We asked the front desk about the microwave (again, an amenity in the Patron Club room) and someone brought one to us which we had to set on the floor. (So odd.) One to get dressed and the other for family as we would explore Tacoma the following day. The rooms were decent size. We had a king bed and a full size pull out couch and a nice view. The room also had a Keurig and a mini fridge. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was breakfast in the morning that was pretty good. I was thrilled about the garage parking as I saw broken car windows of cars parked on the street. The garage was gated and required a key card for entry. I worried for nothing. My car was safe. My only gripes are that the rooms were not connected and there was construction going on. That was not enough to make me unhappy with my stay. Overall, 9/10 I would recommend.

I had a half order of the Fungi Benedict which was made with half a toasted English muffin & one scrambled egg, covered with herbed wild mushrooms, sautéed spinach and Hollandaise sauce. Several choices are available for sides and I chose the fresh fruit (fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and more). It was very tasty and perfectly done. We sat by a window inside, since the outside seating areas were still closed, but the beautiful sunny day made for a perfect venue for breakfast. We had adjoining rooms at the end of the building , and My daughter managed to get us locked out of one of our rooms with the throw bolt closed and the management was amazing about helping us get back in and didn't make her feel bad at all because it was a genuine accident. We have also had the opportunity to swim in the pool when friends were staying here a few months back and it's very clean and even though it's outdoor, it's a very inviting environment. Everything is clean and everyone is so friendly... The fire pit out front is really nice and they have a little market at the front desk if you just need a couple of small things and don't want to run to the store. The rooms are well appointed with what you need to cook, and that was really nice considering we had left everything behind at our water damaged house. Because of the poor room condition, lack of communication, and no water on the morning of my departure, I requested a price reduction/refund. I have not received any response from the hotel staff or manager, despite sending an email. When I checked out, there was no one at the front desk available to speak with. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location. I also stayed here in December and experienced similar issues. I chose to give the hotel another chance, but I encountered the same problems with the condition of the room. It is very disappointing to have had the same experience twice. Areas for Improvement: The biggest opportunities for improvement are communication, room readiness, and quality control. * Guest communication: If there are known facility issues, such as plumbing problems or loss of water service, guests should be notified as soon as possible. Clear communication allows guests to make arrangements and avoid unexpected disruptions. * Room cleanliness and preparation: Rooms should be fully inspected before guests arrive to ensure they are clean and ready.
