These clothes are authentic and yet made of great quality fabrics and materials. I don't think I've ever seen a greater selection of cowboy boots for women and kids. The price goes from about $2000 all the way down to $200. So there's something for everyone. The clothing line for women is very western as you would expect. But the quality is absolutely amazing. Service is really funny. The people waiting on you are definitely a throwback from a different era. They most certainly aren't used to servicing women like me, but they did so graciously with a smile. It's kind of like having your grumpy old grandpa waiting on you, but you know he adores you no matter what. When I left, they were all smiling, and it was clear that they were proud to work there. I spoke with a salesman named Curtis and carefully confirmed that two specific items -- one for me and one for my husband -- were in stock. I explained that this was a long drive involving two freeways and that we did not want to waste the trip. About twenty minutes later, I called again and spoke with the owner/manager because we would have been driving during rush hour traffic that evening. He assured me it was "no problem" to hold the items until the following day and confirmed that Curtis had already set them aside for us. The next day, after making the long drive, Curtis brought out the wrong item entirely. When I reminded him that I had specifically described exactly what we wanted, he tried to steer me toward a completely different product instead. Then he admitted to his boss that the item I wanted had already been sold. This was inconsiderate, unprofessional, and a complete waste of our time, effort, and gasoline. If a store agrees to hold merchandise for customers -- especially customers making a significant trip -- they should honor that commitment. Very aggravating experience. Honestly, we would have been better off ordering from Amazon.

The merchandise was very high-quality. Very fashionable and very high-quality. What I loved about the merchandise is that it was mostly separate. And because I'm a petite person that is important. But the prices were unbelievable. I couldn't believe that most of the merchandise was $100 or less. Some of the dresses were $150. But most of the merchandise was so reason to be priced that I spent almost $800 without batting an eyelash and got six outfits. Lizzie was delightful. She had several customers, but she made me feel like she was concentrating only on me. She reviewed each out Vet and gave me your honest opinion on whether or not she liked it on me. She wasn't just trying to sell me something. She owns the store. I finally figured out that the Zie was the last part of her name. Duh. Sometimes it takes me a minute.
