I walked into Dogtopia Webster on a monday morning in the worst situation and every staff member went out of their way to help accommodate me and make sure my 3 dogs were taken care of. 2 weeks later and they are still going out of their way, my situation has become more stable, and they are still exceeding all expectations for my dogs because that is who they are and what they do every day. They all come to work every day to make sure that each owner and pet has the best experience. They make sure there is no stress when you drop your pet off. They keep you updated during the day when needed, they talk to you when you drop off and pick up. I'm excited that i'm moving to this area and will be a customer of this location going forward not just because of an emergency situation that brought me here. Thank you each and every one of you. Well I'm not going to talk about the day care. it's the grooming for my little 15lbs puppy , and it supposed to be a spa package Bath, shampoo and conditioner, nails trim, clean rears and brush teeth I picked him up and he literally looks like a clown one ear longer than the other and his face not even and of course she didn't touch the nails nor the teeth She didn't clean his ears they are full of hair And she cut him badly I didn't notice it until I cam home he was bleeding so much she really cut his paw bean bad and he didn't smell fresh I have to give him another bath I won't go back and don't recommend for anyone And while waiting I was looking at the day care from the glass window and it was a disaster big dogs with small dogs Dogs fighting and they only have one girl with a broom and not giving any attention to them it make me sad read more

I took a tour with my Frenchie boy before going away for the weekend. I wasn't thinking that he'd need a meet&greet/trial run so keep that in mind and don't wait until the last minute! Upon entry, the first thing I noticed was how clean and nice-smelling it was. They pride themselves on their cleanliness and it shows. For those of us like me who are clean freaks, this is a huge bonus. The women at the lobby desk were super easy-going and friendly, making us feel right at home almost instantly. I loved everything I saw on the tour and decided for sure we'd be giving them a try for daycare. Luckily, my dog was staying with a family member who was able to bring him to his meet&greet, and pick him up a few hours later when he passed his assessment. The hours he spent there were on the house, part of his trial/assessment day. Another bonus! This is my first dog and I was so nervous about leaving him with anyone other than me, never mind a boarding/daycare facility where I don't know anyone. The staff here put my mind at such ease. And, the best bonus of all?! You can download their app and WATCH your pup play on a live feed! He stayed another day after his initial one, and all throughout the day, I kept getting on and checking to see how much fun he was having... and man was he having a blast! Too freakin' cute. Dogtopia of NASA It took me a while to decide if I would write this as I was initially pleased with the service. I have two Goldendoodles; one is standoffish and observant, while the other is playful and curious. Neither are aggressive at daycare. Over the past several months, issues that I can no longer ignore continue to reoccur. Some are minor inconveniences, while others are safety and health risk. I know kennel cough goes around in a pup community in waves, but my dogs contracted it twice within two to three months. Although they had all of their vaccines, they were terrible cases that sent them to the veterinary with an unexpectedly large bill. One was vomiting every time he coughed. The first time they had to be out of daycare for two weeks. The second time four weeks. I was contacted at work notifying me that my dog was bitten and it had punctured the skin and looked pretty swollen. The puppy that bit him was learning manners (in one of their courses) and wanted to continue playing as my dog was passively walking away. This led to my dog being shaved and having a nasty infection that spread and a $256 veterinarian bill. He is still tender in that area, and the hair has not fully grown back in yet but is growing in another color. Now I know that things can and do occasionally occur outside anyone's control. What bothered me the most was that the owner never called to check on my dog. He was bitten at your facility, and not once did you reach out. He had to stay out of daycare for a long time to heal and for the infection to subside. One employee called, but because she's the one who found the puncture as she started to groom him. I never heard a concerned word or peep from the owner until I contacted him. It was noted that my two dogs would no longer be placed in that particular room. I was also assured that the staff was notified, which was indicated in their computer records. Time after time, I would see them in the room with the aggressive dogs and the one who bit mine. They did not honor their word. This had me gripped with anxiety. I was questioning the safety of my dogs while I worked, checking the cameras obsessively when they chose to work. I asked the owner about them being in the room he said they no longer would go to, and he was dismissive of my concerns. One time my husband went to pick up our two Goldendoodles and was given the wrong dog. When he protested and stated it wasn't his dog, the staff tried to convince him it was. It was finally straightened out, and our correct dog was brought to the front. Some of the more minor inconveniences: The facility very often has a strong odor of urine. When you pick your dogs up, even if they were groomed that day, they smell like urine. I have to ride with the windows down to get the smell out of my vehicle after they have ridden in it. My dog has been brought out with the wrong collar on a few occasions. I've called with questions about the website, app, or other general inquiries. I was told by the person who answered the phone (Saturday) that they were not sure they would have the owner call me on Monday. I feel this was reasonable. What bothers me is that no one ever called back. It seems that if you wish to speak with someone, you either keep calling until they are there or hope they are there at drop-off/pick-up time. They were thoughtfully doing Christmas pictures for the pups. They said they would bill us, which shouldn't be more than $10-$15. So the morning of, I bring them in with brand new Christmas bandanas purchased for the occasion. I handed the bandanas to the owner, who stated he would make sure they had photos with them. I had requested that they have their photos together. Needless to say they didn't get a photo together, their bandanas were lost and I had to call or one of my dogs would have missed his photo altogether. The owner blamed most of this on the photographer and his staff. (Not to make a mountain out of a molehill, just an example of lack of follow-through and no accountability). I admit I get a discount for two dogs which is much appreciated. It seems I'm frequently overcharged for something or charged when I should not be (like when they were out through no fault of their own - kennel cough/bite infection). I always have to call and get things straightened out. It is a hassle to have to keep watch over your charges. I asked to take my card off the file and manually pay each week. The owner told me I would lose my discounted package if I did. So I didn't; they are supposed to be on hold for the holidays. I asked an employee and emailed the company to cover my bases. Today, I was again automatically charged their weekly rate. I think that was the tipping point. I am unsure if it is worth the frustration, health, or constant lack of financial oversite to continue with their services. 12/26/22 read more

Honestly this was a terrible experience for me and my fur baby. Usually I take my dog to Pawsh, but it was last minute and I decided to try a new place(BIG MISTAKE). I paid $100 for a de-shed (shampoo/conditioner), nails clipped, teeth brushed, and trim. The lady who groomed my dog answered my call when I intially called for an appointment and told me they are closed on Sundays, but she could still groom her. I drop her off and she was there almost all day. I pick her up and my dog jumps on me getting blood all over my shirt. My dog is hiding under the table in the front whining like she is terrified and that is alarming considering she usually is super friendly & lovey. I question why my dog's paws are bleeding and she stated that it is because my dog's nails are black and she was squirmy. I have had my dog for 5 years and have gotten her groomed regularly, but NEVER had a problem with her nails "being black or her being too squirmy". She also didn't clip all my dogs nails and told me I could bring her back next week?!!? MY DOG WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AND IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BRINGING YOUR FUR BABY HERE, DONT...TURN AROUND!!!!!!!! read more

So I had really high hopes for this place since the reviews looked good, front desk people were super friendly, and it was much closer to my house then the other place i had been taking her; however, I was extremely let down on the meet and greet/interview day. My dog is an energetic and sweet 1 year old pitbull who has only ever been on the receiving end of aggression. She has never had issues at dog parks or the other day care centers. However, after only 15 minutes interviewing, they took her out and deemed her a hazard to other dogs. They said that before letting my dog into the general population with 5+ dogs on the other side of a fence barking at her that she let out a stress growl... I mean duh. I don't know what dog wouldn't. They set her up for failure. Meanwhile, I had watched several dogs on the camera currently in the room play so rough they had to be separated and crated. Watching that made me fear for my dog's safety. I'm honestly glad that my dog didn't pass because that would have been a terrible fit. I will continue to take her to the other day care center where she is a staff favorite! read more

Recently moved to the area, and looked for a doggy daycare that we were spoiled to in Austin. Ran upon this place, and I was more than impressed. Apparently it's under new management, so I can only speak on the most recent style, but 5/5 recommend. The meet and greet was professional, and they utilized a full blown eval approach on my pup ensuring he'd be a good candidate for the play groups. It was so extensive, and gave me confidence that if other pups go through the same, that I felt totally comfortable leaving my boy there. Only downfall id say is that on break time instead of them staying in a typical stall / little individual areas, they stay in crates (to my understanding). My boy is a Dane, so that can be a bit tight, but I'm sure he's totally fine and I'm just being an anal dog mom. Lol! Oh, and pricing is a bit high in my opinion (even more expensive than my boujee Austin place), but they do have enrollment plans that decrease the price mildly. Even then, they still are more expensive by a handful of dollars, but at that point... it's tick for tack! Anyway, this place is wonderful, clean, the staff is so friendly, I truly have no complaints. He'll be a weekly flyer here for sure! read more
