing again during such a heat wave. read more

My furnace got serviced yesterday and I can't say enough about the fabulous service I get. Not only is the technician that did the work amazing, but so is the rest of the team. I don't think there is a way to make the care of my heating/air conditioning any easier. Or better. I have true peace of mind knowing the heat's going to work as temperatures fall. read more

A few years ago after having issues with a newer AC unit I tried six different HVAC companies and Cam's was the only one who could come the next day. It was 110 degrees in Ceres and we couldn't wait. Cam went out of his way to help us. He personally called the company we purchased the system from to see if we still had any coverage and when we didn't he took care of it that day. The speed, quality and reasonable price made us lifelong customers. Ever since we have had Cam out to do six month checks and everything is running perfectly. I'm sorry this review has taken me so long to write. I recommend everyone go to him, friends family and anyone reading this. The price and customer service will not be beat. Thank you Cam read more

We just love Cam's business! He replaced our AC condenser for a great price. We now have him come twice a year to check our system for a nominal fee. Soon we will have the heat unit replaced. We have used Cam for years. Not only does he do a fantastic job but he does it for a great price. I will never use anyone else I have him come twice a year to check my system. Such a great company I!!! Really fair prices as well! read more

After having Cam and his team come out to my condo for 3 years servicing and repairing my 20+ year old unit, I decided to look at upgrading the full heat pump system. Cam was priced competitively and promised a part and labor warranty after install. We ran into some issues due to my part and got held up by 3 weeks waiting for my HOA to approve some new lines that needed to be ran Once I got approval, can was able to schedule his team out there within just a couple days from our call to get the new unit installed. The new unit did amazing dropping my condo down to 75F while it was 105+ outside but did result in some leakage due to condensation build up. I sent Cam a photo and without hesitation he set appointment to come back and service the recent install. The problem has been fixed and I will be a Cam's climate customer until he retires! LET ME MAKE THIS SHORT AND SIMPLE. We needed emergency service. We had another company came out. The quote and how they think everyone knows nothing pissed me off. I got Cam's number from our daughter in law. He came out and did a quote. Did more work better equipment at a lower price. Then offered to do the work on there days off to help out. Very easy to schedule, and they were flexible with some unforeseen schedule challenges on my end. Provided excellent and very transparent service. Exactly what I had asked for (evaluation and tune-up of existing system). Cam also helped me to upgrade my thermostat. Given the expertise he has, I asked Cam for some advice to further enhance my system and make my home more energy efficient. I also like that he showed up with mask during these times. We will work with Cam going forward to keep our system well maintained. read more

Cam is to be commended for providing a timely response to my call for an air conditioning service request over the weekend. Cam was very quick and responsive. Tuned up my old AC system right away and will be coming back to do the same with the heater in the fall. Definitely recommend! read more

Cam seemed like a nice guy who had just started his small HVAC business, so I decided to help him. He quoted me about 17k to replace my unit. He reused moldy plenum ducting, moldy plenum inner insulation, and didn't seal the plenum in the back where it was out of site. He didn't nitrogen purge while soldering, which shortens your system's life. Cam also used a fraudulent duct testing guy to do his leak testing once he was done. Do your research if you don't believe me. I am posting with this account because he's a crook and I am afraid he'll damage my property if he finds out who I am. That's the kind of guy he is. Call anyone else please! You've been warned. read more

Cam came out right away, figured out what was wrong, didn't try to upcharge or upsell me, gave me his recommendations and got us running at peak performance within an hour. This is a special kind of honest contractor. Do yourselves a favor and call Cam's first. He even replaced our filters for free because "he was already upstairs with a ladder" and he brought our Amazon packages in and put them on the table for us. Kind, conscientious, courteous, professional, and priced fairly. read more

We had concerns about our air conditioning, the compressor was making a nasty noise all of a sudden, and we were heading into a heat wave! Cam came out and found a capacitor that was at the limits of functionality, so we told him to replace it, before it failed. He said our compressor fan was also a bit noisy, and since it was still under warranty for parts he got that for us free, and just charged us labor. He explained everything as he went, he was very helpful and informative, too. He is super professional, lots of texts and reports both before and after the visit. On time, courteous, wore a mask. I hope we never have any issues with our a/c or with our furnace, but we are very happy to know we have found "our guy" to call. read more

As a property manager my goal is always to provide a quick response to our tenants request for maintenance service, while keep affordability in mind. I recently hire the service of Cam's Climate Control to redesign a duct work in one of our properties. Cameron was professional, punctual and hardworking. He kept me informed by texting/emailing me that he was on route as well as when the job was done. I appreciated his contactless payment option, especially now that we are in the middle of a pandemic. As a property manager I recognize that services providers plays a big role in keeping our tenants happy and are an important part of my management success. Thank you for your effective services Cam's Climate Control. My AC went out last night and after calling around and requesting some quotes through Yelp I had a response from Cam with Cam's Climate Control. It's Sunday, no one was open, technically Cam wasn't open either, but he came anyway right on time to help me. He was extremely polite and explained everything to me very well. He didn't even charge me for the broken capacitor that was causing the immediate problem with my unit- but allowed me to apply it to the upgrade my house desperately needs (my HVAC is 25 years old and on its last leg). I just wanted to share my pleasant experience with you all. This fellow has great customer service! I would definitely recommend him. read more

Awesome Service, Highly recommend. Cam was the first to respond to me via a yelp project request for Maintenance on my older AC unit. He was available within 2 days for an appointment which was great considering the heat wave and how busy HVAC companies are right now. We kept in touch through yelp up until the appointment and on the day of he called me to ask if he could come a bit earlier which was even better. Cam showed up early and wearing a mask which was very considerate and I showed him to the Thermostat, filters AC unit and my hose/water for cleaning. He was done in under an hour with everything and gave me a thorough overview of the status of my AC unit and recommended parts which are close to end of life. He then cleaned up his work area, packed up and provided me the invoice via email which I paid via credit card. Cam accepts credit cards, cash, or checks. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and even played with my dogs before he left and gave me some good fishing spots! As I stated in the beginning I highly recommend Cam's Climate Service for your AC maintenance needs. I'm always happy to support a young new business owner that provides excellent service. read more
