Terrible move...you just spent 10k and your truck rides like garbage...your new baby rides in the back seat and now gets shaken baby syndrome. Poor kid. Been there. Seen that. So your truck now rides like garbage because the installer of the lift kit did not install things correctly. Don't take your truck to an audio place and have them install a lift kit, that is not what they do. When you need a plumber do you call an electrician? Robert can fix all your truck problems. He installs lift kits correctly and professionally. If your truck is all wrong because you went to an audio shop, Robert will fix it. Robert saved my truck, the lift was installed right. The truck rides flawlessly after 7 years....zero issues. Want to see it? If I am there I offer free looks. I am so happy to no longer be a part of their toxicity!! I am the one that played a HUGE roll in what Alpha is today. Guess what! That is all gone because he decided I was no longer needed! I will NEVER, EVER do business with them again!! A few weeks before I was "wrongfully terminated", he repaired my exhaust manifold. The repair I received for my exhaust manifold, with "wire" holding it on, instead of a bolt, is unacceptable! My advice, STAY AWAY! He's a liar and I will no longer trust him to do any repairs! If he is using wire on my car and doesn't even tell me about it, what is he doing to other customers' vehicle's?? I mean, I understand my repairs were no longer of importance to him, but this wire should've never been used!!

I recently failed my first-ever emissions test for my 2021 x3 and my dealer immediately quoted me thousands of dollars for an entirely new knock sensor etc. Mohammed took the time to actually diagnose the issue and discovered that all I needed was a new OEM part. That level of integrity is rare. I would have never known the difference if he told me the same thing the dealer did, but he chose honesty over profit--something I will never forget. (PS passed that emissions test no problem!) My next issue, my brakes were worn and starting to squeak randomly and loudly. Bimmer worked around my schedule, sourced the parts quickly, and did an excellent job replacing the brakes and pads with BMW parts on weekend when I had time. They even gave the car a quick detail that I didn't know I needed so much! Got an oil change as well, and I was not a believer in the German oil--I am so not a performance snob, but I can now tell the difference in how my car drives with this superior oil. I scrambled to find an auto repair store and I stumbled upon D & D Transmissions. A man named Dave came out and looked at my car. He diagnosed the problem right away and told me he could fix it within the next 3 hours. I would also like to add that when I looked at the store hours posted on the door his shop wasn't supposed to be open that day, but he gave me the help I needed. Sure enough he gave me a call an hour earlier than expected and said the car was all set to go. It was fixed up and I traveled home that same day with no issues! Regardless of the issues I could not get anyone to answer my cries for help on the normal online forums. Maybe the symptoms were something folks have never experienced? Regardless, I have an aftermarket transmission which makes me nervous about going to the dodge dealership. I noticed positive reactions on Yelp for D&D Transmissions and decided to try them out. I noticed that D & D does much more than just transmissions. The owner was very respectful of my worries and my controlling attitude. I normally like to do work on my vehicle. But due to my living conditions I cannot do this type of work. I came to him with an idea I had a failing governor solenoid. The owner quoted me over the phone for the work before he even had time to look at my vehicle. I dropped it off and he did some quick diagnostics, called me back before doing the work, and then proceeded to follow my wishes. His quote was decent at $400. This included replacing the governor solenoid, governor sensor, fluid, and the transmission filter. Just the cost of parts would be between 200 and 300 dollars. The job was completed within a decent time frame and they accept all major credit cards. After all the details above, I recommend D&D Transmissions. Although I have only one experience with the repair shop, I will be going back with any vehicle issues. It is difficult to find trustworthy auto shops around this area. Most are mainstream "chain" repair shops with people that don't care a lot about the work they do. D&D clearly has an owner who is caring and takes pride in his work.

Trusted them so that I sent my wife and daughter here as well but it seems I was wrong on many levels. Recently my wife's car started making a clunking noise from the rear passenger just below the top of the seat where the top of the rear strut is mounted to the frame so I do the usual checks jack it up, tug on the wheel to check the bearing, then move on the checking sway bars, stabilizer link, arms, strut mount, broken brake pads/calipers etc. I found the strut mount at the top was loose and simply needed tightening so I told the wife to run it up to Balhan since they installed them to begin with. A quick strut mount tightening turned into "Oh yea, your brake caliper was broken" Which is weird to me because I check it thoroughly not to mention that caliper was a year or so new and THEY installed it. And I don't mean seized up he said broken and that's what was making this clunking noise emanating from behind your shoulder in the rear passenger seat. So with the caliper being new and still under warrantee I requested it back and was told they sent it for a core exchange. A broken cast iron brake caliper? How is that possible? The cast iron can't be refurbished... LIES. Balhan knew all that was needed was to tighten the strut mount instead they figured $350 plus dollars was worth losing a family of loyal customers. The search continues for an honest neighborhood mechanic and please beware of common cheats dressed in honest clothing.
