Bought a badminton set from here and tried to return it after opening it up and finding it broken. They refused to refund money because the box was opened. Of course the box was opened. That's how we found out the frame was broken on the set. So now we're out $70 for a set we can't use. Avoiding this store from now on as they do not back their products. read more

I would give Home Hardware a 4.5 review but having to choose between 4 and 5 let's go with 5. The reasons why I WOULD give a 4.5 review is because they don't have prices listed for some items like lumber and doors. Other than that, this location is amazing. Great customer service and close to home. read more
