We would be up most of the night letting our dog out because he would have diarrhea. We moved and decided to seek out a vet closer to us. WHAT A MISTAKE. After several tests (a lot of money) and medications for our dog he continued to have diarrhea. My husband decided to take our new dog to Dr. Miller. After one visit she was able to tell us that he is likely allergic to something in his food. She gave us a recommendation and our dog is GREAT! PROBLEM SOLVED! THANK YOU DR. MILLER. WE WILL CONTINUE TO DRIVE OUT OF OUR WAY FOR YOU!

I have had many rescue dogs over my lifetime and got to hold each one while they were put to sleep. I was denied that option of holding my Charlie while they put him to sleep. My experience with Dr. Samuels with my other dogs has been that he is arrogant and insulting.

Everyone from the receptionists to the techs to the veterinarians were so kind and helpful, answered all my questions, checked all the boxes, and more. I know it won't be typical every for visit when they're very busy, but I got lucky and was there for less than two hours each time. They're very transparent about the cost and know the burden money puts on our decisions; they were very flexible with me on creating a care plan. He's now long retired and we needed someone to look at our cat. The once great place is great no more. There are signs all over the office warming you of penalty fees. Actually, you get your first warnings through texts reminding you of your appointment. I showed up, waited a long time, and the vet was professional. Annoyingly, though, my next visit started with a check-in during which they told me I was there for "x" operation and when I corrected them, they said, "Oops, that's right." Always a concern on operation day! The surgery was very expensive. After dropping off kitty I got a call trying to upsell me on a more complicated surgery and I stood firm. One week later I get a call. "unfortunately he has cancer." Well, my cat is female. Could the vet at least get that right? Before hanging up, it would have been nice to get an iota of sympathy, too. Dr. Shorr certainly would have said kind words. In a nutshell, I find this clinic very corporate now, impersonal despite the perky hello when you come through the door. It's probably a good place for people who have endless money and don't mind the cool treatment. I'll never go back.

My dog was on the incorrect usage until I verified with another vet the CORRECT dosage. This vet fired me and my 3 dogs in the middle of treating them for major medical disorders. I believe she did this because she was not experienced enough to treat them properly. I found error after error. She's an unethical practitioner. She is high strung and very insulting. A different veterinary Dr. Recently, my senior dog had a bit of a health emergency. The young vet was brazenly arrogant, and my entire body felt anxious when dealing with her. She made a threat to report me and have him taken from me if I did not vaccinate him, prior to first checking to make sure he was ok. It was maddening. His immune system was already taxed and he's been rapidly going down hill since. She actually refused to give me any vaccine information and I believe in my soul she actually misled me to the type of vaccine he received. He nearly died a few days later. He was not a candidate. He needed care and attention, and instead was received coldly and cruelly. It was an absolutely disconnected and strange experience. It left my friend and I horrified. This place is a money hustle and their new young vet lacked kindness and empathy. It was a dark experience. We have since found a lovely vet to assist with his recovery, who is cordial and kind... and most of all puts us all at ease. Encanto, you may want to make sure your Vets actually like animals or can at least pretend to care about each animal without bias or judgement: I'd give this place a 0 for medical care, however, the front desk staff has always been kind and accommodating.
