There were a few tables with items for 60% off so I was able to pick up a few cool things for my kitchen. The items were perfectly wrapped as I dropped my bag and nothing broke. I wanted to pick up a few other pieces but since they are heavy I was debating. The staff volunteered to hold them for me while I shopped so I didn't have to carry it. I wanted to remove the shower wall panels and replace them with tile, and I was given Larry's name by a friend who is a contractor. Larry was very responsive and his son/partner Jason actually came to the house to inspect the project. During the inspection Jason identified where the leak was coming from, and it was not from a seam in the shower wall. He showed me that the connection to the shower head was actually leaking behind the shower wall. This discovery meant that I did not have to replace the shower walls and instead just repair the fitting. Although we did not end up using Chester County Tile for this project, I will certainly use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Honesty, integrity and professionalism like this are hard to come by in today's world. Thank you, Larry and Jason.

Our chef made sure that we understood his instructions to prepare the meal. He emphasized the importance of "mise en place" which means having everything prepared in advance. Our meal was Seared Scallops with Champagne Beurre Blanc, Saffron-Scented Risotto with Peas and Prosciutto, and Chocolate Souffle with Salted Caramel Sauce. We started with making the Risotto. Each couple was matched with another couple and took turns with the preparation. There was a 10 minute break to give the class participants the time to walk around the shop. We finished the risotto and made the scallops. The souffle was the only portion of the meal that the students did not prepare. We enjoyed the experience and decided to take another class.

All they used was epoxy for the repair. I was told via email and on the phone, this was normal wear/tear and that we didn't buy the warranty. Our fault for not buying warranty and even going with this product - SOL. Two lessons from this experience; 1 Dekton sucks and is not as durable as advertised and we should stick with Granite or other product. 2 - Ilkem doesn't care about their customers. Before you buy from Ilkem, check other reputable countertop vendors. Disappointed at Ilkem and Lowes.

The man helping me took me to the floor tile, and let me browse for a few minutes. Before I get to the tile. I just want to say, I felt very uncomfortable. The place lots like it's more for businesses, mansions, estate etc. Not so much for the average home owner. They did allow me to browse a little and the one tile that I really loved was $87 a square foot. (See picture). Like I said, I felt like I was in the wrong place. Honestly, it was just me. She insisted I needed the paperwork from my cabinets with the dimensions even though I told her I built them. She said ok do a drawing. I said I can tell you the square footage and yet she still wanted drawings. Makes no sense because someone will come and take measurements anyways and I was already giving her the dimensions and total square footage. Anyways we finally convinced her to walk us around but she wouldn't tell us the prices of anything back to I need the drawings. We went to Istanbul Granite and they gladly told us everything and had the sale the same day. Seems poor business practice that you know people walking in the door are potential customers if you're willing to help but instead you have an attitude and lose sales because of it. People generally aren't coming to just browse they actually want new countertops.
