As an out of state investor communication, follow through, and trust are super important for me. The team at One Stop as far exceeded any experience I have had regarding quick communication and follow through, which has been impressive considering the circumstances. They are not the cheapest in town from a management fee, but I can tell you from personal experience..... it is worth it!!!!! Everyone I dealt with was incredibly polite. I did have an issue with my application where my credit score was lower than their minimum and I asked if there was anything they could do because I was just in love with the townhouse they had listed. I spoke with Heather and she told me she would call the owners to see what she could do and was very understanding of our situation. She called me back very quickly and said that if we paid a larger deposit, they would approve our application. I accepted the conditions and put my deposit down that day. When I went to go look at the townhouse it was in far better condition than I had anticipated. I feel like I got the deal of a lifetime with the quality of home for the price I will be paying. I have not once encountered a rude employee and have been working closely with both Heather and John. From day one they were both beyond helpful and very understanding of my situation. From my experience so far, I would recommend them to anyone. I have already recommended them to some of my friends looking for homes in the Blue Springs area.
