I ended up going with Same Day Dumpster and was very pleased with the experience. Erick was by far the quickest to reply, his responses were the most professional of the bunch, and his pricing was well defined. He was a little bit more expensive than some of the other quotes that came in, but the quotes I received from other providers were pretty nebulous and seemed to have other strings attached that could potentially drive the price up beyond the quoted price. In any case, I had the dumpster in and out in one day, but Erick did offer the flexibility to keep the dumpster on site for multiple days if needed without driving up the quote, which I appreciated. The drop off and retrieval were both right on time as scheduled by Erick. No issues! PS - If you live in a townhome complex situation where it's hard to see / identify street numbers, I would advise making sure to be on site when the dumpster delivery comes in. If I hadn't been there to direct the driver, the dumpster would have ended up in my neighbor's driveway.

I was knee deep in a bathroom renovation project and had to get all of the demolition junk outta sight before my wife came home from a long weeken. She surely would have lost it on me with the vast amount of well...crap...EVERYWHERE!! I needed help and I needed it yesterday. I made exactly one phone call that day. Chip (owner) picked up and personally delivered a truck within an hour or so of the call. He was informative, flexible with timing, and most of all fair. The cost was reasonable and actually less than I had anticipated it being, the delivery and pickup were at the exact time that was promised, and you can tell from speaking with them....it's just a company run by genuine and very real human beings. At any rate...i could go on and on as Chip and I dove into some pretty great conversations during the drop off and subsequent pickup. I had a lot of junk in the backyard and shed of a house owned by my deceased relatives. Way too much work for me to have a dumpster brought and me fill it up. I had called other companies but one didn't do demo and another was reasonable for the hauling but when I told them I needed the brick outdoor fireplace demoed, the metal awning removed and the floor of the shed removed as parts of it had collapsed, it was a separate bid and seemed stupidly high, kinda like they didn't want to do it but if I was willing to pay the disproportional rate, they'd do it. Communication is really good. They updated me that the husband half of the team, Nino, was running a little late. Not a problem. Once the job started, the contents of shed were more than either of us realized. They removed so much junk that they ended up with more than two truck loads. Additionally, the work to remove parts of the floor of shed was going to take longer so I was given an additional cost estimate. It wasn't cheap but still very reasonable for the work that was being done. They weren't able to completely remove the fireplace that day but they returned a few days later and finished the job. Oh and I needed two sets of pipes that had been out into the concrete for use as laundry lines. They removed those for me too. Overall, I was very happy with Let's Do It Today Junk Removal for communication before, during and after the job, cost and overall service. Would I use them again? Absolutely! In fact a relative will use them shortly. Would i recommend them to others? Absolutely! One other thing. Let's Do It Today is legitimate. Why is this important? Because they dump their loads legally and not just on some vacant street corner, lot or on the street in Oakland!
