With the ease of H&H's appointment scheduler, I had an appointment within 48 hrs at my convenience. Check in was ridiculously simple. Diagnosed a few oil leaks easily. I waited for about 3-4 hrs for the repairs & cleaning to be done. They found a second, small issue and never pressured me into extra work. They gave me an estimate and even told me if my spouse was good at auto work, it would be a relatively simple fix for him. What blew me away was how honest, helpful and super funny the staff were. They made me feel completely at ease and supported. They didn't make me feel like a stupid woman at all, but a valued customer. I highly recommend this business if you're in the area. It's like finding a good dentist that makes a painful procedure easy.

Joel ensured the vehicle we were interested in was available and to our liking before we set off on the road trip from Virginia to Pennsylvania. Once we arrived, Joel welcomed us and showed the vehicle. It was perfect! Joel made sure the rest of the process went smoothly, which it did. He took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and even helped setup the OnStar system. The entire team was an absolute pleasure to work with. Will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle. The team at H&H Chevrolet really treat you like family. Thank you Joel for a wonderful buying experience!

It rotted in his parking lot. He proceeded to do over $1,200 in repairs not included on the original estimate without consulting us. After doing all of this he then said it needed more work to pass inspection. He proceeded to refuse to do the extra work, and won't pass the inspection. He then proceeded to get mad at us while picking up the camper, told us he was done working with us and refused to do any additional work in order for it to pass Inspection. Cecil and the mechanic were both extremely unprofessional even go as far as yelling at the customers. Not sure how they are still in business as the mechanic actually purposefully damaged the camper floor while showing us where the rotting wood was. To reply to the business, I would love to hear any examples or recordings where we were disrespectful or argumentative with staff, all we did was ask for an estimate of how long it would take. We were told many times that the camper was in the shop when in reality it was not in the shop until weeks or months later. We have call logs showing 7 calls you never picked up, and many messages that you never called us back.

We had a number of nuisance type repairs. Shower door, porch light, leaky sink, and a leaky front window seal. We called 3 weeks ahead. Andrew, the service tech, completed the multiple tasks including rebuilding the shower corner door frame. They both met with me after and described the work completed when we picked it up 5 days later. Specifically wonderful. they recomended and completed a solution to the nonworking porch light that was ingenious and frugal.

Andy assured me they would take care of the problem. Told me I could bring it back to them or have it serviced locally and send them the bill. That offer alone set them way above most competitors. I took it back to them, they started on it immediately, didn't put me off at all. It took approximately 12 hours of shop work to find the issues and repair them. After the repair work was finished, the owner Bob, took me out on a local lake and went over all the repair work and functional issues. They even repaired wiring issues the previous owner had did and returned the electrical components back to factory condition as well as properly wiring the accessories the previous owner installed. To top it off they gave me a free Hummingbird fish finder for the inconvenience. This crew is top shelf, I've never experienced this kind of after the sale service. I strongly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to drive that distance to buy a boat from them. Outstanding team! Also, I forget the mechanics name, didn't get to talk to him much. But he walked me through every issue the boat had, what he did to repair it, and went over preventative maintenance with me to ensure it never happened again. Thank you all. Tim Painter

Went to pick up the title for my boat trailer, the notary was late, Andy literally ran down the road to get the notary signature so I could get to the motor vehicle administration, in Frederick, on time! 2. That didn't work so Bob came out, hooked up my boat to his boat, towed me to shore, put my boat on my trailer, called his staff too alert them of me coming in for emergency service, pulled in the lot and before I could even get out of the car people were on the back of the boat trying to fix it. 3. Many times I have asked if I needed something that was suggested that I should purchase. Bob has said that I can sell you that but you don't need it! THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE!!! 4. After bringing it back, I was told the bubbling and peeling are due to a previous paint job not being properly prepped, and that they will not cover it. However, this was never mentioned before they painted it. At no point was I warned there could be an issue or that additional prep (such as stripping the hood) might be necessary to prevent failure. A professional shop should identify surface issues and communicate risks before doing the work--not after the paint fails. Instead, they proceeded, and now I'm left with a defective paint job in under a year and no accountability, despite being told they offer a lifetime warranty. If you're considering this shop, make sure you get everything in writing--especially regarding prep work and what their warranty actually covers--because based on my experience, they do not stand behind their work when it matters.
