I am a cheese enchilada snob and this is one of the best around.: soft, gooey and sauced with an exceptional orange-colored sauce. I could eat a bowl of the sauce all by itself. Most restaurants serve enchiladas with a red chile sauce which I usually find bitter - not so here. The salsa bar has interesting salsas and thin, crisp tortilla chips. The food was fabulous, there was plenty of it, and they even worked right through a massive storm in our backyard without missing a beat. We are actually using them again tomorrow for a huge event of 150 people, and they have been wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. They are incredibly responsive and have been so flexible with us--I am so looking forward to having them back! Their setup is stunning. The display of street tacos, the beautiful, colorful tablecloths, and all the little extra touches they add truly make the experience come alive. I HIGHLY recommend them. Despite the service, the pizza was DELICIOUS and I love that it was a thin crust. The portion size originally looked small but I was able to share it with two of my coworkers and we were all very satisfied. Overall, great pizza but the customer service aspect of my visit could have been way better. If I see the truck around and I'm in the mood for pizza, I will definitely get it again.

Their main location is in Auburn off Bowmen Road. Biggest landmark I can refer to is Foothills Bowling. Today is Wednesday! Perfect day for tacos!! Before I walked in, I checked out their menu on Yelp. Carnitas tacos is what I was here for and the Yelpers have spoken!! It pretty much says I must come here for the best tacos ever. At the register, I ordered with Jennifer a carnitas taco, asada taco, and she suggested the quesa barbacoa taco. I did say only cilantro & onion for toppings. She put the salsa on the side because she told me it was pretty hot and although I had a Starbucks in hand, she asked if I needed a drink or water cup. Which I appreciated, because I am a huge water drinker! She brought me some complimentary chips & salsa, too. That salsa was tasty! I only waited 5 minutes and Jennifer brought me a plate with 3 tacos, consume, and hot salsa. There was lettuce on 2 of the tacos, although I only wanted cilantro & onion, but oh well.
