Always over priced. Last experience, I took my camper to file an insurance claim after a hurricane. After my camper sat at there shop for 2 weeks with zero communication. They finally look at it and decide they don't feel like messing with it, because my insurance company can be tough to deal with. He pretty much told us that if you didn't have farmers insurance, it wasn't worth his time. My wife and I ask about paying for it our selves. We are told, yeah we may be able to get to it in 6 to 8 weeks.... they inform us he's selling so many campers. He's only interested in quick cash jobs. That ours would take to long to fix. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Manager came over and tried his sales pitch. After another 20 minutes of polite no's, we tried to checkout. Understand we were just hot and miserable and just wanted to buy our stuff and go. No, of course we had to listen to the lady at the register go through a 15 min. laundry list of programs before cashing us out. We kept saying no, no, no thank you. Recently, we've encountered several issues with the RV, including a non-functioning water heater, an inoperative radio, and two TVs that are not working. In addition, the RV was due for an oil change and needed new windshield wipers. Given her upcoming TDY to Fort McCoy in September, I advised my wife to drop off the RV a month in advance to allow ample time for a full inspection and necessary repairs. Unfortunately, when she picked up the RV yesterday, the only services that had been completed were the oil change and wiper replacement. We find this level of service unacceptable, especially considering that we purchased a service plan with the dealership. At this point, we are seriously considering taking our RV to another RV World service department or canceling the service plan altogether and seeking support from a different company.
