I began working with Camber because I wanted to improve on my personal weaknesses as a person. I was nervous to go and meet with him being that I am an introvert and am not one to strike up conversations with strangers. Camber was no longer a stranger by the end of our first session, he is extremely welcoming, easy to talk to and genuinely cares about what you are saying. His ability to pick up on mannerisms, amazing perspective on life and challenges that he presents you with is so motivating and refreshing. I had a very devastating life changing moment, well to me it was devastating, and I was referred to Camber by my best friend. I was reluctant at first but once I spoke with camber all of my doubts and fears were demolished by his warmth and factual statements in our conversation. It was almost like he was a psychic but that's just a testament of how well he knows people and the unexplainable everyday changes people go through and how we respond to them. He was honest he was stern he was caring and he was careful. He listened thoroughly and spoke in a way that I understood. After our sessions I can honestly say that Camber Hill got me through a very rough moment in my life that I couldn't do alone! Thank you Camber! I have been seeing Camber since the start of this year to get myself to the next level in life and my career, and I have enjoyed all my sessions. Having a neutral person that is not family or a friend, really gives you a different perspective in how to deal with life's so called issues and elevate yourself. Camber does not shy away from making you face the truth and/or will not sugar coat anything and that's what I like about him. And he makes it very clear that if YOU are not prepared to put in the work that he is not interested in working with you - that's when you know you have an excellent coach. I have really changed my thought pattern about how I approach my work and life and unknowingly, since I have been working with Camber, I have achieved so much- even in the pandemic! I had a particular situation from my past and instead of approaching it with fear, I changed that state to excitement and an eagerness to go and solve it. I am really enjoying these sessions and I highly recommend that if you want to get the trash out of your life and have nothing but gold, this is the coach for you. read more

Camber is my executive coach as I am the owner and President of a small information technology (IT) and management consulting company. I selected Camber as my executive coach not only because his spirit resonated with me but also because he had run his own businesses and done sales in IT as well. Camber is easy to talk to and brings the best out in me and my business.  He has encouraged me to update my corporate website which is now a much better reflection of my company's mission, vision and values. Additionally, Camber has helped me with the making of a video for my company and that could not have been done virtually as easily. Camber is great for supporting me in my both (1) highly important soft skills such as managing staff and selling as well (2) supporting me with details which are very specific and analytical such as business writing.  I have worked with Camber on numerology mostly surrounding how people might best work together at my organization and in my personal life as well. I find his insights compelling and useful.  Finally, Camber is local in downtown Long Beach right near where my offices are located. I know he can meet virtually, however, I am very happy that we are able to meet in person.  I highly recommend Camber to anyone looking for an executive coach. He has the experience, business operations and sales and marketing knowledge to make a great difference in any aspiring and/or successful business. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Camber Hill a few weeks ago. Prior to our coaching session, Camber was kind enough and called me a few days before our first meet and greet. Our telephone conversation lasted about 45 minutes, and to say the least, I felt calm and more importantly, comfortable. It is not every day you speak to somebody over the phone and go into details about your life not having met the person on the other end. Camber is different. You could just feel his energy radiate, and the comfort in his voice was calming. I was convinced that I had to meet with Camber in person. So I did! He was conveniently located, just steps away from my home. The receptionist was kind - she offered me water. I could go on and on about my amazing experienced with Camber. He had me do an exercise in which I took very serious. I did exactly what Camber had requested of me. And you best believe I went on a journey down memory lane. To keep it short, it was an overwhelming experience, and I couldn't wait to tell Camber all about it. I have plans to carry on with this journey of mine again this weekend. Camber, thank you for your continued follow up and mentorship. You truly are the true meaning behind amazing, as said by many others that have had the pleasure of meeting you. Until our next meeting - wishing you the best now and always! All the best, Joey Bommarito read more

I am starting a new career and started looking for a coach to provide advice on how to navigate something out of my comfort zone. I've seen a couple of life coaches before Camber. I found Camber on Yelp and got a better feel for him on his YouTube videos. He seemed like a great guy, so I gave him a call. Our first initial call was great. Camber really understood my situation and he was really good reading in-between the lines. He had great advice for my situation and seemed like a great person over the phone. So, I decided to give him a try and scheduled an appointment with him. Our first meeting was great. Camber spent a lot of time getting to know and understand me. He provided a lot of good advice and helped me think in a more positive light about my situation. I liked him so much, I scheduled my next visit the week after. Camber is a great and caring person. I truly believe that his passion is in helping people, and it shows with his thoughtfulness! I've haven't met a more caring person. He sends me encouraging emails and texts throughout the week, and I didn't even pay for him for this or scheduled anything with him. Who does this? I haven't had any coach that does this! If you're looking for a life coach, look no further! Get some Camber in your life. Give him a call and find out for yourself. read more

I recently got engaged to my girlfriend and decided that it would be wise to get coaching on how to start our marriage right. This seemed more valuable to me than blowing a ton of money on a ridiculous wedding or any of the other "traditional" expenses social norms pressure upon us. Camber was the perfect choice for us. He was amazing at helping us communicate and understand what it means to be a life partner. I'd recommend him to anyone - not just as a couples counselor, but as an all around life coach. 5 stars. read more

I actually found Camber here on Yelp. I'm happy to say that his solid five star rating and his amazing reviews are still not enough to express how great he really is. Has has a unique and innate ability to immediately feel like an old friend while still remaining professional and unbiased in his conversation. I gained such valuable information and shared more than one "Ah-ha!" moment in the nearly two-hour long conversation we had. He helped me to see what I was right in front of me in a whole new light and I reflect back on my conversation with him daily. I cannot emphasize enough how valuable a connection I have made with him and can honestly say that I will now be a regular client of his for years to come. I stumbled upon Camber's Yelp profile while updating my own coaching profile. I contacted him out of intuition and because he lived around the corner from me. :-) We had a phone call prior to meeting each other which already made me feel amazing... I decided to have him coach me for one session to see if I can learn something for my own coaching skills. I honestly didn't think I needed to be coached. But even when I filled out his intake form I noticed that there might be a lot to talk about. He was super on time - which I do appreciate as a German. ;-) We talked for a long time and I could have gone on and on. Lots of laughter. His spirit is joyful and warm. His knowledge is very impressive. And he was spot on with everything he said about me. You have to experience him in order to really understand the gift he has. Thanks Camber! I am definitely a fan. :-) read more

Camber and I met three years ago. We are personal friends. We enjoy similar activities such as hiking, riding bikes, jogging, trying out new vegan restaurants, etc..... In casual conversation, Camber consistently points me in a positive direction. He makes me see the "positive" when I'm only seeing the negative. In the past three years, my "sub conscience thinking" has been transitioned to a much more positive thought process, (and it is a process). With this new positive mind-set, my life has improved in many ways. I left a job I had for twenty five years, I've given up some old negative habits/activities. I'm now working in a completely different line of work, which is challenging and I'm making more money. I'm so grateful to have a friend like Camber. Each time we spend time together, I leave his presence with the feeling I've been given something special and valuable, (I have)!!! read more

Camber, there are not enough kind and wonderful adjectives out there in the world. He has not only helped me to get my head on straight, but actually held a session with my entire family that was extremely cathartic. He's not your "typical" therapist in that he's not afraid to say what you need to hear, not always what you want to hear. And that is an imperative quality that I look for in a therapist. He's helping me to improve my self and my family relationships. He doesn't just talk at you, the sessions are open and Camber always has a great suggestion for a book to read, or clip to watch on the computer so you can continue to grow in ways that make sense to you. He is compassionate and patient and there have been times i don't know what I would have done without him. Thank you Camber! From the bottoms of my heart. read more

I am a very Busy person and I usually don't have time to write reviews, but in this case I need to make an exception. I want everyone to know how amazing this life coach is!! Mr. Camber Hill has helped me tremendously with a few areas of my life in just a few sessions! I can only describe him as a modern day Gandhi! Camber is one of the most versatile people I have ever met in my life! He is nothing shy of brilliant, and he is extremely down to earth. He has a Zen vibe and is completely insightful. The structure and advice that he gives, pours out of his mouth without pause or hesitation. I feel so honored to be sitting there one on one with him when I feel like he should be doing nothing less than giving lectures with a stadium full of people. In this man's brilliance, he is nonjudgmental, and non-formal though he is the most intelligent person I've come across. He can bring humor to a situation and make you laugh and then go right back to serious mode. Camber sheds light on situations that are completely confusing and he has a different angle at looking at things. After the first five minutes I felt so comfortable pouring my soul out to him. You can tell that he really cares about his clients and he is in his field with extreme passion. I don't even think my words could describe how wonderful this life coach is so I highly recommend checking him out for yourself. Starla Alford read more

Our teenager was going through the typical challenges of being a teen which can seem insurmountable to them. We spent an enormous amount of money and time having our child talk to a teen expert only to become even more frustrated because this expert never gave our teen a plan to work on and things were getting worse not better. We found Camber because we thought what our teen needed was more of a life coach. Camber has been generous with his time, advice and positive reinforcement and most important helped with the development of clear strategies to move forward.
