Great business! Great cars, I've purchased 2 from them. I totally recommend this place to buy a used car.

WARNING: Do Not Do Business With These THIEVES!…read more We are a transportation company that was hired to transport vehicles for this dealer. We fulfilled our contract, picked up and delivered the vehicles on time, and everything went smoothly at delivery with no complaints whatsoever. Yet, these dishonest people had the audacity to STOP the check without reason! We've done our part and provided quality service, only to be met with unprofessional, shady behavior on their end. This is a textbook case of theft, and we will be reporting them to the proper authorities. DO NOT engage with this company. They have shown they cannot be trusted and will try to cheat you. Highly suggest you steer clear if you value honesty and integrity in your business dealings.

After having some time to calm down and reflect I can write an honest review on the experience my…read morefamily had with Right Price Auto. If you want an agent that is great at her job, NOT pushy and willing to do what she needs to for you by all means please ask and go see Brandi, she was hands down great and a solid 5 stars. Then why am I giving this review a 1 star review then you ask, well that would be because the owner/manager doesn't keep his words when you make a deal with him on the vehicle. Approximately 2 weeks ago my mother purchased a car from this dealership. She loved the car and what features it had except for one thing, the tint percentage that the car was in. For her it was just way too dark. I am talking drug cartel can't see the person on the inside let alone any car coming up on you from the outside dark. It might be the match for others but not for her. When my mother went to the car lot she told them straight out she doesn't like pushy agents and she knows exactly what she was looking for: A Ford explorer, close to her previous explorers age so 2015 or newer, 4x4, heated seats, towing, you know the common works for the newer cars. While working with Brandi there was a gentleman present with her that asked my mom what it would take to make the sale as they had cars to move around. My mom was very forward she said she likes the car but not the darkness of the tint so she would like that removed of the front. The manager/owner said no problem we can make that happen. This is where my 1 star review is going to come to surface. My mom put a deposit on the vehicle and they scheduled the car for the tint to be removed that Wednesday. We brought the car back Tuesday night for service Wednesday. When we dropped the car off she spoke with a couple different people letting them know that she really needs the tint off the front of the car but wouldn't mind it taken off the whole car. On Wednesday about 4/5 p.m. my mom received a call from Brandi telling her that her car was done, BUT they only took the tint of the windshield ONLY. My mom was explained that if they took the tint off of the all the windows Brandi would not have received her commission. That there was no profit in them taking the tint off of all the windows. When my mom arrived at the car lot, they told her they could take the rest of the tint of for $150, or she could remove it herself. Don't get me wrong my mom is a fully capable woman and as never allowed anything to stop her. This however really pisses me off. Hey Right Price Auto, my mom bought your car out right $14,000 flat with tax. No BANKS, NO LOANS, NO WAITING ON APPROVAL. You had the check the next day in hand when you provided her with the key, with your word that you were going to take the tint off of the front of the vehicle. Now I have talked to multiple car fanatics, car mechanics, tint specialist, questioning them on what they consider to be the front of the vehicle and remarkably each one told me the following: windshield, front driver side window, front passenger window, and if it applies the little quarter windows if it on that specific car model on the front. So why is it a different story at your dealership. Why give a hard-working woman you word that you could remove it for the cost that she was willing to pay only to back out and say there was no profit in it for you, let alone that it would threaten the commission of your sales agent. That is very shady if you ask me. I personally would not buy a car from this lot unless the things that I am wanting done for the specific/set price is in writing and signed by all involved. That way rightfully I can hold you to your end of the bargain, unfortunately in this case we did have to go else where to have someone remove tint and it is 100% better to be driving in the car now. Even your "mechanics" when the car was initially dropped off knew what car was brought by calling it the "drug/cartel car". I hope and pray the next person that buys a car from you that you do better for them and not go back on your word.

Two new stories to tell about Taylor Ford…read more Back in May on a trip to South Carolina, I crashed my Chevy Tahoe into another pickup. I called Taylor's to do the work. This was my first dealings with their body shop and I couldn't be more pleased. Terry worked magic with my insurance company and the parts supplier to make sure that all of the parts were OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). The insurance adjuster had based his assessment on cheaper parts and some used parts too. Terry went to bat for me with my insurance company and what he couldn't get them to do, he convinced his parts supplier to take a little less. It was impossible to see all of the internal damage until some of the external damage was removed. Terry handled all of the additional charges with my insurance company. I never had to speak with anyone other than Terry. When the job was complete, I literally could not tell there had ever been any damage at all. The work done at the body shop was immaculate. The Tahoe drives just like it did before the wreck, just like a new car. I wish I could attach before and after pictures. I kept expecting some unanticipated problem to show up after the work, but after a few months and several miles nothing has. To me this is astounding but also a good indication of how thorough the body shop does work and how much pride they take in that work. This is something rare these days. The second story my friends and family are having trouble believing. Well it finally happened. As a life-long Chevrolet man, I just bought a 2015 Ford F-150! My 03 Silverado with over 200K was back in for multiple repairs and things were not looking good. Bradley, the service guy, said they could fix some of the issues but it was also going to have to go to a Chevy shop for one of the problems. I've stated earlier, some of the issues I've had with the local GM dealership. I flashed back on the first time that I took my Silverado to them. After two weeks and $5000 my check engine light was still coming on. After three more multiple day stays in their shop, it now only comes on sporadically. I told Bradley to have his guys fix what he could and I went outside to wait for my ride. While I was waiting, I took a stroll around the lot. A little over a year ago, I had bought the Tahoe mentioned above from Taylor's. Stacey was the salesman and along with follow up calls, anytime he has seen me, he's always asked if everything is ok with the Tahoe. Seeing me on the lot, Stacey comes out and asks if I have the Tahoe in the shop and do I need a ride. After telling him about the Silverado, I ask him to keep an eye out on a possible replacement. Stacey spends the next several hours getting to know how I use my truck and what I'm looking for as we look at what's on the lot and test drive several. I can't believe it but I'm driving a brand new F150 and enjoying every minute of it. The finance department discussed several different options and set me up with a great deal. When I called Bradley and told him to stop work on the Silverado, he said there would be no charge even though they had fixed some minor things and put some time into it. Every experience I have had with this dealership in every department has been exceptional. I wish there was way to give them more than five stars.

He was very nice and didn't pressure. Once we decided we really liked the vehicle we had an offer within minutes. Not the normal back and forth bickering. So kudos to the management at Taylor for understanding the clients time. Dean handled the financing and he had everything done in about 5 minutes again awesome job. I highly recommend anyone wanting a Ford vehicle to try there first ! I love my new Ford Explorer sport !

Recently had car issues when we were visiting Gatlinburg. We were down the street from Volunteer…read moreChevrolet when the issue started so I stopped by the service department there. The gentleman there were very helpful an walked me through what it could be. We landed on the alternator was going out. They explained what would happen before the car would shutoff. Asked if they could service it and they said they would try an work it in over the next couple of days. I left my car with them that evening. The Service Department provided great service on getting the issue resolved. The issue I have is they told me my battery would also need to be replaced at a cost of $487 dollars. The current battery was maybe a 18 months old. I questioned the cost right off the bat an they dropped the cost by $150. Then I asked them to check the battery again which they said they did and they said it still failed. I asked them if I could keep the battery and they gave it to me when I picked up the car. They did install a new battery as I was really not in a position to decline. Once we returned home I took the battery to a couple of auto parts stores an the battery checked out fine at both locations. I called the service manager at the dealership an asked how they checked the battery and he proceeded to tell me about their $8000 dollar battery tester an it said it failed an that was it. I told him I had gotten the battery checked at afew locations where I live an was told the battery was fine. The service manager pretty well just blow me off. While I am not 100% sure but I do believe I just got a battery tacked on to my bill just because they could. Costly lesson learned.

I made an appointment to get my 2024 GMC Canyon fixed under warranty. I took it in at 9:10 am for a…read more9:30 appointment. I was told around 2 hours. 3 hours later I went to check on it and they had not even started on it yet. 6-1/2 hours later I called and they couldn't find anyone to talk to me and after being on hold for a very long time, I asked for the manager or the owner. I was told they'd have to find him and he'd call me back. He called and said it's not done and that there were multiple updates that it needed and each one has to be done individually and that's what's taking so long. UPDATE: They called after 5 PM and said it was ready. I picked it up and now the speed limit register on the dash doesn't work. It worked before, but not now. Also the paperwork said it only had one update done for the radio, not multiple updates like the service manager told me. I now have to take it back again for the problem they created or find another dealer that can actually fix it without breaking something else or telling me there were multiple updates when there was only one. I wish there was a competent service department where I could take my truck to get it repaired. This one is NOT it. This is not the first time I've had major problems with them. See my other review for my brakes a couple years ago.
