It was already 10 AM, so I assumed he had overslept. Another time, I showed up, and they didn't open on time. It was ten minutes past opening, and I had to go to another AutoZone because I couldn't wait. This has to be the worst AutoZone ever. They have almost as many one-star reviews as five-star reviews. She did a battery diagnostic and I ended up buying a battery. As I was completing my purchase, she multitasked and answered the phone as appropriate. Once I completed my purchase, she notified her coworkers that she'll be right back. Then she saw a customer with one item only and then helped them out! They had the battery for no more than 30 minutes and Vee and the O'Reilly team here refused to take back the battery. I looked up their return policy and I see no where saying that there would be any reason for them to not honor this return; clearly trying to make monthly quota. They wanted my parents to take store credit or purchase something before returning. They ended up doing the full refund, but shame on them for trying to take advantage of two elderly people.
