However, it's proximity to the Nobu hotel and the Noble restaurant is also very convenient. I will say this place is filled with security, which is really impressive and it is sad though that there are quite a few stores in here that are still empty looking for tenants. But if you're looking for super high-end and Neiman Marcus and Lennox Malk doesn't meet your criteria drive a little bit further less than a mile away and you are exactly where you need to be. I had a very disappointing experience at Zara in Lenox Mall…read more I purchased an item and took it home. When I tried it on, the clip on the garment immediately broke. I returned to the store the very next day to explain the situation and request assistance. I spoke with a manager named Alan, who told me that he could not accept the return because the item was no longer in the same condition as when it was sold. He stated that the only thing he could do was provide Zara's customer service phone number. While I understand stores have policies, I was frustrated that there was no effort made to inspect the item for a possible defect or offer any alternative resolution. What made the interaction even more concerning was when I asked for his name. Alan initially refused to provide it and told me he could not give me his name. When I asked to speak with another manager, he claimed there wasn't one available. After he walked me to the front of the store and handed me the customer service number, I later asked another employee for the manager's name. Alan then followed me to the kids' department while I was trying to obtain that information. Ultimately, I learned his name was Alan and that there was another manager there but the entire interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult. I left feeling dismissed as a customer and disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service. I expected a much better experience from Zara, especially when addressing what appeared to be a product defect just one day after purchase.

After I got my temperature taken I was guided inside with a warm welcome by other team members. I did a quick look to my left & there was Dexter to my right offering his service. Not only did Dexter display unparalleled product knowledge & passion for the brand, but did so with a nonchalant demeanor. I was purchasing holiday gifts within a certain budget & Dexter was gracious & did not try to upsell me. However, his demeanor, presentation & mannerism made me want to spend more money with him as his overall mien was delightful. While I FaceTime my daughter for insight, Dexter joined in to showcase a couple of handbags with some relative suggestions. I'm huge on Associates aka Client Advisors going beyond the norm of customer service, even in a luxury retail environment. In addition to a wonderful shopping experience with Dexter, he confirmed a familiar face for me - Pam, who has been with Gucci for a few decades herself & still providing her amazing hospitality. Please go see Dexter, it will absolutely be worth the money spent, not just on luxury goods, yet his overall customer service. *Note - be patient & understanding to the long line if need be. I appreciate Gucci's effort to implement & enforce safety measures during this ever-growing Pandemic.
