Brought my littles here and it was cute. It's guided play so they have the guides come up with imaginary scenarios to get the kids to be interactive with their surroundings. Ya'll know I'm honest...I don't think I really know what to expect from guided play- because I'm a helicopter mom, I think I expected the guides to really get the kids more involved. They did a decent job but I felt like I had to work too lol. The set up was really cute though and my kids loved it....like loved it lol. Need something to do, and if they like Peppa Pig- which is the main character there at the moment- you can't go wrong. read more

I purchased a ticket for my daughter to attend with her friends. We received an email saying that if you referred someone, you get $15 off. We never got this. So I contacted the contact us section on your website, a bot contacted me saying I would be transferred to a human. This was last Thursday, a week ago. Never got transferred. I sent about 5 messages and nothing. Sent another one today and was told they are only open Thursday to Sunday. Still nothing. Is this some kind of scam? read more

Don't waste your money. The Peppa Pig Camp is a borderline scam. $30 per person for three plus tax it was $94. We walked through with my three year old daughter and it took about 10 minutes. There were a couple of things to climb on and literally no sign of Peppa or George. Then at the end there was a giant Peppa that you could take a picture with. For $30 a person I was expecting a show. Save your money and go to the play area upstairs at Tysons Corner. It's free and a million times better. read more

We've visited CAMP multiple times with our kids for various experiences (Encanto, Bluey Meet and Greet, and Santa's Workshop). I would describe CAMP as one of those retail spaces that also blend play as well! The experiences change periodically and the store does a great job of advertising what's available. My kids' favorite so far was the Bluey Meet and Greet and the various activities to do while we waited to meet Bluey. Events are typically well organized and staff has always been very friendly throughout each experience. Outside of the experiences, there are also lots of different toys to play and purchase with. They also have a slime station at this location for those kids who are into that. Although it be a pricier option than other activities, it's definitely something different to do in the area with your kids. I do feel like most of the activities are targeted for ~4-10 year olds, but they're welcoming to kids of all ages. read more

Came in tonight and were the only family in there. My 5 year old had mixed feelings about the cast only addressing her because she's a tad on the shy side. I thought it was awesome that she got a quality show/entertainment so I wouldn't consider this a bad thing. (Came mid week at 6pm) The actors were amazing! They sang really well, had a ton of energy and engaged my daughter through out the whole performance! It was really cool that they gave it there all despite having to perform for one little girl. Some of the rooms felt rushed but she did get to explore after the singing and story line. I appreciated the space and attention to details from the movie. I will say I didn't think my husband and I's ticket should have been the same price as our daughter since we literally just stood around and watched her-but I get it. The store was somewhere in the middle for me. Some fun souvenirs but some little things that were very Amazon esq. and didn't need to be in there. The staff really made this place special and I had to give it 5 stars! read more

I feel like a fool for falling for another one of this Instagram advertisements. The experience itself was a bit expensive for what ends up being a chaotic playground where it feels like the actors try to get through the stories as fast as possible because they have so many kids schedules to go through the small rooms that they need to make sure they stay on track. By the time I would get inside the room with my two toddlers, the actors were already moving ion to another room. The location is not just bad but the way it's located on Apple map takes you to the back of the parking structure and nowhere near where you need to be and since they won't let you join another group, make sure you allow plenty of time if you end up going. I would not recommend it to anyone but the food court is close by read more

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I had a terrible experience at a recent birthday party at CAMP x Peppa Pig. The staff was late setting up the room for the party. Parents and grandparents had to assist with setting up, despite the parents paying for this service to be completed in advance. The party started late because of the venue's poor planning. Not to mention, customer service was beyond poor and unaccommodating to children and guests. We felt rushed because of the delayed setup. I would not recommend. Please train your staff better. read more

Such a cute experience! I took my 10 year old niece and she really enjoyed it!! The actors are INCREDIBLE!! I might have missed some instructions in the beginning, but we ended up seeing some of the songs in the different rooms more than once. Which was okay because it's really quite the show! Plenty of slides & room for the kids to play! & a downloadable picture is included at the end. We went at 5:15 on a Saturday and it wasn't chaotic or crowded. Worth $44 for the adult AND the child? I hosted a birthday party for my daughter last week and had the worst experience with the staff. I was advised to arrive no earlier than 1pm but at 115pm so the kids can get their wristbands and get settled. My guests and I arrived between 110pm - 120pm and walked into a DIRTY, UNPREPARED and not decorated room. The party was expected to start at 130pm. We paid for the room from 130pm -330pm. I was so embarrassed, shocked and upset that after being assured multiple times via email that the staff would have the room ready and my guests would have the option to wait in the room while the kids enjoyed the Peppa Pig experience that was NOT the case. Instead of being able to enjoy the experience with the kids, we had to set up the room with the staff who had no sense of urgency, care or apology which was disheartening because I missed out on sharing the experience with my daughter and her friends. We had to ask for the floor to be swept, help blow up balloons, lift and set the tables, and clean up after the last party. I have NEVER had such an experience. I was told all we needed to do was bring food, drinks and anything else we wanted to add which we did. When we were nearing the end of the party, the party lead counselor called security stating we did not want to leave and I was being aggressive. I was mortified because I have never experienced such aggression when hosting an event. I spoke with security and informed her of the chain of events and explained to her there was only ONE working bathroom in the entire venue therefore the lines were long as ages 3 -5 yrs old were trying to use the restroom so you can imagine that will take some time. The security completely understood the situation and apologized for my experience and having to speak with me. Also, the only working restroom had NO paper towels or soap and we had to keep asking to have it filled. How unsanitary and a petri dish for the spread of germs?!? How are the staff washing their hands? As far as the actual Peppa Pig experience, from what my daughter told me, she and her friends enjoyed themselves but as far as hosting a party, I would NOT recommend this place. The party crew staff are unprofessional, disrespectful and especially in this economy, your money should be appreciated. It's really unfortunate and they need to train their staff better. read more

Book your tickets online if you want to experience the EncantoXCAMP. When you approach the store, it appears to be another slime and toy store. However, if you have tickets for the experience, you'll discover it's "bigger on the inside"! I didn't want to post a lot of picture but there experience had live singing and instruments from the Encanto-coded staff members. It wasn't clear online, but if you buy the candle, you are able to access more effects. You get approximately an hour in there and are able to leave earlier or later. I was told if they do well, they might be considered for the Bluey experience (which is currently only in L.A.). The young children (mostly elementary and younger) were loving it. read more

They are even decreasing the hourly rate for the performers which are the main reason people bring their kids here for the magic door anyways. We purchased a ticket for my sister and I to take my daughter to meet Elephant and Piggy. The ticket said it was good for 1 child and up to 2 adults (observers). They refused to let my sister come in to the event space to observe my daughter meet elephant and Piggie. They said only one adult could enter. My daughter is a toddler and cried and was inconsolable because we talked all morning about how she could hold my hand and her aunt's hand to meet Elephant and Piggie. I showed this language from their own website to them, but they refused to budge. However, they let in other families with 2 adults. I asked those families -- who arrived after us (several of us were a few minutes late because of rain and no parking)-- if they had purchased additional tickets and they said no, only one kid ticket. It makes no sense they let other 2-adult families attend, but not us. We even offered to pay for an extra ticket at the door, but they said no. They don't even sell adult tickets-- only kid tickets (the up to 2 adults are just included-- for everyone except us). read more

My granddaughter, age 5, had a blast. She was dazzled. The high-energy singer-performers are extraordinarily talented and tuned into the children. They involve the kids, gently asking any shy or hesitant kids if they would like to dance. They lead the kids from movie-perfect room to room, with a song and/or story in each. The children can follow or hang back and try to run up the fiberglass water wall, play Skee Ball, spin themselves silly, climb on Isabel's bed. Well-designed and well-made. I recommend going mid-week when it isn't crowded. read more

We had a beautiful experience at the Encanto Camp experience in DC, up until the end when my 1 year old daughter, husband, two close friends went to take the photo op. Kimberly was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. There was a bubble machine, and because this is an interactive experience, we assumed we could use it. She SCREAMED "too grown. Don't touch stuff that's not yours." There's a way to speak to people, and that is most definitely not the way to do it. If we cannot use it, totally fine. But she could have easily said please do not touch that, it is for workers only and we would've apologized and left it alone. We are with our one year old baby who was very excited to experience this. Kimberly completely ruined our moods and quite frankly, I am not sure I would return to one of these events if this is how workers treat the parents and kids. We thought the price was high before we went and after our experience we thought it was well priced given the experience. Save your money. This is not the immersive experience you think. First of all, there are no signs to indicate where this event is located in the mall. We finally asked at the Candytopia location who told us it was across from them at xCAMP. If not for asking, you can't find it. The xCAMP has lots of toys and trinkets to purchase. Few were related to the movie, and all were overpriced. A Encanto necklace was $25. Once you check in at xCAMP, the event starts out very cute with a magic door and Encanto costumed singers & musicians, but the rest is a let down. There are about six rooms that are reminiscent of the movie, of which you wander thru at your own pace. The interactive activities in the rooms are a couple of sliding boards and spinning playground ride, a skee ball game, a balance beam, and a broken whack-a-mole game. The only real treat is the singers and musicians that greet you at the inner door and wander thru the rooms singing and entertaining with songs from the movie. We expected at least a few actors in character, but there were none. The tickets entitle you to a one-hour experience, but after about 20 minutes, you have seen everything at least 2-3 times, and the kids were ready to go. Finally, it was so warm inside, it became uncomfortable for parents and kids. This is not an inexpensive event for a family. Save your money and find a better experience. read more
