A few months after Ripple Rock finished the repairs, water again started seeping into the cedar an dripping down our walls. the following qualities sums up my perspective of this business: incompetent, lack of knowledge, overconfident, poor communication (they will not respond), poor attention to detail, lack of care and certainly don't stand behind their work. Our $8,000 cedar ceiling is ruined because of Ripple Rock Restorations' poor workmanship. Hire them to build a shed, but I don't recommend this business for any major home renovations

Matt was fast in getting back to us, reasonably priced and able to start in pretty good time. He was busy and juggling crew between jobs, so our installation took a couple of weeks, but it went fine. The crew was experienced and professional. They arrived on time every day and kept at the job until it was done. They took very good care not to damage our landscape plantings and they cleaned up really well every day - we'd been through such a different experience at another house that this matters to us. Matt himself is very good at communications, turning up on the site several times to make sure all was going well. This is a quality company.
