However, there were issues at the beginning that caused us to delay our planned trip significantly (from Nov. to Jan). Have also dealt with Hanover, PA..Much better experience. They took the time to explain systems in detail; made suggestions to improve the systems; and in general seemed to be more customer focused. read more

Positives: Friendly and helpful associates in the store. Ryan helped us get a stackable washer and dryer setup, as well as pick out a new black stone grill that would be best for us. Seemed like an awesome guy and was very helpful. They also matched their sales that were present on their website but not in person. They even wrapped the boxes in plastic so I could transport them in a light drizzle and keep them dry. Negatives: Absolute GARBAGE customer service. Our dryer came out of the box with a bad door switch, which I understand isn't necessarily camping world's fault, but they were unwilling to help in ANY way. They said because it was already "installed" I couldn't return it. How the hell am I supposed to know something is broken without taking it out of the box and plugging it in? It never even powered on, let alone had any laundry in it. And we purchased it less than 12 hours prior... they then told me I had to take up the issue with the manufacturer. This was a multi-hour process. The manufacturer did send a new door switch, but they also agreed that camping world's customer service was absolute trash. Camping world should have at the very least given us a discount voucher or gift card for future use. Not helping your customers at all only ensures that they are one time customers who will steer others away, rather than returning ones who will speak highly of camping world. Early May we entered into an agreement with this location to sell our RV. Several employees commented to us how clean our rig is and had less than 10,000 miles. We were advised that the our RV would likely sell very quickly. The attention to detail and care we are experiencing is extremely disappointing. 1. It took several days for our RV to be put on the website. 2. When our RV finally showed up on the website, the description was in accurate indicating 2 slides when there are actually 3. We brought this to our Camping World's attention immediately and to this day the description is still wrong. 3. We were advised over 3 weeks ago there was a buyer and the website was updated to 'Sale Pending'. We called several times for a status and it quickly became evident that the buyers were struggling with financing. Our RV was virtually taken off the market for over 3 weeks, causing us to potentially miss qualified buyers at a key time of the year. Today we stopped by Camping World to drop off an extra set of keys and were told the sale fell through last week, but our RV is still showing as 'Sale Pending' on their website. Keep in mind, nobody has reached out to us to let us know about the deal falling through, we only found out because we happened to stop by. Our sales person was 'at lunch' when we dropped by, so we asked that the sales person give us a call when he returned to the office. We are now beyond store hours and have heard nothing and of course this individual is out of the office Wednesdays (tomorrow). This experience has been very disappointing. This location used to be Grumbine's RV and they weee great...we really miss them. read more

I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this location. From the sales manager going back on his word for a date to pick up my camper to an outstanding "we owe" document that they have yet to make good on. I have been contacting them for 6 weeks to get an answer on a missing part for my camper. They have made no effort to keep me updated or to figure out a resolution. i have to contact them weekly to make sure i dont need to send more pointless photos because they dont reachout to ask for them. As of December 1st I stopped receiving email responses from the Internal Advisor and have not been able to get anyone on the phone until the 8th of december. that is when the sales manger told me he would get with the general manager and have him call me back later that day. I have recieved no phone call. I've contacted their VIP number who is supposed to resolve issues for customers and have been told on 3 occasions to wait for a phone call back from this branch who I already stated has been ignoring me and not responding to voicemails or emails. Even the VIP department can not get ahold of multiple people in charge of this dealer. As soon as they got my money they stopped caring about me as a customer. I would not recommend doing business with this location or company in general if they can not get this dealer in line. read more

This place is awful!!! They only care about making a quick sell and taking advantage of you while they do it. Bought a new Eddie Bauer Travel Trailer from here in February. I made the mistake of not checking every single little area for craftsmanship during the build (shame on me), but there were a few quick things that the dealer should have dealt with before I even saw it. For one, the screen door was inproperly installed to where it wouldn't latch. There weren't any areas to adjust it. It literally needs taken off the frame and reset. The bedroom door was completely off the hinge and the only was to fix it would be to take the millwork apart to access the sliding mechanism. Painted smudge marks all over the window frame from the manufacturer in the kids bedroom. Then find out during my first camping trip that the outdoor kitchen hinge was being held on by 2 screws on the right side while the same bracket on the left was installed with all 5 screws!! Apparently the manufacturer installed something wrong and ran out of space to properly install the hinge. During the first trip our hot water heater kept kicking off for no reason at all. We left to go get a shower and came back to find water all over the bathroom floor leaking from the sink vanity. Brand new. First trip. Then we get home and park it for a couple weeks. Getting ready for the next trip, I go to the outdoor kitchen to arrange for the trip only to find water, mildew and moisture all along the base of the cabinetry. Wood swelled up, paint flaking away. Unbelievable! So I call my sales rep Kyle to report the issue. Instead of taking the call he just sends it to the service department. He was only ever concerned with my sale and then tried to sell me another one instead of trying to help solve my issue. The service department calls me. After I got extremely heated (I paid $40k for a lemon!!) with the service manager he throws me attitude telling me all new campers have issues and that I should've went to read forums on this camper. He so told me it would take around 60 days for me to get into service and then once I got it there they'd have it for several weeks!! That is honestly unbelievable!! I finally gave up on the unit. It's not worth risking it falling apart, and it was on the fast track to doing so within months. I ended up finding a family owned dealership that was known for quality service. They looked at the issues and were able work with me on a trade. They even showed me how Camping World was tossing in roadside coverages that were really unnecessary and was able to show me how to get money back on those. I realized by purchasing from the local family dealer that they weren't charging me anywhere near the amount of fees that camping world does! It's not even close. Furthering my frustration that I got taken advantage of. After heavily research t my new dealer I asked about service turnaround time if I were to have issues with my new purchase. He took me to his service department and handed me their service book. Told me to call anyone I'd like in there and ask about their experience. That says something!! All the reviews said the same about them. Word to the wise. Find a local family dealership. Stay far away from this place!! They'll take arrange of you in the worst way and then won't take care of you when you really need them to. read more

I would avoid the Camping World location in Harrisburg, Pa at all cost. Sales and service. We purchased a new travel trailer about three months ago. We paid not by choice 995.00 for what they call is a prep fee. In other words a scam to get more money out of you. 50% of the prep list was never completed. Once the camper was home we had a rain storm and boy the water was running like a river inside the slide out roof. Took the camper back to Camping World for that repair plus several others. Keep in mind Camping World had our unit for over three months. This is the short story, 1. Slide out roof was never repaired correctly. Had another shop complete the job. 2. Furnace had to be replaced. Camping World did not complete hooking up the furnace. Duct work was not connected. Knock out plates for the duct work was laying on the inside bottom of the new furnace. Vent hose was damaged. Too many knock out vents cut out. We have three vents in the camper for air and they knocked out four holes in the furnace and left it that way. 3. Outside front trim was still bent after they said they replaced it. Not bent as bad as the first one from the factory but still bent. Camping World said, that's the way they are installed. Too bad the other side was not bent. I have spent over three hours completing the hook up to the furnace. Harrisburg should be ashamed to allow work like this. If you want good service go to Camping World in Hanover, Pa. Good people and good service. Harrisburg plays too many games and does not case about customer service. And don't hold your breathe for the general manager to call you or respond to your email. It will never take place. Harrisburg just need to close down. Harrisburg only has a 3.5 rating. If someone tells you to email or call Marcus with your issue don't. The person you speak with only takes the information and then forwards that information to the location your having an issue with. Went in to LOOK at their RVs. We were told them from the start that we were only looking due to never owning one and winter being around the corner there's no point on buying one at this moment for us, so we told them that and asked if it would be a problem if we looked at a few, they said no problem at all they would be happy to show us, when we got done looking at them which was a very quick walk thru... by the way they did not show us anything but the most expensive, they presided to use pressure sales tactics.... Also UNLIKE all other RV dealerships I've been to, all their RVs were locked as to not allow buys to explore and look without a sales rep... they want a sales person with you at all times. read more

EDIT 06/29/22: Kudos to Elliot in service. Called me yesterday and gave me some troubleshooting tips on the AC unit. Had me do a simple temperature test. Then agreed there was an issue and managed to get me in same day. It is a 65 mile drive to get there and he did not want to waste a trip up. Got it in. Got it fixed. Loose wire that was not crimped down properly. Thank you! The other issues still remain. Should not have to deal with this much BS with a new camper. Should have been inspected before delivery. Still no answer from Forest River or the AC manufacturer and no follow up from corporate. read more

I purchased a brand new 2020 Thor Motorhome from Camping World in 2019. I purchased an extended warranty that they pushed during the delivery meeting. I scheduled repairs of the coach in December of 2022. They couldn't take it until 2/6/23. When I dropped it off I told them I needed the coach back in early March. Not only does my very expensive warranty not cover the repairs, but I still don't have my motorhome back yet. They claim they are waiting on a part for a leaking window for over 30 days. I would never purchase another unit from them, let alone the useless extended warranty. Repairs take way too long if even ever completed and the warranty is useless. read more

Buyers, beware... the welcoming buying process is top-notch! They don't tell you that their maintenance and customer service once you bring your new trailer home will be the worst maintenance experience ever. In June, we bought a brand new Cougar 25RDS. You would expect that before delivery, the trailer would have gone through a Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QAQC) Inspection to make sure everything was functional. We did receive a walk-through, but as new trailer owners, we didn't know all the red flags to look for during the delivery briefing. We brought the trailer home and had a rainstorm the following day. We walked in, and the trailer leaked into the bedroom. My husband also noticed that the solar panels were not charging the batteries, which was not anything the dealership did before we took the trailer home. We called the service department to try to get the issue resolved. Keep in mind Camping World is worldwide. Good luck getting an appointment with a Camping World that you didn't buy your trailer through. The Harrisburg Camping World is a 6-hour round trip for us to take. We called a Camping World in New Jersey, and they weren't even attempting to fit us into their schedule. Harrisburg did say they would take us in, but the earliest they could do it was while we had a planned vacation that required the use of our RV. Service Attempt Fail #1: After vacation, we turned the RV into repair for the solar panels and some other leaking spots in the shower area. We fixed the Master Bedroom leak ourselves before our vacation. The service department calls us to come to pick up the trailer. My husband makes that 6-hour round trip again to pick up the trailer and come home. At pickup, the solar panels were not fixed. The maintenance person goes through and changes out a fuse, temporarily fixing the issue. My husband drives this trailer down to storage in Dover, DE, to discover the solar panels are not fixed. My husband makes another service appointment with Harrisburg and tells them that changing the fuse didn't work, and the fuse is blown again. There has to be something else wrong. Service Attempt Fail #2 A few days later, he makes another 6-hour round trip to take the trailer back. After two weeks, we receive a call that the trailer is ready for pickup. On the call, my husband asks whether you are sure it's ready. The service department swears the trailer is fixed. My husband makes that drive again to pick up a trailer that was never fixed. All the service team did was replace the same fuse they replaced last. As soon as you move the trailer, the fuse blows, and the solar panels are not operational. He left the trailer with Camping World and told them he was not making another trip to pick up the trailer; they needed to deliver this trailer to us. Where are we now? The trailer is still with Camping World; they denied the delivery for the trailer and won't even offer to give us a gift card for all the gas wasted. Hands down, if we had known the service was garbage, we would have kept our money. I can only imagine how bad it can be if there are any other issues later down the road. Perhaps we should ask for a video verification that the issues were fixed prior to making all those trips. Keep in mind that's 12 hours wasted for each service appointment failure. After the first failed service fix, I would expect the service manager to be involved in verifying all maintenance was performed correctly and that the customer is not wasting their time making a drive for something that is still broken. read more

My husband and I purchased a brand new Thor Windsport Class A coach (camper) from Camping World - Harrisburg (CW) in the Spring of 2018. The day we took delivery of the coach we walked through the camper, at CW's request, and created an initial list of "issues" that were defects from manufacturer delivery. We were told that the items noted at delivery, and any additional items we noticed that needed repair once we got out using it, would all be addressed at a 90-day post purchase repair. Unfortunately, 90-days from purchase was prime camping season, so we made an agreement with CW, the day we picked up the coach, to bring the coach back in for the 90-day repairs after the initial 90-day period so as not to be without the camper during our only months-long camping season. During our first couple of trips with the coach we made note of some things that were not performing up to the standards of a brand new coach and added them to the initial list. In Nov 2018, we brought the coach in to CW for the list of repairs we needed performed. CW had our coach from November 2018 to April 2019 and all of the repairs were NOT finished. CW said the reason was push-back from Thor on approvals, inadequate job time allowed, or just flat out lack of response from Thor Motor Coach for the warranty items. As the months dragged on, and work wasn't being completed, we gave CW a firm date we needed to pick up the coach because our 2019 camping season was beginning. We purchased the camper to USE not to leave sitting in a repair shop for months upon months. FIVE months after giving our coach to CW for repairs, we were told that a number of the repairs had not been completed and that we would have to bring the coach back in again. We expressed our complete disappointment and total dissatisfaction at the work not being completed. At the end of May 2019 we received a call from Thor requesting we bring the coach back in to CW for outstanding repairs. I reminded Thor that CW had my coach for FIVE months and that Thor was asking to take my camper, again, at the height of camping season! I brought up the remaining list of repairs. The Thor Cust Svc rep told me to send over an email with the list. Upon receipt of the list, Thor denied most of the outstanding repairs including some that had previously been approved but not completed by CW!!! I've been sending email back and forth ever since and getting no where. Thor and Camping World have NOT completed the initial list we were told would be corrected at the time of purchase a year ago. The list of items that need repair are NOT customer maintenance issues. They are direct from manufacturer defects! At this point, I can not even trade in my coach for top dollar because of the items that need repair so I'm totally at a loss here. After having all of the trouble we've had, I only correspond with Thor and CW via email so they cannot say "we did or didn't say..." or "that's not what we agreed to...". Unfortunately, emails go unanswered for days. They ignore my request to speak to a Manager, they ignore my request to specifically address the list of repairs that are clearly mistakes or defects from manufacturer. They have wasted months and months of our time and at the end of the day the coach hasn't been repaired. We now have a 1-year old coach with issues from delivery that we've been trying to have fixed for over a year! In the meantime of the initial list we've been fighting to have repaired, there is now an additional list of new issues that need repair. That request is also being ignored. I've written a complaint with the BBB and PA Attorney General's office. We will never buy another camper from CW or Thor. Buyer beware! read more

We bought a Riverstone Legacy from CW in Tampa, and it's a great 5th wheel. But we were not happy with the Tampa dealership. It just wasn't like the other 2 dealers we purchase our Class A's from, we were treated like family at those other places. So, we brought it back home to have the warranty work done in Harrisburg Pa. We had a little rough start there as well, but it was quickly taken care of when I got with Jody, the General Mgr. He got right on it and hooked me up with Elliott the Service Mgr. They are to great guys that worked things out for us. I'm now with Eric, our service advisor, and he is a 5-star guy, very personable and listens to our needs. We're very happy with the way our issues were handled. I held off on leaving a review, because I really don't like leaving bad ones, and I'm glad I did. My experience with CW in Harrisburg Pennsylvania has been an horrible experience. The day of pick up we had a big dent in the outdoor refrigerator. It was a complete hassle to get a replacement. Nobody cared about customer service. My 2nd issue was scratched dining table seats, which again was a horrible experience to get fixed. Now I have another problem and have not been able to speak to anyone in service for help. Every time I call they are busy helping other customers, that's not a good sign. I would not recommend purchasing anything from camping world in Harrisburg Pennsylvania once they sell the camper you are on your own with the problems. Good luck they are too busy. The service department is a joke....nobody knows what they are doing, and you get a different story from each person you talk to. We had work done that made our camper worse than what it was when it got there. To the point it had to go back to the manufacturer TWICE! The manufacturer sent us photos and documentation showing that Camping World created their own wiring system into our inverter, hooked it up totally wrong, and created a fire hazard in which we are lucky the thing never caught on fire while we were in it! Of course when confronted with this information....it wasn't their fault. I guess someone else was in our camper doing things to it when nobody was looking. And Marcus Lemonis?? Biggest joke ever. His motto, which is in every corner of the store "If you aren't happy, I'm not happy," HAHAHA! Try contacting him once. He doesn't care if you are happy at all. All he cares about is his money. Ricky our salesman was great... thank you for everything yesterday. Only complaint we have... After everything was paid, and they brought the camper out to the front after supposedly they went over everything in the back no one came to get us or tell us we were ready. No one went over the unit with us and showed us everything worked. We weren't showed how the refrigerator worked, the air conditioner, the furnace, how the awning went out... Heck, they didn't even have the license plate on the unit. And I was losing my cool so it's on with a wire tie and a screw, since no one put on for us. So we hooked up and left since we had dinner plans and we were growing tired and irritated. Now to today... We went and set it up this morning... Auto Up Motor stopped 3 times setting it up... I had to reverse it and then go again... Canvas was not washed at all like we were told. Makes me wonder did they really check over EVERYTHING like they said?Also yesterday, I had to go and ask up front if we were done or what. It seemed as if we were ignored after salesman went and showed another couple... Not blaming Ricky, our salesman one bit for any of this. It just seemed they had their money and heck with us. If I could give them less than no stars I would. We bought a brand new camper from them and used it once and it was already broken. Our second trip with it the slide wouldn't come out. So I took it there to get that fixed as well as the bathroom door that didn't latch properly from the time we purchased and the one jack was not working properly. We had our camper for 2 months at the time and then it took their service department 2 months to fix it. So basically they had it just as long as us. Unless you plan on buying and pass a credit check first don't plan on checking any campers out? I was waiting on a pension and was checking to see what was out out there and I had couple grand I didn't include I was going to put down. But since their financing is pretty limited according to a manager I was told to try a credit union. After that I lost the great service and the sales associate who was going to show me campers, was told it was unfair to her to be taken off the floor because that is how they make money. Wow? Understand, but at same time I wasn't just there to piss time away. Well in September at the Camper Show in Hershey at least that is on dealer that I won't have to waste time with. So my ratings are low because they didn't give me a chance to rate them fairly as they dismissed me as a future customer. read more

We bought a camper from Camping World of Harrisburg PA in October of 2019. The salesman told us we would receive the title in a week. As of January 2020 we still do not have a title for the camper. Janis from their titling office will not answer or return my calls. At this point I guess our only option to pursue legal action. If you are thinking about buying a used camper from them see the title before giving payment, and make sure you leave with the title. My recommendation.... spend your money somewhere else. read more

We had a very good condition 2019 to trade in. They couldn't meet our terms so we walked away. My wife sent an email to the sales manager. All of a sudden they can make a deal. So we go back a second time. They could only fit us in to do the deal the day before our vacation. They had almost 2 weeks to prep our new camper! . They must have never checked anything out on our unit. There was a wiring issue at pick up time. I het the camper home. I find wiring hanging underneath. I find leaks under both sinks and a major leak under the shower. The city water hose connection leaked. I spent hours fixing this NEW 40,000 dollar campe! I will never trust these idiots again. If thats the quality of techs they have they should all be fired! I am a construction equipment mechanic and if I sent a NEW machine out to a customer with problems I would be out of a job! No excuses for this bs!!!! You will never convince me they prepped this camper properly! read more

Do not give these people your hard earned money!!! They don't have mobile technicians. So if you are going to be living in it full time, they will just write you off and wont even provide you with a reliable mobile maintenance tech. We had a power outage and when i came home to my caper it was 90 degrees when i had set my thermostat to 72. I Called them up and explained my situation and how i couldn't afford to give up my camper for a day, they basically told me to pound sand. Very disappointed in my experience with camping world we were at the RV show in Harrisburg in September we bought our camper in there and Were told a bunch of lies that we discovered after the fact. When our camper was delivered there were five things broken with it that I had to get fixed and they were not very helpful with it now we just discovered the junction box was lying in a pool of water in the underbelly and it burned up, how the camper didn't go up in flames is beyond us of course all of this is the manufacturers fault and now we have to find a way to bring our camper in to get repaired but yet when we bought the camper we were told that repair man would come to us we never had to bring our camper in to be repaired which is a bunch of lies. We do not own a fifth wheel truck they should be covering the hundreds of dollars it's going to cost us to have it transported being that this was not our fault and that camper is less than a year old I would never recommend camping world or a Keystone cougar camper to anyone. Horrible customer service!!! Update. I spoke with someone who responded to my original post. She was very nice and seemed helpful but when the actual store called me back they again were NO help at all!! They also made me drive 3 hours to sign my name on a piece of paper when my camper got dropped off! As if the guy dropping the camper couldn't sign off there were no scratches! I seriously can't stand this place! Another update: It has now been 3 months since we took our camper in to get repaired. Still not fixed. How the heck does it take that long?!! Horrible service. On top of that they still don't know where the leak is coming from so they are taking a guess and going to add more seal. Really? So come next season we still might have a leak! We have now missed 3 months of our camping season and thousands of dollars wasted from not using the camper. Never go to camping world!!! read more

Disappointing experience. We purchased our travel trailer at this location, and decided to take the trailer back for necessary service in lieu of local service shops. Unfortunately, they had our trailer for nearly 2-months after a 1 1/2 month wait. And after service was completed, it took another 10-days to accommodate a pick-up. We were shuffled around from service manager to service manager during that time, and the finance department would honor only portions of our extended warranty work (which is virtually impossible to contest). I will not be returning to this location for service work. The delays have cost me over a month of season site camping. I hope other CW locations have better service operations. read more

We bought a 1 yr old travel trailer in the early spring of 2014, and the salesman had no clue of all the accessories needed to go along with it to tow safely. I had done my research, knew what I could tow with the vehicle I have based or weight, and researched what they had in stock. He kept trying to "upscale" me into brand new trailers that exceeded the weight limits I could tow. I took it in for the yearly state insp, which you have to make an apt for, and found my trailer sitting untouched, two days later. These guys take on way more business than than they are able to handle!!! As I was waiting to pick it up, I browsed the lot, and found the model we should have gotten. Needless to say, that started the ball rolling on a brand new travel trailer. I was upside down almost 3k according to what they offered me for trade in. Take note: their policy is the day that you place money down on a unit, is considered the "day you buy your unit." I put 500$ down on a Thursday, and was scheduled to complete the paperwork and hand over a BIG check on the next Wednesday. Over the weekend, my salesman emails me a camping world promotion for a free RV GPS, 250$ gas card and 25$ store credit for any unit bought from Saturday through the next weekend. I go in on Wednesday, and the Sales Manager informs me that me signing sales contracts and handing over the check, does not constitute buying it. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! Not only did I have an appointment time to pick it up, late in the afternoon, I waited an additional 1.5 hours to get it! It's been two weeks since I physically went to the parts department and spoke to someone about ordering a specific part, still haven't heard a single word from them. If you go in for service, you get assigned a specific "service manager" who apparently gets every other day off. I dropped my trailer off on Monday, and it was Friday before they even looked at it, and this was after making an apt, 30 days prior! It's now been a week since they called to tell me that "yes, the problem I took it in for, under warranty, is definitely a problem". They now have to contact some company, not the manufacturer, and get their direction on how to fix it. Who knows how long that will take. I'm sure that will involve ordering new parts, and my end of the month camping trip will be cancelled! I am seriously considering driving the hour to Hanover or out to Hamburg for any other RV related matters in the future. This store is mismanaged, and have their priorities all screwed up. Not all the people there are bad. Andy, the finance guy, and Romeo in the service dept have been nothing but helpful and courteous in my dealings with them! I don't believe this store reflects the values or standards of the Camping World brand, but has the wrong people in the wrong positions and are used to being the only game in town. UPDATE: Its 2018, and we own another new TT, long story. Anyhow, we purchased from Keystone RV Superstore off exit 1 on I 81. So the above mentioned issue ended up being a issue from the trailer manufacturer, and it took them from the end of July until mid September to fix it. I cancelled 4 different trips I had planned, and had to act as the go-between for them, the manufacturer and the axle manufacturer. After I got that trailer back, we did get one early fall trip in, and had an issue with the furnace. I called the manufacturer and got approval to take it to a dealership in York. They treated me right, and since then, have been taking my business to them. I work with quite a few people who own campers and RV's and those who didn't know any better, all have similar stories of bad deals and crappy service. A new dealership opened right down the block from them. Maybe their schedule won't be as busy and they can focus on taking care of customers correctly. read more

Avoid the service department at all cost. No one will tell you the truth Our Rv had a problem 3 days after we picked it (Aug. 18th) Our fridge was not working( Aug 21th) Was given a appointment to bring it in for service ( Nov.4th) I picked the unit up Wednesday (Jan 22) Parts of the fridge where left on the bed not installed, never cleaned up after the repair. No one ( Steve ) checked on this work order. There are so must more to this story. Like the start of the replacement warranty.3 different service adviser gave me 3 different dates standing with 10 ft. of each other. This is not a good place to get servicing. It took weeks to get my camper serviced when I was told it would take a few days. I think it would have taken longer if I didn't keep calling back to get a status. Every time I left a message on the voicemail I was never called back. (Really? Come on? Just called the service department to see if I could make an appointment to locate the brake controller lead on my 2016 Discovery. I explained this would be a 300 mile round trip drive, but I needed to locate connector soonest. Curtis, the Service Manager,, was very helpful, told me he'd call me back in about 5 minutes. He returned my call within 3 minutes, told me what to look for and how the new lead is different than past years. He just saved me several hundred dollars as well as a couple days effort. I've been on the Discovery Owners Forum, called Fleetwood Customer Service, and visited many other RV information websites searching for information about this connector. None of those searches or sites provided me the information I received from Curtis. If you need service, I recommend this location. read more
