I looked up to see us passing Beckley's RV in New Oxford, so I turned around and pulled in and asked if they had someone that could look at it. Found out that we had a bad bearing hub assembly etc. Tim and Jeff got to work removing the bad parts and called the Thurmont location and they had the parts, so we jumped in our truck and picked them up. By the time that we got back, Tim and Jeff had the right side prepped and ready to receive the new parts plus they checked the left side as a precaution just to put our mind at ease. The whole staff was very friendly and made a stressful situation better. We are grateful for Tim and Jeffs efforts on getting us back up and rolling! They were a God send when we needed it most. We would highly recommend Beckley's in New Oxford.

I'm handy and expect to find some faulty situations after purchase, but soon realized today's RV's are thrown together without quality control before leaving the manufacturer. I fixed numerous issues, from several water leaks to stripped cabinet screws and loose ball hitch. Our RV only 7 months old. Make sure you check to make sure the washer on top of the ball nut is fully compressed and tight before heading down the road! I drilled a hole through the hitch bold & inserted a cotter pin with no play so the bolt can't back off. My frustration lies in the fact that the Beckley's New Oxford location is subpar. You have to consistently call or email their maintenance personnel in order to get results & followups are out of the question. My wife and I did them a favor by fixing most issues on our own, but some needed their intervention. We wanted to square away every issue possible before the year warranty period expires and didn't want to be inconvenienced by making numerous trips an hour and a half drive one way from our home. New Oxford, please hire more qualified staff to keep your good reputation from faltering any further. Thank you

It was a long ride but it was worth it. The Ad was true to every detail. Scott showed us the RV and was accommodating and easy going. He was extremely patient while we were able to thoroughly investigate the RV and confirm that it was exactly what we wanted. Andy prepped the RV and oriented us with all the systems within it and how to use them and what precautions to take. It was all clean and shining when we arrived to take possession. Kathleen took care of all our paperwork and we were on our way to new adventures. This is a great family business that I would definitely do business with them again in the future. All promises and commitments were met and our expectations were exceeded. I wish we lived closer. It was a very easy and pleasant transaction.

    We had Blue Ox tow plates installed at Harbold's on our tow vehicle in July. After very little use…read moreless than a year later, we were hooking it up to take on a trip and discovered that the bolts had come loose and two fell out of the tow plate. We were very fortunate that we made it back safely from our previous trip. We called Harbold's right away, but they said they couldn't get us in for at three-plus weeks. We had plans for other trips using our tow vehicle, so we contacted an authorized blue ox installer. They were able to look at it in just a few days and they discovered that the tow plates had not been installed properly using Loctite on the bolts as required by Blue Ox. That dealer installed them properly and we are now able to use our tow vehicle. Once Harbold's realized that we were going to write a negative review about their mistake, they offered to take a look at it sooner, but it was too little, too late.

Their dedication and professionalism were almost solely the reason we decided to move forward with our purchase, as our experience at the beginning wasn't ideal. When we arrived to pick up our camper, I noticed several issues that I had pointed out to the salesperson during our initial visit. He assured me these issues would be addressed before we drove almost three hours to pick up the unit. However, despite my attempts to call and text him prior to our arrival, I didn't hear back as he went on vacation without notifying us. Unfortunately, when we arrived, nothing had been done. That's when Brandy stepped in and took charge of the situation. She got the service team involved and made sure everything was addressed to our full satisfaction. I was honestly ready to walk away, but after seeing how much she genuinely cared about making things right, we decided to move forward with the purchase. After getting the unit home, we noticed two additional issues. Brandy was quick to respond, asking me to send pictures and assuring me she'd take care of it. Keystone RV Center is very fortunate to have these outstanding individuals like Brandy, Larry, Rodney, Garrett and Joe on their team. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly turned our experience around, and we're grateful for their hard work. I also want to give a special mention to Jennifer in Finance, who was amazing to work with. This was, hands down, the best purchase experience we've ever had. The lady at the front desk was a delight to speak to as well, and it was clear she loves her job and enjoys interacting with customers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a unit. I would drive more than 3 hours (maybe 3 days) to do business with them again.

I found some warranty issues , so I took it back to them in August of 2025. It sat up there for a month, after that I started to email and calling to find out what was going on multiple times . No responses , not even parts are on ordered. Went up to pick it up because we had camping trips planned, and it wasn't fixed. Got a call in October of 2025 parts were in, so I took it back in December 2, 2025 after camping was done. Now it has sat up there for a month and I found some more warranty issues. Started to email January 5, 2026 to find where they are at with it and No Response. Communication is a problem with the service department, just tell me parts are on order or something . I just want the warranty issues resolved and they will never see me again.

We put a deposit down on a camper site unseen with a…read morepromise from Jeff (salesman) and James (manager) that it would be delivered to Frederick so we could do a walkthrough before signing final documents. A couple days later Ty called us to schedule the walk through/signing. We asked if we could do 3pm or later during the week or anytime over the weekend. Ty said the latest he would agree to was 2:30pm and then said, "most people are so excited to make a big purchase like this that they just take off work. Why can't you take off work?" (Keep in mind this is last minute). We reluctantly agreed to come at 2:30. GUESS WHAT!? We show up to do our walk through at 2:30 and the camper was never sent to Frederick from Joppa. Funniest part is that James (manager) acted like he had no idea we hadn't seen the camper in person yet DESPITE being the one who told us we would be able to see it before signing final documents at our appointment. We still gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to buy the camper site unseen with the agreement that when the campers delivered to our campsite (2 hours away from us) we would be able to do a walk through and get the keys. While waiting on delivery, I get 4 calls from Jeff asking how we are liking the camper which we DON'T even have yet!!! You haven't delivered it! I get a call from James AFTER signing all the final documents saying the payments will actually be $50 more per month than they told us, never asked if it was okay, etc. We were also told the scheduling lady would call to confirm delivery which never happened, we had to reach out multiple times instead. Delivery finally happens and THEY DON'T HAVE KEYS TO THE CAMPER! We can't get it set up or do anything and have to drive 2 hours back home to fight with James and Ty for days on where our keys were. They kept saying they would call us back, never did. When we finally got a hold of James, he said the keys could be picked up from Frederick the following afternoon, they obviously didn't follow through on this either, didn't even call us to say they weren't there, then blamed it on Joppa per usual. Everything was Joppa's fault, not Frederick's if you ask James. Then they said the keys would be in Frederick the following morning. We kept calling to confirm the keys were in the office as promised since the first go around they weren't. They again kept saying they would call us back when they had a new time to pick them up but big surprise.. no one ever called us back. The kicker is that James had the nerve to ask me to give them a positive Google review..... so, here's your much deserved review, James! You've lost multiple customers over this! Do better!!!
