Everyone I dealt with was incredibly polite. I did have an issue with my application where my credit score was lower than their minimum and I asked if there was anything they could do because I was just in love with the townhouse they had listed. I spoke with Heather and she told me she would call the owners to see what she could do and was very understanding of our situation. She called me back very quickly and said that if we paid a larger deposit, they would approve our application. I accepted the conditions and put my deposit down that day. When I went to go look at the townhouse it was in far better condition than I had anticipated. I feel like I got the deal of a lifetime with the quality of home for the price I will be paying. I have not once encountered a rude employee and have been working closely with both Heather and John. From day one they were both beyond helpful and very understanding of my situation. From my experience so far, I would recommend them to anyone. I have already recommended them to some of my friends looking for homes in the Blue Springs area. I have dealt with bad landlords and I have dealt with rude and disconnected service. From my experience so far, this place has neither.

We unfortunately trusted them to manage our property when we moved out of state and wanted to rent our home out. Not only were they unprofessional in communication, they simply negelected responsibility, literally no-showed multiple consecutive city inspections, resulting in legal action that came as a complete surprise to us as owners. Move-out inspection reports were incomplete and misleading, left out significant details such as burn marks on the carpet and excessive large trash items left behind by tenants both inside and outside ($700 worth of removal). These details are not inclusive of all events. Throughout the entire 2 years we worked with them, they avoided and simply refused accountability every step of the way. In no way do I recommend trusting this group with your property if you care about it. I will anticipate the company commenting on this review to "clarify" details, amounting to further avoidance of accountability. As a response to Heather, I believe it is disappointing to see public critique. You and CJ real estate beyond disappointed us, and your "clarifications" are unwelcome. Words like "agreed upon" are so interesting following what I've written.

The fact that they provide their phone numbers for feedback is a front. They do not respond. All of their phones are full with voicemails and will only call you to "reschedule." Heather will now read this and proceed to gaslight me by saying, the listing was rented, that I was mistaken by the appointment times, or that I could have reached out to them instead. I am writing this review due to a horrible experience trying purchase a new home. Amber shawhan…read morewith keller williams, eastland partners was the agent we contacted to help us find and purchase our home . After making her very clearly aware of what we were looking for and what our price range was we were wanting to stay in, my wife located numerous houses for us to look at. Amber was at least 15 minutes late every time we would meet to look at houses. I had found a house on zillow that looked like a house we were interested in, after going to look at the house we realized we had previously looked at this house with Amber. We were told by Amber previously that the house was listed at 125k and that there was no negotiating even though it was listed as a short sale. So while my wife and I were at the property the second time by ourselves, I contacted the listing agent and asked what her bottom dollar would be for a cash offer. The listing agent told me to offer 85k and that we could more then likely end up purchasing the property for 100k. So since Amber, being the great agent she claims to be, did not do any research to make us aware of opportunity and the fact that I had found this info out by having to contact the listing agent myself, decided that the best thing to do after we quit contacting her to look at other properties was to resort to facebook. The Completely unprofessional post from Amber Shawhan which my wife was friends on facebook stated that "she would never again go above and beyond for another client, that she would never miss her childrens sporting events or take time out of her busy schedule for another client" and that "she will only take on real clients". The fact is, is that she had every opportunity to be our agent on this deal but the FACT that she did nothing to help us locate the house that we were looking after we made her clearly aware of what we wanted, and that she posted something so unprofessional on Facebook made us happy that we went the route we did. But if you are looking for an agent that you have to locate and make aware of the properties that you are interested in since she doesn't do her job, and just want someone to get you in to the property, then I would use her. Hopefully one day she realizes that posting unprofessional comments on facebook and that her job is to research properties and try to get her clients something they are looking for. I would honestly never use or recommend her to anyone, and do not want to see other people have to go through the same horrible experience we did I hope this review will help you locate the best agent for your home buying experience
