Prices were pretty standard on new campers and there was a double slide out that was so big and comfortable made rest feel closed in but it was on the higher end price wise.. that's to be expected ..it's always good to look in newer campers because there is so many upgrades in terms of utilizing the space .. lots of options too.. they had pretty big selection.. located right in front of the bogue distillery too so you can go get adult beverage while you consider the options.. lmao..

Recently, we've encountered several issues with the RV, including a non-functioning water heater, an inoperative radio, and two TVs that are not working. In addition, the RV was due for an oil change and needed new windshield wipers. Given her upcoming TDY to Fort McCoy in September, I advised my wife to drop off the RV a month in advance to allow ample time for a full inspection and necessary repairs. Unfortunately, when she picked up the RV yesterday, the only services that had been completed were the oil change and wiper replacement. We find this level of service unacceptable, especially considering that we purchased a service plan with the dealership. At this point, we are seriously considering taking our RV to another RV World service department or canceling the service plan altogether and seeking support from a different company.

This place sold my parents a very expensive RV with extensive wood rot and black mold. It had a new…read moreroof on it when they bought it, which they made a selling point when they sold it to them. During a trip the bed over the drivers seat broke and almost fell on my dad. The wood holding it in was rotten out and it came loose. They had to have the roof replaced because of an accident on a trip and the shop doing the repair found the roof supports were rotten and the entire ceiling is covered in black mold. They are facing a huge repair bill. Riverside basically said too bad, so sad and then threatened to sue my dad if he said anything bad about them. The best they could do is offer them a trade in. Run away from this place. My parents are out tens of thousands of dollars now and are stuck with an RV that they can't afford to fix.
