Since welcoming my first baby, I had completely deprioritized my health. With a second baby on the way, I was seeking to understand how to be inspired and motivated about my health goals and establish a routine within my already busy life. Before the Clarity Catalyst, I had never felt in alignment with my work or had a feeling like, "I was born for this." I worked for a paycheck and jumped jobs a lot.
