Upon entry, the first thing I noticed was how clean and nice-smelling it was. They pride themselves on their cleanliness and it shows. For those of us like me who are clean freaks, this is a huge bonus. The women at the lobby desk were super easy-going and friendly, making us feel right at home almost instantly. I loved everything I saw on the tour and decided for sure we'd be giving them a try for daycare. Luckily, my dog was staying with a family member who was able to bring him to his meet&greet, and pick him up a few hours later when he passed his assessment. The hours he spent there were on the house, part of his trial/assessment day. Another bonus! This is my first dog and I was so nervous about leaving him with anyone other than me, never mind a boarding/daycare facility where I don't know anyone. The staff here put my mind at such ease. And, the best bonus of all?! You can download their app and WATCH your pup play on a live feed! He stayed another day after his initial one, and all throughout the day, I kept getting on and checking to see how much fun he was having... and man was he having a blast! Too freakin' cute. I'll be using them again for daycare and eventually boarding when he's ready for that.

Despite her grumpiness, my baby always stepped out of Preppy Pets looking gorgeous, smelling great and within a very quick timeframe. RIP to my precious girl. I very recently adopted another fur kiddo and knew Preppy Pets would take just as great care of her. She's also much calmer and more easygoing. Wow, did they do an excellent job! I nearly cried seeing my dog. They had my baby looking like a whole new doggy! I'm so happy to have such a great grooming salon for my pup. Everyone there is so kind, helpful, great at their job and seem to truly care about your dog. They also have great prices and often run specials. Additionally, they never pressure you on the tips. I always try to hook them up but sometimes it helps with budgeting, especially in this economy, to not have tipping pressure. I'll also add that I love that they let the dogs run around and play so your dog gets some socialization and exercise in with their groom. However, they will also keep your dog in a kennel if you prefer. Additionally I love how easy it is to schedule an appointment. They text you reminders at just the right time and with a simple reply your dog's appointment is set. It's also very convenient that they keep your payment info on file. U never know when u might forget your card or wallet. Thanks so much Preppy Pets for taking good care of both my fur babies and for making each of them look their very best. My new baby and I look forward to the next visit and many more to come!

I know that some folks get upset about phone calls not being answered immediately. After being in the clinic, I can see why that is. My guess is that over 40 calls came in during just 1 hour. It is not physically possible to answer that volume. PCRC has set up an online portal for customers to schedule appointments, obtain records, and request refills. This is the way to go. Emails are another way to communicate. Some higher priced clinics have staff that only answer phones, and yes, ideally, that would be great, but in reality, paying additional salaries would increase the cost the customers pay. They now have 4 vets and are growing services. I know that our pets are important to us. I can say without a doubt that the vet techs and vets at PCRC are beyond amazing, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I would highly recommend them to everyone in search of a great vet for their babies! They also now offer affordable training from a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer. Definitely worth checking into

When you board your dog there is a contract that you sign that basically says they are not responsible for anything if something happens to your dog etc (please read carefully) as that was the first red flag. Next, was the new dog mom that was growling at the entrance. At first, I thought Johnna was really nice and personable which is why I took my dogs in the first place. She insist that I bring their dog beds that it reminds them of home etc. She told me that they clean the kennels, dogs get to go out in the run as they leave the doggy doors open for them. When I got there they were locked up, gross, filthy (as expected it is muddy out)later noticed it was poop on their rears not mud. However, Jessica (very pleasant) could not find their dog beds. Called Johnna who gets on the phone yelling at me that its common sense they would be dirty and the dog beds sometimes get destroyed thats on me not them. I still need to pay full price and I dont have to come back again. Like what owner says that? At this point, I had not asked for a discount or anything, just wanted to know what happened to the beds. I stepped out to call my husband and Jessica comes back out and says "she says dont worry about it just go". She doesn't care about your dogs at all. She will continue to have to be the cheapest in town in order to survive. Go somewhere else and spend the extra couple bucks. She just wants the money and nice enough to get the service, but cant maintain it once she gets you as a customer. RUN
