When he did speak it was clear he had done his homework. His primary concern was to make it right. J.R. spoke a little about his business and how he wants to continue to build on a core of trust. I'm paraphrasing a little here, but that was the gist. He offered to reimburse my charges associated with the pump installation. It was at that point I became certain this business was operated by a sincere person. Instead of taking the reimbursement it seemed the thing to do was to give them another chance. My Nissan pickup had some trouble with its heating system. It seems my vehicles coincidentally both had problems with this system. Anyway, they fixed it quickly and without incident. J.R. would not accept payment for this work. I will continue to bring them my business whenever possible because they have earned it. Regardless of the impression I had after my first visits I have come to understand fairness is one of their core values. Sometimes it's the second impression that is most reliable.

We took our 2014 Ford focus there 3 weeks ago because there were 3 lights on the dash concerning…read morethe brakes that wouldn't go out when my husband changed the brakes.We had taken it to another mechanic and it was the ABS control module that was bad so he changed the module and told us to take it to a Ford dealer to get the lights off. That's when we took it to Rusty Wallace, they told us that the same module that was changed was bad and they were supposed to change it.When we took the car the brakes were working,I drove it there and we get a call saying that the brakes aren't working, they can't fix it,and we can have the car towed home. So we go there to find out exactly what is going on,the service manager accused us of lying and was a jerk!! Needless to say they got the brakes working again but the lights are still on and it cost us 998.00 to get back to square one. I would never recommend this dealership for anything!!
