I am 75 years old and Mr. Norris told me that I was anti-social when I shared many of the same complaints I see in posts on this forum. He was aggressive with me and on a different visit was aggressive with my wife. I have asked many times to be purged from the data base in order to cease the unsolicited quotes. I still get them. Count me (and my lovely wife) among who want nothing to do with this man and his company. I should have done this years ago, but being an anti-social old timer is time consuming.
