Our salesman was Travis at the one on hwy 24 and he was very nice and showed us what we wanted in terms of inside amenities.. we did see few used ones which if buying from a dealer the issues are fixed before the sale. Prices were pretty standard on new campers and there was a double slide out that was so big and comfortable made rest feel closed in but it was on the higher end price wise.. that's to be expected ..it's always good to look in newer campers because there is so many upgrades in terms of utilizing the space .. lots of options too.. they had pretty big selection.. located right in front of the bogue distillery too so you can go get adult beverage while you consider the options.. lmao..

When I went to pick it up he tested out all that had been repaired and for some reason the steps stopped working. ( this was close to closing time) James knew that I was going camping that week end. That's the kind of dedication that's hard to find today. when it was all done, I made up my mind to bring my camper back for all services in the future. During a trip the bed over the drivers seat broke and almost fell on my dad. The wood holding it in was rotten out and it came loose. They are facing a huge repair bill. Riverside basically said too bad, so sad and then threatened to sue my dad if he said anything bad about them. The best they could do is offer them a trade in. It was dirty, inside and out as though it had never been cleaned or detailed. Inside was actually nasty. Dead bugs under the mattress and closets. Stains in the bathroom. They were charging us $2800 to clean, detail, and inspect the used coach we were buying! We ended up being verbally accosted by their obnoxious sales manager as we refused to pay that and asked for a higher number on our Airstream trade. We got up and left.
