He took care of everything in one phone call, in 15 minutes I had brought the new appliance and arranged delivery, installation and removal. I had an excellent experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and shop here again myself. The delivery team arrived exactly as they had said, keeping us updated and informed of progress. It was a challenge to get a service call the first time but this time was even worse. I heard from the manufacturer quickly and had a service visit the next day. Paramount wasn't really sure what the issue was, thought it might be a board and said I needed to get the part directly from the manufacturer (tub is under warranty) or I could pay $950 and they'd get the part from their supplier??? To top things off, I had to give my cc number to initiate the service call, i asked how much would be charged, told $157 but was then charged an extra $100 for travel. Should have been contacted before additional $$ put on my cc. I'd encourage folks to look around for a company with a much better after purchase service record.
