They had no intention of responding to let me know that they do not work on big trucks (250/350) because of their lift size. Fair enough. Nor do they work on diesel. They referred me to the dealer. I wish they put that on their website. I gave them 3 stars for answering their phone since a lot of businesses don't even do that these days. This is an overdue review - Bob and his business have been friendly, prompt, and above-board for regular and special care for our 2013 Escape. The only time I chose to take the car elsewhere was not a light decision (transmission issue), and was not due to any concerns with Bob or his workers' abilities. Rather, it was because of the dealers I also called for quotes/availability, only one happened to have a sooner convenient weekend slot open _and_ called back a couple times, lowering their quote each time for a better deal - which ended up being pretty much what Bob gave as his initial quote. Also: the dealer gave the phone call that decided it for us minutes after I gave Bob the okay to start the ordering process. So afterwards, I had to call Bob back and cancel. He was absolutely as professional as one could be, and has continued to be friendly and polite when we bring the car in for maintenance. Absolutely solid business. read more

I don't know....? He told me straight up on the phone, he was only willing to book the more expensive repairs.... Turns out, I changed the VCT's, cleaned the O2 sensor, and inside the throttle body ; per Scott Kilmers direction, and my truck no longer stalls at idle.....and idles at 750 rpm where is supposed to .... none of this stuff was caused by the "well you know Gary, these things are caused by deeper issues" ,,,, I was trying to throw some work his way, because later on my truck needs a full brake job..... now, got to find someone else, or figure out how to do brakes myself............ I read his reply..... Perhaps ; but my truck still needs more small jobs ; plus the full brake job ; pads, rotors, e-pads, brake flush.... read more
