Exercise never made sense to me, I never enjoyed it, and it always felt like a chore. I had worked with trainers before, but many seemed more focused on their own end goals than on truly helping me reach mine. Alyssa is completely different. She took the time to understand me, my challenges, and my goals. She not only guided me through the exercises but also explained why we were doing them, what muscle groups to focus on, and how each movement should feel in my body. She was patient in correcting my form and helping me understand how to position myself in each workout, always explaining things in a clear and simple way without ever overwhelming me. Thanks to Alyssa's guidance, I've been able to transform not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. With her support and her team's encouragement, I've lost over 90 pounds and gone from a size 22 to a size 12. Alyssa has an incredible ability to both challenge me and respect my comfort zone--something I believe is very difficult to balance, yet she does it masterfully. What makes Alyssa stand out even more is that she empowers me beyond our sessions. She gives me the tools and confidence to continue pushing myself outside of training, which has made a huge difference in my journey. Whenever people comment on my transformation, I always share that much of the credit goes to Alyssa and her amazing team. She has truly helped me become the best version of myself, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to make a real, lasting change.

She notices if you are having a hard time doing an exercise because of a muscle weakness or overcompensation. She works with you to show you how to strengthen that area without injury. I think Katrina out does any other trainer that I've seen because she understands the body so well. I've been to see her for back problems and she knows the exact muscle that is tight! I have tight calves and she has shown me how to loosen them with some really great stretches and my favorite, the foam roller. She definitely emphasis stretching before and after her sessions, so that your body can recover and you don't hate her too much after a workout. ;) She also works with oils and natural supplements that most all her clients swear by. I highly suggest using her supplements to get the most out of her sessions and become healthy from the inside out. Thank you Kat for helping me down the path of my weight loss and health goals! Xoxo
