I purchased roof panels with waves and should be installed a certain way for if it rains, the water should flow downward and not get stuck between the waves/ridges. This company cut the panels the wrong direction which, if install will not allow for things to flow as intended. Between the late delivery (result in loss time and money with the contractor), delivering materials that can not be installed, and just unsatisfactory customer service provide not a great experience. This company does not own up to their mistake nor do they want to correct their mistake. They refuse to cut the panels and deliver the new panels. I just want to share my experience with everyone who have reached out to this company. They are unprofessional. Truly disappointed with the whole experience.

He followed up with me and gave me a nudge to send over a list of items that I needed removed (it was quite a bit if work to get everything together for shutting down the office). They were able to accommodate the date that I was requesting (I really didn't give them a lot of notice). I was suppose to meet the team at 9am on Thursday and they were all ready for me when I showed up. These guys were so efficient in breaking things down and hauling stuff that I didn't even think about (all the donation items and my e-waste). They were out by 10:30am and I was entertained the entire time. They came back in early the next morning to move things out of the building (they did ask if I was going to meet them but 5:30am was a H to the no...I don't like to roll out of bed until 9am). I just came back from the office to do a final check to see if my other vendors came by (which they didn't) and everything looks great.
