When you board your dog there is a contract that you sign that basically says they are not responsible for anything if something happens to your dog etc (please read carefully) as that was the first red flag. Next, was the new dog mom that was growling at the entrance. At first, I thought Johnna was really nice and personable which is why I took my dogs in the first place. She insist that I bring their dog beds that it reminds them of home etc. She told me that they clean the kennels, dogs get to go out in the run as they leave the doggy doors open for them. When I got there they were locked up, gross, filthy (as expected it is muddy out)later noticed it was poop on their rears not mud. However, Jessica (very pleasant) could not find their dog beds. Called Johnna who gets on the phone yelling at me that its common sense they would be dirty and the dog beds sometimes get destroyed thats on me not them. I still need to pay full price and I dont have to come back again. Like what owner says that? At this point, I had not asked for a discount or anything, just wanted to know what happened to the beds. I stepped out to call my husband and Jessica comes back out and says "she says dont worry about it just go". She doesn't care about your dogs at all. She will continue to have to be the cheapest in town in order to survive. Go somewhere else and spend the extra couple bucks. She just wants the money and nice enough to get the service, but cant maintain it once she gets you as a customer. RUN

For goodness, show some dang respect for your business and for yourself! I certainly don't want to have to walk into the establishment and smell the smoke coming off your body..I hate that smell. Ewww! Geez, I get it my Pocky hates coming here! He surely does. Its just something about this place that screams they aint doing a good job; why should I come here to get my dog washed, if I take him home to find out he has more fleas now than he had before? What, are they bathing the dogs and cats together in one tub?! Heck, only Pocky will know. He seemed even more traumatized now. I picked him up one evening and his face was flushed..he wasn't in a good mood. The deal with the nail trims did seem cool and affordable, but why charge $5 if you aren't gonna shape up the nail, so it can look decent. Here we go again, with this halfway jobs. Why even charge that amount or say you gonna do it and not do it the right way?! I seriously can't understand that. At first, these people were good, but now they aren't. I've stopped bring my baby boy here.

They run on time with their schedule, I haven't had to wait past my appointment time. I have had three separate veterinarians, and they were all very pleasant to work with. Each one of them did an excellent job of explaining what they were doing and why, and they made sure they were doing what was best for my pups. Each one had opted for low intervention and observation rather than jumping into invasive or heavy procedures for the items that we came in for. Which I greatly appreciate. They were excellent and the things that we came in for resolved as planned. Staff were super friendly and all of my dogs got along well with everybody they encountered there. Definitely will be back if and when needed. Highly recommend them for anybody in the area looking for a solid spot.

But this…read morewas the place because it was right next door to Donkey Mexican restaurant this was the place. When I walked up to the place the building had two doors like a duplex apartment the first door is an apartment and the second door is a pet salon. When I came to the first door I knocked and a blond haired lady came to the door she seemed nice, but I had a funny feeling about this place. She told me to come to the second door and she would be there. I walked over to the other door and waited and waited then rang the doorbell. She came to the door and said "oh, I thought it was unlocked". Ok, weird. When I walked in the place immediately smelled like cigarette smoke it was very disturbing. The lady quickly took Pocky and said it'll only be 20 mins when on the phone she said 30 mins. All I could hear was my Pocky nonstop crying and this wasn't like any ole cry this was serious. So, I got up to see why he was crying because the lady was clipping Pocky's nails. She was trying to be as gentle as possible, but it wasn't working according to Pocky. Pocky started to cry more because the lady stopped working on him (because she was letting the flea dip soak on him) and started to work on a cat. Now, Pocky hates cats because they are scary looking and cruel to him. The lady immediately stopped early because she couldn't handle Pocky whining and crying. Sometimes it's hard, but I deal with his crying because I know what difficult past that he has been thru. With the death of his sister and him witnessing that. Poor thing, my Pocky deserves way more than that! Nice lady, but we won't be coming back! I can't handle cigarette smoke and have my clothing stanky. The lady charged me a flat $15 for blow dry, flea dip, nail trim, and bath . She said it was only $15, I had $20. She gave me $3.50 back. Not even the correct amount she was supposed to give me $5 back. She said she could run over to Donkey Mexican restaurant to get more money, but the nasty smell of that smoke I felt very uncomfortable and Pocky was too we were ready to go! Won't be back!! Go here off of your own risk!
