Very affordable my dog had a great time. They provide food and blankets for the dogs. Even accommodated my dogs allergies.

We decided to give this place a try after checking their website and all the wonderful extras that they do with your pet while they are boarded. We left our yellow lab, cayman, there for 7 days while we were on a cruise. We even had him bathed right before pickup. He came back home nice and clean, behaving better than before his stay, and now he's better around other dogs and people. I feel he has a great time there and learned some good behavior. I can't say enough about this place, the staff, and the owner!!! Staff are patient and kind with the animals. My babies loves them. The owner LOVES animals. Yes this is a business but for him this place is an extension of his family. He is kind to the staff, he engages with customers, and he knows all the pets and their personalities. He actively helping with all tasks and spends a lot of time playing with the dogs outside. The staff and him are vested in the pets that come here wether for 1/2 days to weeks at a time. My babies LOVE it here!!! They play so hard and have so much fun, they come home exhausted. They get so excited with I say, want to go play with your friends!!! First, I boarded my cat here awhile back. She did not eat the whole week she was there. Disappointed they did not 1st Call to notify me and 2nd try to get her to eat anything. I would have had her picked up. Second attempt, I boarder my dog for 6 days. I was told she was doing great. She came home with bite marks all over her face and has a very bad upper resp. infection or something similar. Currently waiting on tests to see what it is. She is current on all her vaccines. I can't believe a sick dog was allowed in the facility. When I ran a boarding and grooming facility, any animal showing to be ill were kept away from others and went home immediately. Then we would deep clean the facility and sterilize the potty areas. Not only did I have to pay a lot for boarding but now I have so many Vet bills just trying to make sure my poor baby stays alive. I know vaccines arent 100% but paying close attention to your boarders health should be. I am so sad my once healthy dog has to go through this. I cannot recommend this place. read more

I am most definitely not happy with this place after the way they did me the last time I took my dog to be groomed. first of all I want to say I have been taking my dog here for something like a lil over 2 years and have not had an issue. Well the last time my dog went they didn't call me to pick him up until AFTER 4 hours of him being there. And they DIDNT EVEN CALL ME!!! I had to call them and ask WTH was goin on, when they said oh yea he's ready to be picked up. so I pick him up and notice 2 things are off. one he doesn't have a bandana on which they usually put a new one on him after he's done. And the hair on his head is as long as when I took him to b groomed. like I said never have had issues w them before. so I assume I must b wrong and they did do it. until we get home and I'm loving on my dog and feel this huge bump on his head which was scabbed up and felt like it hurt him bad. over the next 2 days I'm noticing this bump getting bigger and harder w a bad scab. As to what I can only assume the nicked his head and it bled and decided not to cut the hair on his head to make it worse. so they kept him longer than usual to make sure he was ok and decided to just NOT TELL ME ANY OF THIS. Therefore I'm not 100% that that's what actually happened I'm only assuming since that's what they have left me to do I'm so upset with them for this and they definitely lost a customer over this. I just feel like ppl should kno how unprofessional they treated me and my dog and use this as consideration when deciding where to take you pets to be groomed. read more

My 1 year old Husky Australian Shepherd LOVES it here! We love how much space there is to run around outside. He goes 2-3 times a week for day care, and is able to get a ton of energy out. The staff does a great job letting dogs be dogs! Benji is young with high energy, and they love and embrace him for who he is. They are also super friendly and always greet our pup by name when he arrives. Benji is always excited to come, and we're so grateful we have a place we can trust to take great care of him and a place he enjoys going. read more

first i like to say. save yourself time and money. dont i repeat dont bring your working dogs here let alone any animals. i should kick myself for letting this happen not being able to go to my normal boarding. tycalk9 who specializes in large breeds and not afraid to handle xl dogs... when i dropped my service/security dog off., was only a 72hr stay for him. i see he is posted already on pics photoshopped as well here online. but my dog came home wouldnt use bathroom regularly extremely odd he doesnt eat. so after 24 to about 48hrs of observation i knew its time to get to a vet... to be told my dog was suffering from a bronchitis mucus infection on top of a stomach bacterial infection and the vet said he is extremely stressed. what let me to believe if my dog could tell me he was not taken care of properly during his stay. when i reached out about my dog to this place and tell them hey you guys got my dog extremely ill... they issued a refund but didnt cover the vet bill ridiculous bill was $950 so now... im forced to take action to recuperate what was lost in this ordeal. my dog has to take meds and is extremely ill and i have to hope he gets better. doesnt work or fly for me. not my style to complain when right is right this is poor practice and you guys need to clean up period when you have more than 3 customers saying hey you guys got my animals sick something wrong and instead of being quick to take any dogs know what your doing. and i hope for a funny reply please do because will prove more my point because i walked in the kennel it was horrible smell of dog piss and chemicals like cheap cleaning supplies but hey what do i know but what your lady at desk told me. no one could really get close to kennel my dog was in thank you jasmine for that point and kicking a refund told me a lot as well so i just want my vet bill covered period. but ppl save yourself some time and money worst boarding places i ever took my dog and we traveled the country and trust me never smelt a kennel as nasty. and sometimes you got to do right by your customers especially when these animals are apart of our families this my son you guys got sick and he is never stressed mean someone did something to him and you all did it and got him sick disappointed in this read more
