    Pulled pork sandwich with fries

Came for lunch on a rainy Saturday and the place was bustling but we were able to get a table. Pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and fries was really good - ask for the horseradish mayo stuff!! Service was decent.

Solid food and cold beer. The service is good. There's indoor or outdoor seating. Ambience is low key sports bar, friendly and not fancy at all. I had the fish cakes with salad. Good flavor. The salad had fresh greens, tomatoes and red onion. My hubby had the Reuben sandwich with french fries, and he was very pleased. Price was around $15, so not bad. Wednesdays are trivia night and the place is packed, so reserve for that.

Saloon looking restaurant that fits the theme of old town Callicoon. Sits above on the hill road across from railroad. Beautiful landscape and relaxing views in the Hudson Valley. Food is so fresh, definitely a farm to table quality. Service is excellent, very hospitable and friendly.

Food good! Service great! Ambiance cool vibe. Really enjoyed shooting down from Hancock. Quick pull in, great menu, enjoyed. I would recommend. Try the local beer.

Nice little spot to stop by if you are visiting the area. Good selection of drinks and friendly service.

I don't typically do well in places such as this, old time pubs with heavy and fried bar food. Mainly because of being vegetarian and also it's not the healthiest food. I was happily surprised to see many choices on the menu, including several being vegetarian. The building is very cool and old, with historical photos of the train station across the street. The dining area and bathrooms all seem to be fresh and updated. It seemed very quiet from the outside but once inside, there were people at both the bar and dining for lunch. The service was very friendly and pleasant!

A great spot that has relocated to their new location in the old hotel since my last visit, and I couldn't be happier! The food is great, the bar fun, and the people friendly and nice. I again ordered the beef on weck, which I have had 3 or more previous times here. This time, it was not as good because the role was not a true weck roll anymore like it used to be, and still should be. This time unfortunately it seemed to just be a regular roll with some seed sprinkled over it. Either way the beer was good and cold, the food was tasty and hot, and the people were friendly and welcoming! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK JW!!!

I stumbled upon the quaint little hamlet of Callicoon on my way back from the Catskills. Looking for a place to eat lunch I thought I'd give this place a try. It's located in a historic and well maintained building. Friendly and helpful bartender gave me some recommendations. I had the beef-on-Weck which was top notch. Their beer was very good too. If I'm ever in this neck of the woods again I'll definitely be back.

Not quite the 'brewing company' experience that I am used to when visiting these type of spots but we checked it out nonetheless. The parking here is very weird and quite annoying so I'll leave that up to y'all to figure out because after some blindside from the liquor store nearby told us we couldnt park on the most obscure, dirt hill, with plenty of other areas, I was at my last nerve of the day.. moving on.. They didn't have flights which I found odd. My dude got to taste the few house brews in those little paper bathroom cups tho... alrighty then.. I had some random cider which was overly sweet but tolerable. Apps we ordered were typical bar eats. Thankfully the bartender warmed up to us bc again, I had my last nerve w rude women that day. It was ok but I don't really feel the need to return unless they re-vamp or do flights

Ribs, Irish Burrito, fried pickles, Irish fries and pulled pork

Fried pickles were niceeeee. Breading to pickle ratio was good. Wasn't too crispy or soggy. Ranch sauce was good. Tasty ribs (waitress told us about the smoker out back and we were sold!)..though I wish they were a bit meatier. Irish Burrito was a surprise star and the Irish fries on the side allow you to skip ordering Irish fries as a starter (unless you want late night irish fries like me). Pulled pork was good. Good amount piled onto the bun. Not dry at all. Bun was a tadddd soggy, but not bad (sister in law who had the pulled pork suggests the fried pickles get added to the sandwich in the future..and it sounds like a genius suggestion). Awestruck cider was incredible..no growlers tho, but which was a bummer Mega Boss IPA has top notch alcohol percentage andddd tastes good! Nirvana IPA was also good, but the flavor was bit stronger than the Mega Boss The bartender/waitress Cait was a sweetheart and informed. Made our lives very easy while ordering food and drinks.

    We DEFINITELY love this

Stopped in here on a whim. Bar was busy with I assume the regulars. Service was good, very friendly. I had the corn beef sliders which were heavenly. The meat wasnt dry, the slaw was tasty, the fries were crunchy, zero complaints here. My husband had the wings, and he enjoyed them. A definite revisit if im ever out that way again

Slim pickins around these parts but food was pretty basic. You can't expect the same level as the city.

The brewery itself is so pretty! The bartender was very nice and she gave us great suggestions, as we'd never been there before. I opted for the sour they had on draft (I believe it was Forbidden Fruit) and my boyfriend had a few different kinds, the Devil's Path and Grass Wagon being two of them. We purchased a t shirt, a glass, and a tap handle for our home collection. I wish places like this were closer to home for us (just shy of three hours away) but at the same time, it makes for a great getaway location.

Back in November, we were able to get away to the Catskills for a rustic fall birthday adventure…read moreweekend, and the Brewery was one of our many highlights, most notably because we lucked into their Saturday paint and sip, the Gnome Way. We had a packed itinerary for the day, but this was directly in our sights so we had to stop in. Just up the road from the main drag through Livingston Manor, it's got a working-farm vibe with updated and sleek equipment. There was no hesitation from the bartender to fold us right into the action, and I'm not a painter, but it was really fun for me to step outside my comfort zone and get crafty while enjoying the company of some really cool people. We had our complimentary pour along with the paint and sip price, and I remember the Oktoberfest (fiance got the sour) being a great, hearty, fall classic that set the tone for the rest of our busy day. They have a nice selection of gear at their gift shop, and their logo'd brown striped retro beanie is on my head as we speak; it's my favorite winter hat. I rarely buy merch while on vacation, for a variety of reasons, but the price was right on most of their items out for display.

I had the best time at this brew farm camping and just being at the restaurant!…read more - THE FOOD & DRINKS - We had three pizzas during our stay: the Margherita, Mexican corn and the farm pizza (peppers and sausage) I really loved the Margherita pizza because the tomato sauce was fresh and the cheese was so flavorful. The mexican corn is popular with the locals so I got it to try! And it didn't disappoint! The corn was sweet corn and paired with the white sauce was very tasty. This one is a lot more filling than the rest so I would definitely share it with more than 1-2 people! It's good to pair this with other pizzas. We paired this one with the farm pizza and that one had peppers like peperoncini with tasty sausage and that cut the creaminess of the corn pizza which was perfect and it had a tart sour taste that left me wanting more! It takes them about 20 minutes to make each pizza but it's so cool you can see them popping pizzas in a brick oven in the middle of nature. We had a beer flight and got to taste all of the beers and the one cider they had and I loved all of them! My favorite was definitely their TIPA because it was strong but the taste was fresh. - THE RESTAURANT/AMBIANCE - The area they were situated in was rolling hills of grass and felt very serene and calmed me down immediately. Lots of great people and you can bring your own dogs and I even saw someone bringing their own goats! Remember to bring a stake with a line for them to run around since they need to be leashed. Super dog friendly and welcoming. - CAMP EXPERIENCE - Ron was amazing and the courtesy of bringing our camping gear with a tractor to our campsite was a smooth process and he was such a cool guy to talk to! The campsite was really nice and tucked away from others and we had a picnic table and a fire pit. It started to rain and we saw lightning and thunder in the sky so we went to go to our car. They had the restaurant opened for safety so tons of campers went to the restaurant for cover and I think this place really is great for a camping site that has iffy weather conditions when you don't know if it will rain or shine because you'll always have a place to go (with beer!) There were tons of stars in the sky after the rain died down and we enjoyed our night at the campsite. The morning after we took a shower at the outdoor shower and that felt amazing. Even though it was right next to the donkeys it didn't smell like a farm. I think they clean it pretty well and it felt almost luxurious to be bathing outside with hot water. It had a soap bar but I would still bring your own, they don't come with a body wash or anything. They do have a mirror but it was quite foggy. It's about a 10 minute walk to the showers but a really nice one! I would definitely come back with more people since it's group and dog friendly! I had a blast!

We were surprised we could not drive our cars in but the camp host, Ron kindly hauled our camping gear and food. He delivered us firewood and refilled our water jugs. He was personable, funny and willing to help with anything we needed. He provided his cell number so if we needed anything, he would he would be available. It was super secluded spot that was quiet and private. We had delicious burgers and pretzels at the brewery. The majority of our camping clan had stayed here a year ago and loved it! We will definitely be back! Thank Ron for being a fantastic camp host!
