I had seen some here before, but lack of time made it impossible for me to try them on then. Now I admit that I'm on the low side of being a plus size lady, so sometimes just for the sake of quality I realize that I just might have to buy on the high end....for some things...u just cant wear the $10 ones from Ross...so I go into this leased area of Dillards and explain to the lady at the counter...I want denim leggins. Well....I work in retail, so I know that our cell phones are not allowed on the sales floor, but really....who follows that rule??? I have even told a few people in my life....oh...dont get off the phone...i'm just browsing, but this lady..... ME....I am lookin for demin leggings HER....never looked up from her phone....oh...they are on the 30% off rack. ME...where is that? HER...over there ME....(huh.....where is that) Finally somone from the department on the other side of "over there" comes and says...can I help u? Dont u know Miss Madam had the nerve to tell him.....leave my customer alone. SHEESH....she wouldnt look up from her phone to help....and now telling someone to leave me alone that will help. So...I find some leggins (not on the 30% off rack) and I say....are these 30%off also.....(back to textin on her phone) looks up and says...NO....I say oh...are u running any promotions where I get money off (again...never looked up from the phone) that ended yesterday she says...oh...well is there any way u can honor it today...or is there a manger I can speak with, I say....oh...I'm the asst manager here and it would be me and I cant authorzie that? So I ask...well what was the promotion...she says....if u signed up for our email list, u will get 20% off of regular price merchandise, I say....oh...well I'll give u my email if you give me the 20% off.....(again....still texting, and showing another sales person the texts that she has received....still hasnt looked up at me yet)....no that was only being ran from Thursday to Sunday... So I say...well...u know...its a "recession"...r u really going to allow me to put these $108 leggings back on the rack and walk out this store empty handed, no one pays full price for anything anymore. I can see if it was a special promotion or coupon...but u want my email for 20% off....thats not even a real promotion. She didnt even respond.....the other clerk that she was showing her texts and photos too (she was in the band at her high school) says...theres nothing we can do for you. "WE"....u work upstairs in childrens. I just heard u say you are on your break. Well....u all know me....Made it my business to call the district manager this morning. I swear, customer service is coming back to retail if I have to die bringin it back. I think it wouldnt have been so bad...but when she said...I'm the asst manager...that just irked me....u are in management and u are sitting here textin and ignoring a customer. The ladies at the Lenox store are so helpful and nice, without being pushy. Yes, it is Michael Kors so, yes, it is spendy, but they don't behave like they work on commission (they do). Find an associate you like (my shopping pal is Katie B.) and get your wish list going... Among my wishes are the shiny things pictured here - my old MK watch is five or so years old and super ding-ed up - and those lovely bangles look so nice stacked around the new one. Other picks include a great pair of black leather boots with a low stack heel and a demure circular MK logo (they have styles from leather with high heels, suede in different colors, rain boots and more), a puffy but sleek navy jacket (also available as a vest or longer jacket) and pretty much any one of their classic purses. One stop shopping in luxurious fashion. If Santa makes just a quick drive by, I will be one happy girl on Christmas morning - and well beyond.

A sales associate immediately asked what I was looking for and amazingly, I was for once not browsing and looking for something specific. I needed a new bag for work that could carry my laptop. She showed me their options, of which there were really only two. The second option was something I would have never considered if it hadn't been for the sales associate. The bag looked too flashy and there was no way it would carry everything I needed, but she promptly busted out laptop cases, iPad cases, and stuffing and shoved it all into the bag to demonstrate that actually, yes, it WOULD work. I'm not easily swayed, but she totally sold me on the second bag- that's what being a sales rep is all about in the end, right? I'm not sure if she works on commission, but she definitely had my sale. Unfortunately neither of the two options really met all my needs so I had to pass, but that second bag is absolutely on my Christmas list. Great job MK for hiring great people!

This is by far the WORST luxury shopping overall experience that I have ever had. I have been a…read morecustomer of the store for five years and generally received great service until February 2019. I had sent in four pairs of Valentino pumps to be repaired (all four pairs had been purchased at the boutique in addition to clothing and handbags) - I was told it would be a month or so regarding turn around on the repair. It is now December and I haven't received one pair of the repaired shoes that I had sent in. I have called a total of 37 times trying to get information regarding the status of the repair starting in April - December. Each time, the manager is not in and I never receive a phone call back. Once I did get in touch with the Manager Katie, she had zero knowledge of my 37 calls/messages, and zero knowledge of my four pairs of shoes and the repairs being made to them. At one point a sales associate told me they LOST my shoes and could not locate them and I must have sent them else where to be repaired. Yep - you read that right. Finally after possibly locating my shoes, Katie the manager promised to overnight the shoes to me to have the very next day. That was THREE WEEKS ago and no shoes. I have called, left messages and no one will return my calls. This is by far the WORST level of customer service imaginable. Such as shame for Valentino to manage a store this way - I will NEVER SHOP with the brand again. period.

The Gwinnett Place store has what seems to be less of a selection than other locations, but I've found more often than not it's easier to find smaller sizes here that are sold out at other locations. I have noticed on occasion that the MSRP price has been removed from the sale tags on clothing and remarked with a sticker gun to mark up the price $5-$10 so beware. I've often taken two of the same shirt to the counter to get them to honor the cheaper MSRP price.

The employees were really helpful and informative and the space was packed full of stuff but it was very well-organized.

But, even though I sometimes feel too old, I still go into this store and always find something that is feminine and flattering and still looks good on me. I recently bought some of my favorite jeans ever here, and I got a really great coat last winter (on sale!). It must suck that you all are about to lose your jobs, but hey, you're still getting paid and any sort of greeting/attention would probably make a better lasting impression on your ex loyal customers.
