She talked me through the wineries of the region including stories about the owners and which types were popular. She got even more friendly when I said I was on a beer tour and recommended some others that I didn't have time for on this visit. The store is mostly open air with big sliding doors, a handful of tables outside. Inside is a table for tastings, lots of wine shelves around really show off the labels. It was a hit with my friend, so I was happy to be led here.

She shared so many great stories behind the vineyards and had a ton of interesting wines for us to try -- all of which felt thoughtfully chosen. Her recommendations were spot on. We did a tasting for six without a reservation, which was a lucky break. They've only been open about a year, but I have a feeling this place won't stay under the radar for long.
