After 3 years, I'm back. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. So when my…read morepanic and anxiety attacks conveniently began to tag team, I found myself back to the beginning. The universe knew exactly what it was doing sending me back to the starting line. I've lost my way again. I indeed forgot how to calm my mind and body. It was a humbling way for the universe to tell me I am not meditating nor relaxing correctly. That's where Jessika comes in. She is the absolute best and is truly amazing at holding a safe space for you to achieve complete and total relaxation. She offers virtual appointments and thankfully she had availability within a few days. My experience during a session is walking in with a million thoughts racing through my head while my body can't sit down and walking out relaxed, peaceful, and focused. What a difference. I must admit how naive I was to think that reiki should not be a consistent part of my healing journey. Talking with Jessika, she made an interesting point that while reiki can help after one session its benefits can go beyond by being more consistent. I do agree because if one session can bring peace to my life imagine what monthly sessions could do for my health and healing. My goal is to be more consistent in reiki healings this year so that I can be the best version of myself. I can't wait to book my next session and continue to work on healing. So if you are on the fence, do it. Book the appointment and get started on your healing journey.

Alexis is an amazing beautiful soul. She is an incredibly insightful & perspective therapist…read more This past Saturday, I attended Alexis 4hr Experimental Workshop for Women finding where our success and happiness intersect called Identity Maintenace with Alexis Maron. I attended this workshop already in a healthy relationship, family, state of mind and place in my life. My goal was to overcome my fear to move forward on a goal I set 4 years ago. I have accomplished so many other goals but this particular goal, I've taken many courses to help me move forward in the past but I just couldn't understand why I was struggling. Within this short 4 hours, WOW, did I find out WHY. I am beyond thankful for Alexis teachings, the WHOLE course was mind-blowing in a positive way. The best part was, I've learned more about myself without her really saying anything. It was her creative games that helped us all, including the ladies who attended (which I would like to add, we all connected so beautifully), for whatever purpose brought us there, find our breakthrough to move forward. My message to anyone reading this: I've been through ALOT in life, since I was 5 years old. Investing in yourself is one of the best return on investments you can make. It goes back to the idea that if you give yourself first, you'll have more available to others. Note: Alexis has helped my 19 year old son as well, overcome his struggles with life. Now, he hires her for Life Coaching, which I am so very thankful for.

A few words to describe Alexis would be genuine, compassionate, observant, intelligent, and funny…read more Alexis has been my counselor and life coach and on off for a few years and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. Most importantly though is her genuine desire to help. Unlike other therapists I have seen, Alexis is fully engaged and present in our sessions unlike anyone else. She makes you feel like you are her only client and she is there to truly help you in your evolution of growth and change as person. Because of her I am able to see life's challenges and demands in new ways that I never would have seen before. And finally, Alexis is not only a great therapist and listener but she enables you with your own set of tools to be able to face life's challenges head on, which to me is the sign of a great therapist! I am forever grateful for what she has done for me!
