The owner is very knowledgeable an if you can dream it up he can built it for you. You can pick a style from his catalog or if you don't like what he has, bring in a picture or draw it for him. He can built it. My wife designed a style and I gave him very specific dimensions because we have a small tv room. In addition to custom dimensions and style, he gave us choices on how soft or firm we wanted the cushions and he has a vast variety of upholstery colors and designs. The furniture is better quality than the stuff you get from china and the prices are reasonable. We love the couches I posted a picture (black with grey and white flowers and brass tacks).

Once he laid eyes on the suitcase, he talked me through the different ways in which he could attempt the repair. I greatly appreciated this and felt very confident in his abilities because of this. The repair of the suitcase handle, replacement really, was done so well you can't even tell any repair was done. A Master craftsman in my opinion.

The representative, Daniel Jimenez, assured me that timeline was achievable. He spent THREE WEEKS "verifying" details that had already been established. He then left for vacation with no notice and no coverage of my account. When he finally re-established contact, it was to re-verify every decision that had already been made and verified. AFTER emailing the credit card authorization form, he informed me via email that my timeline was not achievable and the patches would not be available until long after my event. I am seething mad. Not only are you not delivering the product I was told you could deliver, I spent over a month wasting my time with this company when I could have ordered elsewhere. When I called customer service they said that the ABU patches qere backordered and that they will be available in 30 days. I did not receive a call or an email saying that the item was not in stock. I told them that when I placed my order all the items in my shopping cart were in stock. I tried to return the items but they said that they would not pay for shipping ( after I paid $10 just to get half of my order). It wasn't even listed on Yelp before!…read more If you're from the NE side of the Valley and love to sew but can't stand getting on the 5/118/210/traffic to head over to Michael's/Joann's/Walmart/etc. for machine supplies then this has your name written all over it! I used to pass by this place all the time but NEVER saw it before. It caught my eye the other day and I finally stopped by to check it out. This is seriously my new favorite spot! This place is a mom & pop shop that specializes in both industrial and home sewing machines. If you ever need your machine fixed, this is the place to bring it! If you ever need supplies, this is the place to come! If you have a sewing machine but don't know its anatomy, come here! I've been sewing my whole life but I never had any formal instruction- I've always just winged it. So, as a result, sometimes things would go wrong and I just never understood why. So today, I stopped by and was impressed by how many sewing machines this place has! There were a few that had just been repaired, there were some new and some old. They had scissors, thread (the big spools), needles, oil, bobbins, pretty much any supply you would need for a sewing machine. When I walked in, the owner immediately greeted me and asked if I needed any help. She was very sweet and smiled when I explained to her my situation. She began to give me some advice and some tips for sewing. The phone began ringing so her husband took over and finished explaining to me for her (so cute). He brought out different sized needles and didn't put any pressure on me to buy all of them or just one, he only suggested that if I was looking to buy that I buy the more popular size and then come back for the rest if I wanted to sew with different material. I bought a pack of 10 needles for $5! What a deal! I'm sure they have packs with different size needles but I didn't ask. However, I did ask if they offered any classes and they said that they only offer classes that teach you how to OPERATE your machine- not how to sew a t-shirt, etc. They said you didn't have to bring in your own machine but suggested that you do so that you are 100% aware of what your machine can/can't do. They also said that the class is $30 and if you took half an hour or an hour to learn that was okay- timing wasn't a big issue. Just make sure to call ahead of time to speak to Lillian so she can schedule your class. Overall this is a great place to buy things for your machine. Once again, for your MACHINE. This store is all about TLC for the machines- not for its products. So if you need buttons, small spools, material, books or any other kinds of materials/fabric then you'll have to get on the freeway. :( I am however still searching for a local store that sells all of this so I'll update this if and when I do find that special place. p.s. I paid with cash, I'm not sure if they take credit card. You might wanna ask.
